@SkyHelpTeam I've done all the troubleshooting steps, and I know of at least 10 other people in my area with the same issue. One of my wires going kaput wouldn't explain at least 8 streets being down.

@carter_boy81 @SkyHelpTeam Its a joke. Cant download new stuff outside UK. App has broken, again! Deletes unfinished episodes or films after 48hrs. Husband can't now watch the rest if the series he downloaded.
