    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    There will be no 8am show tomorrow morning I am afraid. @SkyUK will not be out until tomorrow afternoon to fix the issue affecting my area despite the issue being detected on the 4th March I was told. Fingers crossed we can return to normal service on Thursday.

    @SkyHelpTeam @cobes79 Ha! Best customer service?!!! All you do is signpost customers to a telephone number where nobody from SKY picks up for 4 hours!! Customer service my arse ….. to think we pay for that? Wow

    Right @SkyUK, I need a speak to someone with a complaint. I can’t be sat in a queue for an hour as I simply do not have the time. Please, can someone with some sense contact me? My last interaction has caused dismay & annoyance. A phone chat ideally please.
