    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @SkyHelpTeam for the past 2 weeks I've been having massive drop outs it says that your maintenance for east Yorkshire was back on the 28/1/22 I'm still having drop outs everything was good before now it's been a shocking service please tell me what's going on?

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm aware of that however I can only do either a Monday or a weekend - customer with #skytv for over 15 years & if I want an engineer out I have to pay

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Ellie, it wouldn't let me due to being 'Hard Diskless'. The interactive help did the reset. I've spent 50mins on call and come away with a better deal and broadband! Not sure how I'll cope without my planner for a week though😟
