    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @kaybhafc90 @SkyHelpTeam @NewPhoenix228 Same in PO6. Am on hold with sky helpline and apparently there is an 'issue' with their broadband at the moment. You would think they'd provide an update the customer service team handling social media, just to help them out with all the queries

    @SkyHelpTeam Then you might want to check the feed of this account or talk to your colleagues to responding to messages as there are loads of people saying they are having problems and we are all being told the same thing
