    @SkyHelpTeam wrote to me today telling me they’d putting my monthly tv bill up by 26.66% in one go, whilst under contract. At least **** Turpin wore a mask. Won’t be renewing when the time comes if that’s how they treat 20+ year loyal customers.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Something is wrong with the Netflix app on Sky Q. It simply will not open, on googling the problem it seems it’s not just me and is happening to others lately. Can you tell me what is being done to fix this? #Netflix #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam I have Sky Q on a new build estate that uses a communal dish. We had a power cut a couple of days ago and now some channels have no signal. I have no idea who manages the dish - can you help? (Have tried resetting the box).

    @SkyHelpTeam never had such a difficult experience as I have with customer services today! Can't download any on demand content at all, I had already been through the steps on your app/ website. The person I spoke to was rude and kept speaking over me. I'm still no further!
