    @SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @SkyUK @itvhub are you guys ever going to get your act together so it’s possible to use ITV Hub on Sky Glass without it buffering, skipping or crashing? Had the same issues for a year now. It’s useless

    @SkyHelpTeam why can you not sort a simple broadband activation date, 40 minutes on a call only to be told have to wait till 24th. Shocking customer service as always!

    @SkyHelpTeam can you help me please? I have to unplug and re plug in my tv every single time I try to watch tv because the screen goes blue and says this channel does not support hdcp please try another channel. I’ve tried all the other ports and it’s the same every time.
