    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @SkyHelpTeam 1-3 days, if not solved by 3 days to contact again! Been a sky customer since 11/06/21 after 13years with Virgin. Sometimes we have to learn the hard way. 1 month and 10 days so far with this nightmare trying to WFM. From intermittent disconnects to a full no tone in the line!

    @SkyUK for a communications company you are very bad at communication unless you are willing to communicate online for those who have tried an online answer and failed I get put through to an overseas call centre who cannot understand a Cornish accent and I can’t understand him.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tired that as well multiple times and it doesn’t work. A relative of mine is an engineer for another provider and is wondering why you’ve given no definitive reason for this problem and no resolution. Some honesty is needed. Thank you

    @SkyHelpTeam I did already tell you that I have tried that. It simply says “Oops try again later”. How many more excuses can you give before you just give me an explanation. I’m not stupid and I’m sure you’re not either. What exactly is the problem that started this in the first place?

    Don’t get @SkyUK rang up now the 3rd time to amend package and now they are telling me it’s next month.. sick of calling them now why does it take 3 people to give me different days. Can’t wait to be out of contract next year and cancel it all

    @SkyHelpTeam There is an complain escalated to OpenReach, AGAIN! So the only info I got from your customer services is I have to wait for them to sort out the issue with my line AGAIN. So this was yesterday after 1 month and 3 technicians, still no internet, no phone and half tv service!

    @banterman_007 @iemadAFC @SkySports And please stop having agendas against Arsenal, Xhaka, Ozil etc stop watching AFTV and English media. Because to prove urself right u guys want Arsenal to fail so please if u wanna support support and don't be like a guy who forms opinion on agendas

    @PiashToriqul @SkySports So Paris should just lose all the money they spent on new facilities. They won't cancel it because they know they can't the IOC will sue the country into bankruptcy
