    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have already done this and have spoken to a customer service rep. They were as helpful as they could be but they have stated it could take 48hrs to even start the investigation. At this rate, the delivery won't be here in time for Christmas

    @SkySports The red button coverage is awful. No replays, quality is awful, commentary sounds like you've just plucked someone from the street to do it. Even ifollow actually have replays now. Get your act together Sky.

    I may as well just cancel the order as it is still showing as pending. You can find your own parcel then @SkyHelpTeam @dpd_support I'm sure you'll make a more concerted effort to find it then

    @SkyHelpTeam There’s a problem connecting to my hub. Line tests from the call centre all say it’s fine and I’ve changed the router and cables inside my house so far.
