    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @SkyHelpTeam This chat exchange has been as useless as the original chat exchange was with sky customer services. As a customer, it feels like key stage 1 customer services for 3 year olds

    @J_K021 @SkyHelpTeam Hi JK mine is exactly the same so maybe its down. Come on twitter to see if anyone else has same issue. When I go to home>sky sports>featured and scroll through there is no ultra hd listed when there normally is

    @SkyHelpTeam But I wasn't given an explanation. I was told the price increases (for services I don't have) are because sky were the awarded best tech support provider (why that matters I've no idea) and he could offer me the opportunity to leave for free if I didn't like it.

    @SkyHelpTeam I can safely say its been off all day!it's been reported! We've had text messages saying it's been resolved, we have had to book an appointment and neighbour who has sky broadband is having the same issue, & he's booked an appointment. Not good service

    @bt_uk WHATS THE POINT IN HAVING A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL WHEN NO ONE ANSWERS AFTER 2 AND HALF HOURS ON HOLD? Funny how you call me when I owe you money 4th problem this year and we are in ******* March. @SkyUK what have you got to offer before I rip this bt box out..?
