@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

@SkyHelpTeam Tried to download programs to Tablet and Phone, appears to work then at 100 % then error message saying " failed to download. "Checked and other Apps can download fine. I'd there a known issue at the moment

@SkyUK failed to call me three times today. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. My complaint has now been open for months, and every time I call I have to tell the whole story from the beginning. I am stopping all payments to them Until it’s resolved.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, was onto your team over the phone yesterday. Not happy with how call went. In short, an add on to my tv package was added. I never added this but was told repeatedly I would have had to have given my consent despite me explaining that never happened.
