@SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

@SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

@SkyHelpTeam Last time I checked, an update was supposed to contain new information. This doesn’t tell us anything about what the issue is or when it’s likely to be fixed. I’m a home worker and if I need to work from the office tomorrow I need to adjust my childcare plans ASAP.
