@SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

@SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

@JohnDea20799992 @SkyUK We have sky at mine in fleckney and it is awful. You try and speak to @SkyUK's customer services and get absolutely no where. Virgin is being installed in April and we will be going with those as our contract expires April aswell

@JohnDea20799992 @SkyUK @TheO2 I have generally never spoken to such a poor customer service team. We had our internet down for 8 days and got no explanation why we rang and just got fobbed off with ow it's the weather when the neighbours was perfectly fine along with everyone else in the village.

@SkyHelpTeam I don’t want to make a complaint I just want someday to take ownership and get this sorted.....but that’s too much to ask! I’ve paid you lot over £20k over the years and your Manager can’t even be bothered to call me and your customers service is shocking

@SkyHelpTeam I need help with my broadband. Last two months the speed has dropped significantly. The 'My Sky' app claims the speed is as advertised. Seperate tests have given much, much lower speeds. Which I'm not happy with.

@BBCNews He says that 43p a day is great value for the service provided. I agree, but not for people who do not watch anything BBC related! It's like paying for #skysports and not watching anything! There should be a choice of whether you want it or not! #bbc #unfair

@AppleSupport hey there I’ve upgraded to iPhone 12 Pro, what a bag of 💩 it is. Not able to send or receive good old fashioned text messages!! Will it be fixed or will you blame @SkyHelpTeam for a carrier issue? Very disappointed!
