    @SkyHelpTeam "this channel is currently affected by a problem. With your satellite signal" But on settings page it says signal. And strength is both locked as 90. (I've unplugged and replugged everything in to ensure nothing inside my flat but it's same. Only sky Showcased + Gold work)

    @SkyHelpTeam Like clockwork now for 2 days straight why does my internet drop connection at 3pm for between 15-30 mins. Run self help says no issues, contact support says yes issues we will put you through to someone to arange an engineer out but then low an behold it works fine.

    @SkyHelpTeam If its Signal 90 and strength 90,can I assume its not an Issue with the box or sky equipment? And the landlord/housing state there's no fault but sky can't access any communal wired or dish as that belongs to abca systems. (just so I know Who to contact directly to get resolved)

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I activated the 5G last week, confirmed over the phone with one of your customer advisors (very helpful) and my place of work is well within your claimed 5G coverage area, I also frequent a 2nd claimed 5G location but nothing there either.

    @SkyUK is the website down? Tried on my phone and on computer to order a new phone signed contract then keeps saying technical error?
