@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

@SkyHelpTeam That's what I'm saying I've tried the number after the help guides and it still hangs up saying to look online. I currently have to sit in the same room as the modem cos theres no signal in the rest of the house. You have the cheek to charge me for broadband.

@SkyHelpTeam Was told I wouldn’t have to pay an admin fee as I was already a sky customer however I have been charged anyway? Have already rang up once and it is still not sorted?
