@SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

@SkyHelpTeam my internet connection is shockingly bad. I upgraded to your fastest broadband service in May when I moved and it’s worse than any package I’ve ever had with you or any other provider. Can someone get in touch to help me sort this out? So hard working from home!

@Kelseyann3 @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had terrible WiFi connection for the last two weeks with it being off for over 24 hours sometimes and over hub is a new one. We’ve rang up twice now and everything they suggest we’ve done already. Keep ringing up and complaining!
