@SkyUK COMPLAINT REF: 1692900465 THE FEMALE I SPOKE TO HAD ONLY WORKED FOR SKY FOR 3 MONTHS, AND I BELIEVE SHE DID NOT HANDLE THE CALL CORRECTLY BECAUSE I ENDED UP IN TEARS AND I TOLD HER I WOULD HAVE TO TERMINATE THE CALL.
