@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

@skysports The studio commentators audio at Wentworth is AWFUL. Are you ever going to fix the constant plosive booming? None of your other o/b broadcasts have this problem. Ps as an ex sound engineer I could sort it out for a sensible fee 😎

I think it's pathetic and indicative of the way the media and in particular the way @SkySports view our game in Scotland. One of the biggest derbies on today, Hearts vs Hibs + on the SkyGo App, under sports this game is way down the list. F1 racing is before it. Sad but expected.

@SkyUK yet again we have another “outage” 2 weeks on the trot. Last time it went on for 2 days. Can’t speak to anyone at Sky & no contact from Sky and no mention of a refund. You really are the worst company for customer service.
