@SkyHelpTeam trying to pay my sky account get my bill uploaded and when it says make a payment I press that it comes up oops something went wrong we'll fix it straight away all day it's been like this fed up now

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried a couple of times today to put an order through for sky Q, it processes payment, says “thank you for your order”, and then nothing. No confirmation email, no orders in progress, etc. Can you help please?
