    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @SkyHelpTeam Cannot download any on Demand content. Simply says Download failed, item unavailable. Been like this for over 2 weeks. I am not alone - there are numerous posts on forums and social media. When are you going to fix this??

    @SkyHelpTeam 2 days without Broadband.. Engineer visit due 8am -1pm today, no engineer turned up.. why do I pay so much to Sky and get no customer service in return?

    @LastWordOnSpurs @SkySports Good outcome - terrible comp which has required Spurs to play Thursday / Sunday which is a disadvantage (same for Europa League - neither good) No upside as poor prize money and win = entry into Europa League…which is not a win anyone wants .
