    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Fibre was due to be upgraded from super to ultra today. Around an hour ago we lost internet. Still not back on. As existing customer we have the sky hub but nothing was sent. Our email ref’d a tracking no: but no number listed. Did we need to add something?

    @SkyHelpTeam Please consider removing it. It serves no purpose for a customer like myself other than to frustrate. I also get asked for pins for almost all my recordings. These are not sky ones and the pin setting is turned off

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it say 68mgbs but my hub is not giving out more than 3 I advised the box gets hot and I want a new router sent out to see if solves my issues and was told a manager would call me back

    @SkyHelpTeam I work with fibre broadband I know what happening the router is not giving out the correct speeds I have had your services for over a year now and I have had a constant 66mgbs on all my devices and now 3mgbs it’s not on and not been called back I will now need to log a complaint
