@SkyHelpTeam I upgraded to your super fast (or so I thought) broadband because of the average speed of 59mbps.I’m lucky if it hits 40mbps, I run tests most days and it’s a very poor service to what I was expecting

@SkyHelpTeam I contacted sky earlier and they are sending me a Wi-fi booster at a cost of £9.95. Obviously the problem is not my Wi-fi - the sky network is down. How do I get my £9.95 refunded? Why did adviser not know there was a network problem

@SkyHelpTeam @mariajony2 Why do you not have any updates? Took hours for you to admit there was something wrong in the first place, and now just keep copying and pasting the same message with no new info. Just let people know whats going on and people will.calm down.

Hey @SkyUK why ******** can I not get some decent Wi-Fi? Guaranteed something like 50+MB of internet yet I get none tonight, and normally only about 2 MB? Fix your shitty servers.

@SkyHelpTeam Is there a known issue with hard disks resetting for no apparent reason on Sky Q boxes too? Ours has done just this and deleted all recordings, all scheduled recordings etc. It's like a brand new box
