    A tip for @SkyHelpTeam Most people associate an Indian accent with scam calls so perhaps don't use your Indian call centres to make calls to customers or they will just hang up when they hear the accent assuning it's a scam call. (As I did the other day)

    @SkyUK can I ask why, when I ask one of your representatives to ensure I am never contacted by Sky again, that the very next day I receive an email asking me to pay for the very service I'd cancelled only the day before?

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I need someone to assist with the following. I recently came back to Sky broadband & am waiting for a refund on the early termination fee. I’ve sent the info through now 4 times & keep getting asked to send it! This is getting frustrating! Can someone help?

    @virginmedia I want to cancel my overpriced @SkySports and @footballontnt sports add ons. Your business model of making it easy to spend more but incredibly difficult to cut back. I've spent more than 8hrs over the last month in a game of snakes and ladders.
