    @SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi guys, my internet is awful through my MacBook only. I'm trying to log into 192.168.0.1 to look at settings, but it won't accept my log in details. To check, is the user name when I log to 192.168.0.1, my WIFI NAME on the router?

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam how is it you are able to cancel my broadband when I move home because the new owners override my connection? You are coming out to set me up next week and yet I have a bill for over £100 early cancellation charge? I did not cancel you did by allowing override

    Why is Sky+ so useless when it comes to overrun races on @SkySportsF1 ? Yet again I don’t have the post race analysis and it’s not on catch-up. I pay a lot for this ‘service’ - @F1 fans are being short changed! @SkyHelpTeam

    @PoshBunny @SkySports @btsport Agreed mate. Most events are crap anyway. They say they need to do it to get the best events. That’s rubbish…. It’s the tail wagging the dog. Let the fighters price themselves out of the exposure. They’ll soon lower their demands.
