@SkyUK .. why after 3 weeks of calling regarding my sons phone .. being told by your staff they will call me and I still have not received a call ? for a mobile phone I am paying for which no longer works..absolutely poor from SKY.. telling you won't replace the phone

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks I know how it should work, but my problem is that it isn't. It works for HD PL Matches and it works for UHD F1 so why doesnt it work for UHD PL matches?

@SkyHelpTeam I am finding difficult to discuss a very simple issue with you. I have a Sky Q cancellation order on MySky but shouldn’t be there as I DON’T want to cancel. I notified via email and now they are writing me I want to cancel but I DON’T want to. Can you help here?
