    @SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s working now,but at 5am today only the first green light was on the Sky Hub,my phone & internet have for the past 2 months gone down once a mont,as I have a lifeline & am Disabled,a welfare case has to be raised each time,am worried what happened

    @SkyHelpTeam are there connection issues in the Glasgow G32 area? Internet is cutting off every 5 minutes even following the reboot helpline and not resolving.

    @SkyHelpTeam These outages only affected #SkyBroadband though, people with another provider (Openreach network) who connect via the same exchange remained online. It was a Sky specific issue, not an Openreach issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam @sky worst customer service ever you’re beyond a disgrace, the service I am receiving is disgusting!! I demand to speak to a MANAGER or put in contact with a manager now or I’ll be going to trading standards.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, it goes from green to flashing red. There is no problem getting it to connect, it just won't stay connected for any longer than 10 minutes therefor no TV, no Internet, no alexa or Hive heating. Less than ideal.

    @andiparry @manfred_dingo @SkyUK If you have sky mobile and sky tv their system won't let you do this. Call them, demand they cancel all contracts and start from scratch
