    @SkyHelpTeam @skytv why do sky keep fobbing us off? Internet has now been down for 4 days but they keep telling us there's nothing wrong or anything they can do. Really? Tell that to everyone else in my area who is reporting the same issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why can’t I claim my Defence Discount online even though it directs me to your website? And none of your live chat agents are apparently available (except they are if you type in “Cancel contract”)? Can I sort this over the phone or not? Please help, thanks.
