    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @SkyHelpTeam we are still waiting for an update on further work on our line from open reach and I cannot see any messages,ref is 1466265483 can you please help as we have no phone or broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

    @SkyUK Will Sky be looking at how this would work with slow Internet connections? We have Sky broadband, pretty much Manchester City Centre and we can't stream TV and play an online game without one of us either getting lag or buffering 🤔😔

    @SkyUK I have already paid £500 to a contractor to remove old TV aerials so he could put a Sky dish on my chimney. £800 to get my neighbours trees cut down and I still get no signal when it rains. There is an option on the sky Q box to use wi-fi instead of the dish but it’s disabled

    @Ash_5896 @SkyUK Yeah but then when you cancel your subscription you won't be hit with a TV that doesn't work and loads of debt paying off the TV

    @SkyUK Another new thing had sky q from onset but then find its not uhd sound/picture thing compatible but new customer gets it as std but I would have to change at a cost and not get 2tb box but 1tb frankly am abit sick of things like this old customers should be better looked after
