    @SkyHelpTeam been trying to speak to someone about the awful broadband service I have. I was on hold for 30 mins started speaking to someone and then I was cut off. Customer experience has been pretty poor since I moved to sky and the issues with broadband is affecting my work.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky has to be the worst customer service I have ever received. Booked for Broadband to be installed two weeks ago, and it still hasn't been installed. I've been promised a phone call back 3 times and not one has phoned back!

    @SkyHelpTeam 10 weeks no broadband, I have to ring to get updates , despite being told I will be called and updated. Been a customer for@over 20 years and treated this way, cash is clearly king !!

    @RobCWotton @SkySportsDavid I fully expect an apology on behalf of the Irish people for your extremely rude comments today. Trust me Rob Irish people know about our history. Do English people really know about Ireland's history is the real question. I fully expect @SkySports to look further into this aswell

    @SkyHelpTeam We have been without Broadband since Friday. Engineer was meant to turn up on Monday but no show. Called you and was told that no visit required and would be sorted remotely by Tuesday evening……..still no Internet!! Please help.
