    @SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @SkyHelpTeam service is shocking and not helpful at all. Broadband is poor, shows the exchange is in Lancaster yet I’m in Manchester, and the automated responses really aren’t useful

    @SkyHelpTeam The system thought I was setting up a new contract despite remaining on my current one. I had to hang up eventually as the person on the phone could not help and said they couldn’t find a solution.

    @SkyUK are a bunch of muppets,I tried to help 86 year old lady get Glass TV, she paid for it. What a hassle getting new sales number too. Now you messed up her switch. She's canceled the while lot including TV. Sort it out will u! I've been 15 years with u, what an embarrassment!

    @SkyHelpTeam fuming. Moving and you’ve disconnected the internet week earlier than told us. Now unable to work and lost a day’s pay. Their advice. Get a bolt on and use phone as hotspot because it’ll take 5 days to reconnect. Can’t even do that as mobile signal is rubbish here.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes; but don't know the password to her account so they can't help, and rebooking could be another 6 weeks. Appreciate a you're a busy company, but so are you're customers!! At least a text message would help if there is a genuine delay.

    @SkyHelpTeam Any deals for adding films that don't include starting a new 18 month contract or at least one we can use and give 30 days notice to cancel.
