    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried to download programs to Tablet and Phone, appears to work then at 100 % then error message saying " failed to download. "Checked and other Apps can download fine. I'd there a known issue at the moment

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to pay my sky account get my bill uploaded and when it says make a payment I press that it comes up oops something went wrong we'll fix it straight away all day it's been like this fed up now

    @SkySports why is there no sound on the red button football .. 20 mins into 2nd half and it still isn’t on .. the picture quality is bad enough as it is ..

    @SkyHelpTeam Just tried across two other devices, same problem. This is the primary way I use Sky and why I pay a premium rather then Sky Stream so it needs attention

    @gulam_h @SkyHelpTeam Our Netflix is streaming without issue but I’ve just switched to mobile data as can’t be arsed with all the long load times etc
