    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp The reason I came here for help is because there is absolutely nothing I can do to accommodate the appointments available. We made ourselves available at our cost already. Phoning to make an appointment we cannot make is pointless & a waste of my time and yours

    @SkySports Don’t bother interviewing the players at half time as they walk off the pitch. Get over to the referee and ask how he gave that penalty. A really poor decision.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi team - having problems with your sky+ remote recording app - it won’t change region? I’m currently on ‘HTV wales,’ but unable to remotely record ITV, so have tried changing to the ‘wales’ region, and ITV is on that one, but says region is incorrect? #pleasehelp

    @SkyHelpTeam awful call (handler David was good, process is awful) spent hour, couldn’t talk to manager.manager messaged David who repeated what he said to me then David went back to manager with my response followed by a response back to David to me and back again! Will cancel
