@SkyHelpTeam being called repeatedly by 0800 479 0758 - claiming to be sky but always an awful quality line. Have repeatedly asked them to not call me - is this even genuine? I refused to give confirm any personal details as screamed scam to me!

@SkyHelpTeam Can anyone advise of a television service provider apart from Sky, have been with for over 25 years & decided to increase my charges by over £13.00 a month as they want me a VIP customer an even better service. Presume that includes the 100s of repeats. I’m leaving!

Honestly regret ever signing up with @SkyUK , awful service , constant promises that aren't followed up on , compensation taken away because an engineer is too lazy to set up a dish . Lies about services and how things will happen , all documented . Today is the last straw
