@SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

@SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

Is it usual practice @SkyHelpTeam to refuse a 79yr old her request to send an engineer to fix a new router which you say she needs? Telling her to ask a friend to do it is also technically illegal at the moment. Appalling service.

@GNev2 Don’t worry @SkyUK bills are going up an extra £6 a@month from April if not more for many to keep our entertainment and your salary going.. never seen a 1% decrease ever at sky 😬
