@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

@SkyHelpTeam Will you be compensating customers affected? The sky glass also has issues with lips not moving in sync with the words and it can be sooooo slow too. Not really the amazing technology we were sold

The #skyglass tvs are a great idea, but really poorly made. The panelling is so bad you can see each individual one when the camera pans across during the football or action movie tracking shot. @skytv @SkyHelpTeam
