ian madeley (@bluewoof) reported from Dornoch, Scotland@SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

They recently upgraded the internet in my block and now I pay less for much faster speeds

Used to ask them to cancel and every time they’d eventually drop the price, but got bored of having to play this game after 25 years and finally ditched them! Best decision ever haven’t missed it once, Netflix and Prime fill the gap so much cheaper.

Only difference was I had sky Q the new one was sky stream. Tried to haggle but their best price was nowhere near the new customer price. Needless to say I start virgin next week

It's something that winds me up - insurance, mobile phone etc. Contract ending then we should be treated as new customers to ensure we don't go somewhere else.
