@SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

I wouldn't recommend anyone go with @SkyUK. Internet is god awful and their customer "help" team aren't permitted to do anything. Leaving asap.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes! Ive got a child starting her gcses on monday and revision is put on apps and my son is in uni and needs internet! One service system check said it was adverse weather! There is no adverse weather! Im disgusted this has been going on for over a week!

@SkyHelpTeam Ive done it, said it could take up to four days to fix as its open reach. I shouldn’t have to pay for a service im not receiving. I know its not your fault and i do apologise but if open reach are having issues they should be informing you so you can inform us.

@virginmedia just spent 30 minutes attempting to sort my contract unfortunately the person on the other end of the phone had a poor understanding of your services and it was a waste of time. You’d think it would be easy to sign a new 18 month contract. Hi @SkyHelpTeam @skytv

@SkyHelpTeam I've tested via the app and it says my internet is working fine like it has done for the past 3+ years. It only developed this problem a few days before my agreement for sky broadband comes to an end.
