    @claudelittner @SkyUK Ours increased 3 months after re-contracting with them on a supposed lower deal…. I know it’s in the fine print that it’s within their terms, but the improved service they use to justify is absolute rubbish. Mainly repeats on the TV, mini boxes are always pixelating….

    @SkyHelpTeam Good evening Emma, sorry I didn’t respond I couldn’t because I had no internet and live in the middle of nowhere! However same issue again tonight… it’s saying a problem in my area again… it took over 14 hours last time. Is it going be the same again?

    @SkyHelpTeam home move engineer booked for 20/4. More than 2 weeks and 3 further engineers later still no broadband. Every time I call to chase I’m told there are no updates. Can someone please help?

    @SkyHelpTeam Awesome customer service Claire. Why do you send me emails about all other changes to everything Sky related. Your team have accepted that I should have received an email, they have apologised and offered £10. The error will cost me £76 though. Seem fair to you?

    @Skottalot @SkyUK Unfortunately I'm tied into contract. Been informed they raised their prices by 10% in April, I'm a bit 😡 about not being notified, also bc aren't we paying them *enough* already?! I negotiated my bill down from £80+ bc it was ridiculous, now they seem to be creeping it back up.
