    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @ScotlandSky I think it’s terrible that I pay a good bit to get the sky sports channels but I still have to pay a separate fee for the sky sports news channel should that not come with the package instead of Separate @SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam I got a text from Sky to say the Broadband was active, when I plugged in the router it said there was an issue, is it normal for Broadband to take longer to actually be active?

    @SkyUK I was waiting for tv engineer the whole day. No one let me know that there is an issue and engineer can’t come. Very disappointed. I wasted my day!

    @OpenreachHelp I spoke with @SkyHelpTeam on the phone and the lady said some work was being done and engineers were fixing the issues, some people on the local Facebook group on surrounding streets also mentioned issues.

    @SkyHelpTeam also how do i get to speak to a human in customer service? Every number i have called says "90% of all problems can be solved online " then hangs up... but im in thag 10%who cant solve the problem online. I am seriously regretting choosing skh over virgen media !.

    @SkyHelpTeam There is no opportunity to enter a phone number, i get a “no issues “ message when your account states there are issues in the area? Nothing is fixing the internet and your phone lines have over 30 minutes hold time

    @SkyHelpTeam just wondering if there is an issue with the network. When I was out earlier, my phone had no Internet but had signal, in multiple places also.
