  @SkyUK Thanks for that but the problem is the line and exchange. On a good day it delivers 0.34 download but continually drops off. @EE has a new 4G mast near her house offering high speed internet plus mobile signal where there was none as out in the countryside.

  @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

  @SkyHelpTeam No broadband since midday & the Sky help page just says "yep there's a problem", but there is no constant update about what is being done to resolve this. As a network & security engineer, i would expect all resources to be investigating and providing a proper update
