  Shocking customer service from @SkyHelpTeam engineer said someone would contact me Tuesday to rearrange visit but nothing now I have had to call them and they are saying end of January before someone can come out meanwhile I am paying for service I don’t have 😡😡😡😡

  @SkyHelpTeam so after the engineer said on Tuesday that someone would call Wednesday to rearrange my visit I have now had to call them and being told no one can come till end of January - shocking service still paying for service I am not receiving 😡😡😡😡😡
