    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for reply but I just wanted to test my connection as I had issues like many others, but they seem to have been resolved.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @SkyUK Thanks for that but the problem is the line and exchange. On a good day it delivers 0.34 download but continually drops off. @EE has a new 4G mast near her house offering high speed internet plus mobile signal where there was none as out in the countryside.

    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate your replies Matt but who is responsible for ‘categorisation’ and why have we been blacklisted? It’s not acceptable and those responsible need to be make aware of this. Do I really have to ask a customer to help when it should never have been allowed to happen?

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s been sorted, thank you. Had to reset the TV and it’s working now - but the issue has been raised as a severe software issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I’m trying to contact @virginmedia to cancel my broadband so I can transfer to your ultrafast service. Unfortunately their customer service is appalling, with a 4 hour wait. Can you help or advise? Thanks.
