    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve followed all of the online help to get my internet working again but I still have an amber light? Is there an outage in the s62 area and is this being looked into?

    @SkyUK Same here I've been withem over 20 years - I've given notice and the best they can do is £50 for TV and internet with no new equipment. Sky customer service is going down the pan.

    @superstan2310 @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried to report but their reporting mechanism is broken somehow. There’s definitely something going on in the area, too many people reporting on here. All normal checks done, @SkyHelpTeam will have to help. I’ll call support but need phone number :)

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried this and it comes up saying there is not an issue in the area and that my broadband is now connected but it definitely isn’t as there is still an amber light and not able to connect on any devices

    @SkyHelpTeam my phone contract is up soon once its finished I'm giving the phone to my daughter. Will I be able to put any sim network in it or do I need to get it unlocked.
