    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to pay my sky account get my bill uploaded and when it says make a payment I press that it comes up oops something went wrong we'll fix it straight away all day it's been like this fed up now

    Every time you give @skytv @SkyHelpTeam another chance they let you down and then you can never get through to anyone on the phone to help you. How long is the cooling off period??? Time to cancel
