    @SkyHelpTeam So over a week with limited internet, now upgraded (needed?). Hopefully the engineer will fix it and the upgrade will make a difference.

    @SkyHelpTeam My settings tell me that my WiFi is blocking WhatsApp. There isn't anything wrong with the app so doesn't need uninstalling. I've seen its a known issue with Shield blocking WhatsApp incorrectly

    @SkyHelpTeam I see a service status screen and a variety of services such as sky talk broadband etc. If I select broadband I have the option to get help or test my connection which is what I’ve already done
