    @SkyHelpTeam I have already raised a complaint, yesterday. I need someone in the Sky Team to speak to Open Reach ref the appointment ASAP as it can be done. Despite being told it can't be.....

    @SkyHelpTeam I am in the lucky position where I have a third party router I will try that tonight as I am at work now. If that works then the firmware upgrade has caused the issue

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam Internet move date has been put back a whole week so leaves me without a phone or Internet & unable to work from home? Told this categorically CANNOT be changed? I do not believe this for one minute. Need assistance ASAP as advisor unable to help.

    @SkyHelpTeam Please help! Was supposed to be upgrading to superfast fibre on 29/03 but it couldn’t be done. They disconnected my adsl though and have been without any internet since then. Ref#1647984630
