    @SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @SkyUK Rubbish. Sat watching the TV last night only for the WiFi to conk out 5 minutes before the end. Glad I am only trialling it as its happened a few times in the past couple of days. Rubbish. #crap

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had no internet connection for over 2 hours. I work from home and need this fixed like now. The service checker says there’s a large outage at present and it’s not good enough.

    @SkyHelpTeam our broadband internet light is green, but no internet for over 6 hours. HP19 Been through check connections & reset hub and still no joy. Service status says no issues in area. Husband is account holder and can't phone you himself as out hunting internet for work.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s happened before I installed the new mesh network however it’s happening more frequently now. No other devices in the house are having issues connecting and are performing better since the upgrade to a mesh network.

    @beedubree2 Had that same message for 28 hours now and @SkyHelpTeam still won’t admit there’s a problem. Oh, and four ******* days for an engineer. But don’t worry, they’ll compensate £1 a day (wish that was a joke, but it isn’t)

    @SkyHelpTeam @UKRobBoxing Yeah.....have a big screen TV but expect folks to watch a PPV event on your phone! How do you not get this is madness in 2022? If you want my 27quid, sort the appallingly poor SBO app and make it actually function, on bigscreens too. You've got no excuse Sky 🙄
