    @SkyHelpTeam Yes all connected via WiFi. You probably tell me to move it’s position but the hub has been in the same place for almost 3yrs with no issues. When I do the tests it says the speed could be improved and takes me through the troubleshooting but nothing changes

    @SkyHelpTeam hello! Is there problems with Sky mail on iOS Mail? I’ve gone through the troubleshooter, my iOS is up to date, changed password, etc but it won’t log in. It’s ok over the web and everything else though. Happening since yesterday afternoon.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi thanks, also as a Sky customer my landline is not working I have done all the tests to no avail we have no dial tone and cannot make or receive calls, what do I do ? Every time I ring sky I cannot get through and have to wait ages

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely peed off with sky, we pay all that money for these packages. Then the price hike again. What is going on with the films Harry Potter and autobiography and then films in subtitles. I've read that due to the price increase we can cancel our contractsUnfair
