    @SkyHelpTeam Yep that’s all done many times same as other people have done, many sky glass customers get the same problems with ITV live. Intermittent freezing of picture.

    @SkyUK we were out of broadband and landline for 2 weeks a month ago and since last 3 days our broadband is down again. Your @SkyCustomerHelp is awful as they don’t have any clue when this will be resolved.

    @SkyHelpTeam I can no longer download sky programs like Succession or Landscapers. Every attempt ends in ‘Download Failed’ I tried everything that is suggested on your website to fix this issues and nothings has worked. Is Sky Q bugged, can it be fixed?

    @SkyHelpTeam Which service team? Where ? I’ve been calling your customer care number every day and all I get to hear is we don’t know when this will be resolved.
