    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t. I wrote Terrance name down after I spoke to him and he confirmed my cancellation and I took a screenshot of my call log to show I had called. Please can someone look into this and get me a cancellation confirmation? Surely the call was recorded?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been trying to find information on how I upgrade and get the double data deal as a current customer. Your website has nothing about this for current customers. I tried to call your CS but they guy instead of just answering me was trying to force me to sign up.

    @SkyHelpTeam stop messing with the damn WIFI. Your doing it again messing with my WiFi box the internet box keeps going off for a couple minutes. Your the worst internet providers ever.

    @SkyHelpTeam will you please push to either revert the sky q boxes back to an older software that worked or fix the whole "series recordings not stacking" problem that's been going on for ages, its a known issue effecting lots of people (see your own community forum).
