@SkyHelpTeam You say on your status page that this issue was reported at 08.09, people have been reporting it since just before 7am! It went down in TQ12 area at 06.58.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, is it possible to book an engineer online? We’re having trouble with our internet. Checks day it’s fine but it keeps dropping out and is very slow. I can’t seem to find anywhere to book an engineer to come and have a look. Do I have to call?
