    @SkyUK I’m disgusted how your call staff have been with my husband. He’s trying to cancel his (hard of hearing) Dad’s new subscription which hasn’t been installed yet. His Dad can’t hear on the phone so wouldn’t understand what they’re saying. So how does he cancel ?
