@SkyHelpTeam I’ve no internet no phone line I’ve done the checks - I’m heartily sick of paying for Sly Broadband when it’s poor at best for the bulk of the time. Every time we try to connect to another WiFi it says wrong p/W which is not the case - very fed up with the whole shebang

@SkyHelpTeam Please stop trying to be clever. You didn't specify what you meant by "immediately". It's absurd that no manager thinks that being lied to about an escalation is an important thing that should be rectified. Instead I get someone mocking me on Twitter. Perfect service guys

@SkyHelpTeam When will this issue be fixed???? Why was an engineer call cancelled when our broadband stopped working BEFORE the outage. Youe customer service is a joke and we will be leaving!
