@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Seriously!? Again!? How many times has your broadband service gone down over the past few weeks. People rely on this service a lot, esp those like myself who are still working from home. Just not good enough. Get it sorted #skybroadband #skybroadbanddown

@SkyHelpTeam Hi there. My WiFi is working fine but none of my iOS devices will connect to the router. Same goes for my Apple TV. Tried restarting router/restarting devices. If I tell devices to forget the network and try to reconnect it says the password is wrong when it isn’t.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had to restart my router 4 times in 3 days to get reconnected to the internet. Have you a problem in Aberdeenshire cause this is getting very annoying. Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam very frustrating that a film showing live on one of your movie channels is available with AD but if you want to download and watch from the start it has no AD. This surely is easy to fix?!

So, @SkyHelpTeam Sky upgraded me to SkyQ on Tues PM, which they mucked up as the picture breaks up and turns off after 10 minutes. Won't send anyone to fix their failed install for 10 days. I would watch TV on my laptop...except sky broadband has been down since weds morning FFS!
