@SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

@PompeyPedro I’m not a fan of some of the rumours reg express but if you compare some of the skysports reporters down the years; some have fallen asleep, missed 🔑 moments and been biased to the visiting team. I’d allow it for the 6 nations etc, not like he switched on something insignificant

I’ve just had to pirate the F1 qualifying on YouTube because it’s not available on Sky Glass at 23:15 - eight hours after the session started. I had it added to my playlist but it’s not there. Can you remind me why I pay you @SkyHelpTeam? This is a travesty of a service.

Has anyone elses Sky Q just completely died? Technical faults on all channels and now just getting black screen. rebooted box and still not working. Sky are crooks as nothing ever works @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Sky Q TV box disconnects from WiFi constantly. The access point is literally 2 feet away from it. Connecting via Ethernet causes ping spikes and packet loss for every single device on the network for some reason, similar to SSDP floods from Q160.

@SkyHelpTeam Morning. Please can you tell my options around my contract, another £5 increase and I cant drop sky movies which I dont use is really frustrating. Can I cancel my Sky package as BT is cheaper now. Everything is going up and sky is a luxury not essential unfortunately

@SkySports No complaints, best team (by far) won. England looked one-paced (slow) and lacking in power. A lot to sort out in not much time. If Manu is out, still a hard running 12. Marchant now our best 13. Furball - so far out of his depth, got away with a couple of ****-ups, but not all.

@SkyUK YET AGAIN my broadband has dropped out. Happens so often this time of the night. Orange lights of death on the router 😡😡😡😡 contract up in July. Will find a more reliable service...
