    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

    @SkyHelpTeam I am having problems downloading anything. It took me the best part of 26 hours to download a film. I've just paid £15.99 to rent Venom 2 and my download is stuck on 1% with a hard wired connection. All my other devices are working fine so it isn't my ISP

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I have sky sports package but only can watch 405 live golf why do all the other channels say you must upgrade what’s the point having this package, wanted to watch darts ?? I might as well cancel it if I can only watch 1 channel. Thanks
