    @SkyHelpTeam It's Sky+where the issues is. I wanted to upgrade to Sky Q. The building management seem unwilling to replace the dish. So I'm paying for a service I can't fully use.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve done that as well. They don’t know. I got a fault ticket raised with sky and no one has got back to me to help resolve. It’s a very poor service. And I pay for sky go as part of my package. I want compensation.

    Hey @SkyUK why do make long-standing existing customers jump through hoops in order to cancel the subscription? Emailed you on 03.09.21 to cancel in writing but still receiving invoices despite box being unplugged.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Ellie i tried going on the website where you check the connection and it's advised there was an issue. But now my Internet started working like 20 minutes ago. So it seems fixed.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes have tried all those. The app says 27Mbps is coming into the house. Sometimes get 20 but it is the inconsistency that is the issue. Impossible to work properly from home as suddenly it drops to 5 like this morning. Reported it on phone yesterday but not taken seriously

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes,several times. Internet is now “green” again, but my network has disappeared..
