    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

    @antisyzygy @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with sky for about 13 years, both in England and when I moved here. First real issue, but it doesn’t half leave a bad taste. We’ve got Virgin and BT fibre to the door options round here now, will be checking later

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you not see the messages from yesterday? We had an engineer booked to yesterday. They cancelled and done it remotely. We have run all tests it is not working and we need it sorted today because of work. That is why we booked an engineer in the first place.
