    @SkyUK Every time I try to access my ‘Bills & Payments”, I get a page that reads “This page is restricted”. The ‘contact us’ link on the website is proving v frustrating and keeps taking me through the same pages without enabling me to actually contact someone for help. Plz Help

    @SkyHelpTeam spoke to support earlier as scaffolding has temporarily stopped my satellite signal. They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!
