    Fuming, on a phone call to @SkyUK for ages to be transferred to a different department and the phone gets put down on me and when I try to call back they are closed!!! 4th phone call in a month because they can’t deliver what was promised on the 1st call 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam Ah ok. Would be good to let the customers know when lines are open on the website or voicemails. Need help with reducing bills. Have been with Sky 11 years and my bill just went up by nearly £20 a month for no reason!

    @SkyHelpTeam Started off as charging me double for Sky Cinema. Now someone has messed up my account and I’m being overcharged by £80. Multiple managers are meant to call back, heard nothing. Shall I cancel my direct debit?
