    @SkyHelpTeam Well it'll certainly be goodbye to SKY TV, bb and phone then in June when our contract is up. Shocking service especially for a key worker! This is certainly one for the media. Have dcreen grabs as proof also! Brilliant service and support SKY!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried to cancel sky sports but ur site has no way to do that ur call number is a joke now got an email ur upping my bill in a pandemic to recover ur losses please help me or I'm cancelling the whole thing through my bank i refuse to b robbed during a pandemic

    @SkyHelpTeam Great, really helpful, tells us there's a fault! So how will this fact help? My wife is a key worker in the fact she must have internet access. I do hope as she has proof of any data bolt on costs she/we will be compensated? I believe this so called fault is into it's 30th hour!

    Completely understand why @SkyUK has signed up, but it might want to look closer to home - spent a day being told I couldn't access a service online and to call just to then be directed online and hung up on. Poor. #r4today
