@SkyHelpTeam Hi, our Sky Broadband has been down since Wednesday evening. We have followed all the usual guidelines to try and fix it, but no luck! Our postcode area is DL7 . BT are doing some work in our village, could this be the cause? If so, how long before its working again?

@SkyHelpTeam No, I don't. The 'voice' light is still switched off on my hub. So not an issue with my mobile provider, its an issue with you. I can't call out without WiFi calling due to the area that I live in, that's always been the case - hence the need for WiFi calling, which isn't working
