    @Dave_The_Scot @SkyHelpTeam My elderly in-laws switched to them, requesting to keep the number they’ve had for 50+ years and Sky have “lost” it and conveniently won’t reassign the number, I’ve an email trail where I can prove everything but they keep telling me it’s customer error when I can prove it’s not

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky wifi has been down in the east tilbury area for a couple of days now I don't think it is fair that we should pay for somthing we do not get is there anyway you could sort it out ?
