@SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

@SkyUK Had an issue with mobile phone since March and still unresolved. Customer service has been appalling. Now somehow paying for two phones when I’m only using one due to one of your staffs incompetence. Repeated calls, emails and on here and nothing gets resolved!
