@SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

Like a lot of people, I pay stupid amounts per month for a Sky Sports package and there’s 5 premier league games tonight and Sky aren’t showing any of them… biggest game is on Amazon bastard prime ffs. 🤬 sort it out @SkySports

Can every company stop being so damn difficult to do business with?! I’ve spent hours on chat with @SkyUK today and now @AvivaUK are making it impossible to accept a renewal visa their “app”. Get with the tech guys - you are supposed to be household brands!!

@SkyHelpTeam I can't get Prime Video to work on my Sky Q box. I click on Prime and it brings up the logo screen and then goes blank and won't open. I've switched the Internet off and on and also switched off the box and it still won't work. Paramount+ and Discovery+ work. Help!
