  @SkyHelpTeam My apologies Sky Broadband! It would appear its a huwaei issue! (although husbands tablet is huwaei and it connected to the Internet) 🙄

  @SkyHelpTeam I’m in South Wales and once again no broadband. I’ve seen your replies to others…. Clearly there are problems with the service otherwise there wouldn’t be people complaining at the same time.

  @SkyHelpTeam After the first call they sent out a brand new sr203 unit even though we had said then that it wasn’t broken. The open reach engineer tried it straight out of the box and got the same lousy speed
