@SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

@SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

@Mrjamieohara1 @SkySports Conte clearly not going to commit himself is the problem, he's admitted he knew it was a rebuild, but not sure it's now for him. If it isn't, rather he leaves now, and a new manager has an input into signings. Shame, but slowly turning into a disaster

He's not asking for hundreds of millions to be pumped in but merely asking for 1 or 2 additions of top quality players to push us on. Or just to keep up. But this is Enic and Levy we're on about

another day with no phone and virtually no broadband from @skyuk - been down since Dec 19th and been told no fix likely until at least Jan 11th - both my wife and I are trying (and failing) to work from home. Would appreciate some practical suggestions from @SkyHelpTeam!!
