@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam agreed a contract this January for broadband at £20 per mth. Just been told its now going up to £24. A 20% increase! Rung #sky and they won't negotiate. Now have 30 days to find another supplier. Why do sky treat their customers so badly @MartinSLewis

@SkyHelpTeam That’s what Sky customer service also told me to do when buying #SkyGlass. Spent days chasing it. Now going through the same process to return it! Customer service nil. Should be called Sky Self Service!

@SkyUK why is my Internet down. The power's on the #SkyQBox and having the normal TV however on the #SkyRouterbox its saying power's (Green) but ( internet/Wifi) Red ???? I've even taken all the wires out switched sockets on and off and still same results!!. GET IT FIXED!!
