    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

    @SkyHelpTeam @WeAreOpenreach i have an engineer coming today (2nd time) to (hopefully!) fix the botched infrastructure to my property. If you tell me there are no problems then you come work here for a day! You’ll soon fix the root cause then. Nightmare!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam don’t believe it received a email at 5.30 am regarding my mobile swap advising if I don’t contact sky within 3 days they will cancel it. Only been trying to contact sky for the last 3 days! If sky had called me yesterday like they said it would of all been sorted.

    @SkyHelpTeam can you please explain in what world having the internet go down all day and then being told we will come on Saturday constitutes good service? That will be 4 days with no internet. Do you think that's acceptable?
