@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

@SkyHelpTeam Load of rubbish I go through all@ the problem solving etc and just goes back to the start ! There is clearly a fault on the line. I am just asking for an update. Your quick enough to put my bill up every month. But slow as a tortoise to provide any info.

@SkyHelpTeam having real big issues with our pucks picture juggering all the time plus have to swich power off and on socket to get them to turn on really really poor and very frustrating the glass tele is fine y is this happening??????
