    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @MinimumJo @SkyHelpTeam Same here with Sky Glass, was sold this 12 months ago, worst mistake I’ve been conned into! Get glass they say, it’s the best thing ever they say, it’s the future they say…….. what a load of rubbish, nothing but connection issues and we have the best broadband package #joke 😖

    @SkyHelpTeam What about Bolton? On the app it keeps saying no planned outage in our area yet we haven’t had broadband or SKY tv all day

    @SkyHelpTeam @Idylliss This page has bern showing ‘no issues in your area’ since the outsge started. There are no updates on this page. What is happening, and when will it be resolved? Will I be able to work tomorrow? It seems like a rolling issue. We’re nr manchester not lancs. Off since 4.15pm
