@SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

@SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I have and it is partially connected ted but still not working properly. For example I can’t watch Amazon prime so no football today great! I assume there is still a known fault!?

@bt_uk No Chris they're a sky customer... However the point still stands. Why on earth is a BT engineer ignoring a fault clearly created while he was up the pole? I've used the @SkyUK account to run a line test and book an engineer visit but it's 2-5 days...

@SkyHelpTeam Finally identified an issue outside of our house, frustrating in this day & age that the service provided relays on customers to spend time day after day trying to resolve issues...surely in this day & age you should be getting daily reports of faults to resolve! Not impressed 😢

@Simon47570349 @SkySports Simon as a kid lots football fans were terrible towards black players. Thousands , I feel it's come a long way since the 70/80s But what sky are doing is bringing to real bad days back. Stop taking about it , never go away but there highlighting , everything , hate sky ,
