@SkyHelpTeam The whole point of this thread/conversation was that your company doesn't answer the phone, doesn't answer emails, and now we find out that the Sky Help Team can do nothing because they can't access any accounts.

@SkyHelpTeam So if I call and get told same thing then what? I have to put up with terrible service till contract ends? Im not paying more money. Been with sky 15+yrs and never had issues till now and been treated poorly in my opinion
