  @SkyHelpTeam I have no satellite signal it cut off half way through a program. There is nothing blocking it no thunder storms. I’ve unplugged it all and plugged it back in. What else can I do?

  @SkyHelpTeam wifi speeds are terrible!! Always having problems. Even without other devices being used (which i thought was the problem) still shocking!! We're not getting the speeds it says I'm supposed to!! Tried your online help you always send. Awful

  @SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

  @SkyHelpTeam why no subtitles on sky go? Even when streaming recordings from the Q box? Introducing a new feature without making sure it is accessible is very poor (even discriminatary).

  @SkyHelpTeam Hey sky. My sky box keeps crashing so have to unplug then reset. Was around once a week for a while but now happening most days sometimes more than once. Can you help please?

  @SkyHelpTeam You have been notified, by MANY people on Twitter! Stop referring people to a a website. I want to know how I’m going to be able to teach tomorrow when I’m supposed to be shielding!!! Looks like I’ll be going into school, against advice, as Sky can’t do ANYTHING to help me.
