@SkyHelpTeam Sky glass not working. Only had 3 weeks. Called and spoke to ‘Rob.’ Said he needed to contact someone higher and promised a call back before 9pm when he finished. No call. So I’m left with no TV, and no idea what to do.

@SkyHelpTeam Sorry Matt. I appreciate it isn't your fault the engineer (for whatever reason) didn't turn up to wall mount my Sky Glass television, but Sky are rather missing the point if they think that simply rearranging the visit is the issue rather than the fact that I took a day off work

@SkyUK we are unable to download from Sky Atlantic.Seems to be an ongoing issue & having researched it on forums we are not the only ones.We pay a lot of money for Sky & we can’t watch what we are paying for! Please advise

@SkyHelpTeam Picture this. You’re paying for a service. That service doesn’t meet your expectations so you as the individual who’s being failed have to take time out to fill in a questionnaire/send an email/make a phone call/send a PM via Twitter… Would you be satisfied by this?
