@SkyHelpTeam trying to pay my sky account get my bill uploaded and when it says make a payment I press that it comes up oops something went wrong we'll fix it straight away all day it's been like this fed up now

@SkyHelpTeam we have just lost satellite signal and have tried to phone up because we think the satellite may have been misaligned but we are being told there is a problem with your systems and then hung up on.
