    @SkyHelpTeam Something very strange going on my viewing no is 853646354 and acc no is 623880191332 This is a rental house we own next door to our main property where we have Sky.I cannot sign in to the above acc!

    @agitatedgoose @SkyHelpTeam So frustrating! We have to go through an elaborate restart process to get a picture/sound back. Problem only exists with the Sky box, never had a problem with AppleTV connected in the same way. When it does work though it looks/sounds great

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Please, please, please fix your PlayStation app! It won't even load to the home screen anymore, just crashes on the initial load. (On PS5 - please don't say it's Sony's issue - it is your app and between you, it needs fixing).

    @SkyHelpTeam My internet has been dropping in and out for the last 4 hours. I have run the diagnostics from the website, and all it is saying is to book an engineer. But when I try to book it, I get an error message. Please help, I work full time from home and need o fix it

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I’m having HDMI/ARC handshake issues between my SkyQ and AVR (common problem reading your forums) All software up to date and using your HDMI cable. Does the v3 SkyQ box fix this issue, and if so how can I swap my v2 box for a v3 box?

    @Leemhammond @SkySports Should never be closed. Everyone seems to say 'trust the science' there is no friggin science to trust. And behaviour science isnt the science we want to bow to. I'm going fishing tomorrow, will be there with 20 others i would think, all 20m+ apart. No issues.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Your line tests do jack **** just fix your internet as A streamer I shouldn't have to deal with your **** service like many others that are with sky since 2010 your service has been bad that is why when I was 10 I never used the internet at home it was that bad
