@SkyHelpTeam Birmingham. Last night Internet went down 30mins I understand that. But today for 3 freakin hours and still going its down at similar times. 1 hr I would understand but 2 days straight and in the 2nd day its even worse. Please fix it ASAP you've already made me lose some work😤

@SkyHelpTeam your contact centre can be ever so frustrating. I called to cancel BT Sport. It kept asking me where I wanted to change my sky sports package and when I said no, it said you were closed. Now somehow you’ve cancelled my contract and started a new one! #diamondvip
