@SkyHelpTeam Hi there. My WiFi is working fine but none of my iOS devices will connect to the router. Same goes for my Apple TV. Tried restarting router/restarting devices. If I tell devices to forget the network and try to reconnect it says the password is wrong when it isn’t.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had to restart my router 4 times in 3 days to get reconnected to the internet. Have you a problem in Aberdeenshire cause this is getting very annoying. Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky Q drops out on main & mini boxes every day. Night times worse especially after midnight. Broadband also poor. Can I arrange for a new router or do I need a technician to visit ?
