@SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

@SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

So #skybroadband isn’t working at all. We have a total blackout in our gaff of internet. Is this some sort of joke or something @SkyHelpTeam We enter tier 4 so we can’t leave our homes and now you mess up our internet.

@SkyHelpTeam East Devon has also gone down as well now. We had a problem about an hour ago but it sorted itself. Looks like someone pulled out the wrong wire!!

@SkyHelpTeam Can’t believe how far Sky have fallen. We’re always reliable and dependable. Have had constant issues with Sky this year. When the contract is over I’d be looking for a new provider. This is not acceptable.

@SkyHelpTeam They'll never give a resolution timeline. Every time it's "we'll fix it shortly" but "shortly" in Sky terms is at least 3 months.
