    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for reply but I just wanted to test my connection as I had issues like many others, but they seem to have been resolved.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyUK Thanks for that but the problem is the line and exchange. On a good day it delivers 0.34 download but continually drops off. @EE has a new 4G mast near her house offering high speed internet plus mobile signal where there was none as out in the countryside.

    @CaesarSampaio4 @Kais2nd1 @SkySports She signed a contract and agreed to these terms. They paid her to speak to the media. It's like paying someone to do repair work on your car and them refusing because they're stressed or upset. You paid for a service, you should receive it.
