    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve checked that. How can I report an issue? It keeps changing between ‘no satellite signal’ and ‘technical fault’

    @SkyHelpTeam @Jimjam_1985 I've not had any @SkyUK broadband for nearly two weeks now, customer service is absolutely horrendous and the service is even worse. I've just been told tough luck! Shocking!

    Hi @SkySports Have you given all the competent people the day off today or something? Appalling @premierleague coverage, appalling 2pm ko reporting coverage, sound issues as well. Do I get a refund for this?

    @SkyHelpTeam Phoned 3 times now. Had an engineer fail to arrive on Monday and now waiting for a call back on Wednesday. Been with Sky for 31 years but plan to leave after Christmas now. I've been running out internet off of my 3 mobile hotspot and had to use over 70gb data in just 10 days
