On a good day it delivers 0.34 download but continually drops off. @EE has a new 4G mast near her house offering high speed internet plus mobile signal where there was none as out in the countryside.

I told them I wasn’t paying that but they’re still chasing me for 2 months fees (£175), even though I told them I wanted to cancel.
