@SkyHelpTeam pls can someone contact me re my sky mobile account. 5 consecutive days of calling 4 hrs 16 mins in total on hold. A call back which was promised never received. I’m paying for a mobile phone I don’t have and nobody can seem to tell me why! Shocking service

Has anyone with @virginmedia got the @SkySports red button working? I genuinely think it’s never worked for me and I’ve had Virgin for about 5 years now. I just wanna watch #Watfordfc. I’m paying enough, why do I not get the service?
