    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried to upgrade my sky broadband for the last few days but it keeps saying ‘technical error’ & to refresh the page. I really want to upgrade to save myself money while still having sky internet which is a great service

    Phoned @SkyUK on 23rd about issues with Paramount+ got told it would be sorted and working in 4 hours, phoned back on 24th guy apologised said he would look into it and call me back but would be the 30th December sadly he never said which year

    @SkyHelpTeam been waiting in all day for an engineer to come and install my SkyQ box. Engineer never turned up. Called sky and they are unable to tell me when an engineer is coming. Not good enough. Sky communication to customer is disgraceful

    @thelawns @SkyHelpTeam My sky internet goes off every single night between 5 and 6 phone up and they say there is no issue absolute pain in the neck

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there any reason why my sky tv time didn’t go back an hour end October? My sky hd box is recording programmes at the right time. I’ve tried disconnecting and connecting again. Another sky customer also tweeted her tv shows the old time too.
