@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I’m aware and have been doing. Our area has half the speed thanks to the local legacy network and no fibre to user available with sky so stuck on FTTC at 39.

@SkyHelpTeam "The BT open reach engineer has been out this morning and it isn’t my router it is the software in the communication box has gone down due to overheating. He has logged a call for someone to come and change the software". Can you please investigate for us SKY Customers
