    @SkyHelpTeam The people with superfast in LS27 are all in the same boat! We were already without internet Fri - Sun this week. The issue is area wide. No amount of router resets are you to fix this. #skybroadband

    @SkyHelpTeam a quick update it took a day for my box to set the guide back up and to watch recordings, and even the picture came back on and had a decent signal when I checked the settings then the signal was lost again, I'm starting to suspect its the box, a slow time to reboot

    @SkyHelpTeam I've told you it won't let me sign in. This is due to sky not being able to collaborate my TV account and broadband account so I can view them in the same account
