@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

@SkyHelpTeam Tried to download programs to Tablet and Phone, appears to work then at 100 % then error message saying " failed to download. "Checked and other Apps can download fine. I'd there a known issue at the moment

@SkyHelpTeam trying to pay my sky account get my bill uploaded and when it says make a payment I press that it comes up oops something went wrong we'll fix it straight away all day it's been like this fed up now

@SB_CEV @SkyUK Same old problem - both as bad as each other - only interested in new customers. Make it as hard as possible for existing customers to even see new customer pricing and force the “threaten to leave” approach to get any kind of deal - no loyalty any more

A @SkyUK VIP customer for 13 yrs, contract due for renewal, new cost £27.50 a mth more, phone to look at options best is £19.50 a mth more than I pay now, same package is less with virgin, said I would prob go to virgin & basically told ok let us know if you want to cancel. VIP?!
