    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been a Sky customer for 20 years. Today I built a package online for £91... rang up to get that package and you were unable to do it for me... thought you were legally obliged to match new offers for current customers???

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks for the reply. So is there another reason why my broadband has been slow since lockdown? Does the amount of people being at home on the internet not affect it? If my line and connection are fine what else could it be? Does it cost me for an engineer to come out?

    @SkyHelpTeam nice try, but no, the fault is outside and this is to get a first engineer. It gets cancelled and theres nothing you will do about it. worst customer services i have ever had. you should be ashamed

    @SkyHelpTeam I need the internet for work but apparently sky is down in my area and I can see alot of other people on about it from a lot of different places, says im connected, no internet light on router sky app says the is problems with the line, how long does it normally take

    @theandydurrant @spenaldo73 @SkyUK I made the grave mistake of leaving BT for Sky Broadband based purely on cost. Big mistake. Problems after problems. Back to BT and everything tickety boo again

    @SkyHelpTeam this is not advice. this is you coping out and trying to blame the customer. yu did not openly communicate this option with customers. yu defrauded a good proportion of your customers of their money! you are fraudsters, thats what you are.

    @SkyHelpTeam That link confirms that new orders CAN be fitted by the engineer from the outside, so my question is WHY did the engineer refuse to do it? He stated that new orders can’t be done, even though I told him the website states otherwise AND customer services TWICE said they can?
