@SkyHelpTeam Hi there. My WiFi is working fine but none of my iOS devices will connect to the router. Same goes for my Apple TV. Tried restarting router/restarting devices. If I tell devices to forget the network and try to reconnect it says the password is wrong when it isn’t.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had to restart my router 4 times in 3 days to get reconnected to the internet. Have you a problem in Aberdeenshire cause this is getting very annoying. Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam 1st visit engineer can’t install dish as she was too small , today’s visit after a monthcancelled 3 hours into the 6 hour window I was given and now another 5 weeks until next install date , vip customer don’t think so

@SkyHelpTeam They said they didn't know what to do and couldn't give a timescale as they had no idea! Your email clearly states a timescale and they agree it hasn't been met. Apparently because of some other company letting you down
