    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @TRT_6_ @StretfordPaddck @SkySports That’s the problem. UEFA and FIFA don’t care about the fans. Nothing we do will ever bother them. A super league is inevitable and needed. I don’t see how you can be opposed to it when the full details aren’t even out yet

    @SkyHelpTeam 1st world problem. Got upgraded broadband (BT) and now the sky q box connection drops out on a daily basis. Is there some kind of upgrade due to prevent it, or at least a function to remember the password so we don’t have to enter every time.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony yes it hasn't been updated. The wifi came back on for about 20 mind yesterday but then went off again. Not good service at all, particularly when trying to work from home!

    @virginmedia Sounds like a ‘yes’. @SkyHelpTeam is your broadband more reliable than @virginmedia (which is STILL down)? Looks like I’m switching…
