    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have. It came on for 3 minutes before the signal went again. Nothing at the moment. Missed rugby and cricket this morning.

    @SkyHelpTeam Troubleshooting doesn't work it's a load of bollocks tbh. It's happening on a daily basis and every time I speak to someone they just don't care. Happening on a daily basis and how the hell are we meant to work from home when the internet constantly disconnects

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyCorporate No internet in the North Dorset area, we’re all in lockdown and to top it all off my “super fast fibre optic” isn’t working. Unable to access the resources to complete A-level work & missed lessons thursday/friday due to no internet. Fix it please?!
