    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I have been without sky tv signal for over 1 month now, I have called several times and cannot get through, email no reply and to top it over the Twitter can access my account. Over 1 month and nobody can either bother to pick up the phone. Daniel Saron

    @SkyUK we want to cancel movies but can only do that via telephone. Phones lines are not working. Absolute joke!!!!

    @Shaunsaint1976 @SkyHelpTeam This is beyond belief in this day and age. I’m with Sky, but if my broadband went down I would expect it sorted within hours not weeks! What is going on?!?

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @OpenreachHelp I have spoken to your “help team” and there saying nothing can be done except wait. Well that’s not happening. This service need reconnecting right now

    @SkyUK on the 10th Dec you said @OpenreachHelp where dealing with it an the property didnt need to accessed. But as I left for work on 11th an @OpenreachHelp engineer arrived needing to access the property! Thankfully he did get the service working so no issue or so I thought..

    @SkyHelpTeam I am sending these messages when I have sporadic Wi-fi coverage. All I want to know is - what is the problem with the broadband in TA11 postcode area and when will it be working as it should? No doubt you are aware of a problem?

    @SkyUK how can I get my 79yr old uncle’s broadband working or even get a basic test done to see if it’s a fault. The sms service is not helping at all
