@SkyHelpTeam Yes it is, the line needs to be replaced apparently the engineer marked out a route for the team that do the job down our driveway.I had a txt from Sky saying there would be an update by July 2, nothing so far.

@SkyHelpTeam having an issue streaming anything from Apple TV, anytime I chose to watch something the screen goes black and it’s stuck, can’t go back off the app.

@SkyHelpTeam There's an outage in your area We’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this. Been having a problem for a while? It could be a network problem. Check service status for more info.
