    @SkyHelpTeam Are you serious!? I didn't know the calendar went April 29 then May 3. I find it impossible to believe that there are no managers currently working for Customer Support.

    @SkyHelpTeam We lost out broadband at 12.30am on 28th....the outage was 8.30am..so what is going on!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve no internet no phone line I’ve done the checks - I’m heartily sick of paying for Sly Broadband when it’s poor at best for the bulk of the time. Every time we try to connect to another WiFi it says wrong p/W which is not the case - very fed up with the whole shebang

    @SkyHelpTeam Please stop trying to be clever. You didn't specify what you meant by "immediately". It's absurd that no manager thinks that being lied to about an escalation is an important thing that should be rectified. Instead I get someone mocking me on Twitter. Perfect service guys

    @PaulDon02890625 @TheDanJames @SkySports Big difference imo, one has been in england since he was 7, the other has declared for Scotland at the age of 24 because of his grandad , i've got nothing against him but don't think it's a race issue tbh

    @SkyHelpTeam No voice mail, when I rang the 0800 no, I got recorded message, that you tried to call, I was on a call for 10 mins. Not Good Customer Service......

    @SkyHelpTeam I'd like it in writing if you don't mind. Do you think from the story that has been laid before you that Sky is treating its customer with respect and providing a good customer service?

    @SkyHelpTeam Ive checked my bill, the fact is i havent been informed. Again ive found the contact detals but nobody wants to answer the phone and sort the issue out

    @SkyHelpTeam When will this issue be fixed???? Why was an engineer call cancelled when our broadband stopped working BEFORE the outage. Youe customer service is a joke and we will be leaving!
