    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @AshChattyMan @DamienHart @SkyHelpTeam Their suggested fix was to configure the Sky box to use a different DNS server (eg 8.8.8.8) than what one’s ISP provides. That worked for me. But they should really publicise the fix more, I’m sure there are a lot of Sky customers scratching their heads rn.

    @robmwhite @premierleague @SkySports Probably longer. I’m only a short tube journey away, and I walk the rest of it (if I go to Holloway Road I have to go out to home back in) so I just go to Archway and either bus it or walk. Bus is pointless as traffic is terrible.

    @SkyHelpTeam So I'm owed £198 and if we had superfast broadband then why the hell are our speeds so damn slow! It's 2021! We've got basic, dial up broadband... in 2021... the price I pay is ridiculous for bare minimal dial up broadband! @crack_alacking

    @SkyHelpTeam Haven’t been able to make WiFi calls from home for the last 48hrs.never been an issue until now. Any ideas? Been through the whole “unplug/reset router/phone on off etc”.

    @SkySports can anyone tell me how many of the new rangers away games you have NOT shown? And how many of Celtic away games you have NOT shown Another Celtic away game tomorrow you are failing to show Biased or just dont give a **** about Celtic supporters Let me know

    @SkyHelpTeam see above tweet. Really unhappy. 4G is hopeless. I’m a diamond VIP and was persuaded to leave EE when I cancelled my Sky TV to keep my VIP status but the 4G service is either fully down or intermittent. Only had it 2 months. Very disappointed.
