@SkyHelpTeam The name on the household account needs changing. I can’t do it and ano one your end will!!!!! It’s been over 10 years!!!!! I don’t know why it’s been such a problem. All the “friendly” emails you send to me using an incorrect name is ridiculous.

@SkyHelpTeam not able to access the games via red button. Can get to the options, but control won’t let me navigate to the selections. Have turned off box etc and still not working. Any ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam Right I’ve checked all that, already restarted the box as mentioned. I’m on the latest software. This has been an issue for a while too. It’s just that today I have a bit of spare time to try and fix it.
