    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @SkySports They really have their favourites don’t they… - Never praising other team apart from Liverpool. - Liverpool vs City game, Jamie Carragher constantly glorifying Liv players. Just hard to listen to tbh.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi emma - it was incorrectly marked as complete - so does this mean no internet and tv before Xmas because sky’s internal system is not fit for purpose? This does not feel like customer service levels reflective of the cost of sky?!

    @SkyHelpTeam No satellite signal in BN16 tonight - done all the checks with robot - no engineer till 11/01 - so no Xmas TV - assume my subscription will be discounted for days with no service

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope they didn’t Emma - I’ve been on the phone for over an hour every day since Monday trying to sort - our CRF was wrongly marked as complete today - so they’ve had to raise another one. No one wants or is able to help - I’ve asked to escalate and they say they can’t?!
