    @SkyUK I would love to get Sky glass but after 6 months of trying to get online access to my sky account I am fed up with trying! I have had sky for 22 years and now because nobody is capable of resolving my complaint I will be cancelling, just waiting until I have a spare hour to call

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband is down, there's meant to be a engineer coming out to fix it. It just says coming soon. I'm just wondering if you will be able to give me some sort of timeframe. Will I have to private message you with some details? Thanks Craig

    @SkyHelpTeam hi did you guys do a firmware or software update on sky broadband routers recently ? It has caused my wifi extender to no longer work. Even bought a new extender and same problem. Any advice

    @SkyHelpTeam I've turned on my tv this morning to find sky Q is telling me 'This screen does not support HDCP'. My TV does have HDCP. I have tried reconnecting the HDMI cable and also rebooted the box and the tv but I still get this message. Has there been an overnight update?

    @PrudhoeGeoff @spena2k10 @SkySports Why does that matter, u cab say the same with all big clubs and countries , and not all big teams reach the final unless the are good, and neymar helped them , it’s like me saying if messi didn’t play for Barca he would’ve been ****, get out of here with this logic u ****

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, as a loyal customer feeling pretty sore to find I've been charged an admin fee to renew my package, despite being told all charges would be waived. Can you help? Poor customer service & I don't really want to sit on the phone for another 45 mins. Thanks!

    @SkyUK My contract is due to end. I rang to explore my options; Poona said she could do 18 x £34pm £10 upfront. I said no. She then said standard fee is £31 but I can have it for £19pm. Asked for an email but nothing. HELP!
