@SkyHelpTeam 2nd day in a row WiFi has repeatedly dropped every 10/15minutes, in whitley bay (Tyne and wear). Making working from home impossible. What is the issue and when will it be fixed please?

Excellent customer service from Matt @SkyHelpTeam @skytv this afternoon! Very friendly and answered all of my questions....... not so happy with the £60 charge from the internet tech team though when I was told there wouldn’t be a charge due to new contract 🙄
