@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

My mother dies in April. She was a @SkyUK broadband customer, so I cancelled the service. But they keep chasing payment for the cancelled service. So I have tried to speak to someone at @SkyUK. But that seems to be impossible in their automated system. This is disgusting!

After speaking with @RiotSupport I believe I have proof of packet loss but haven't been able to resolve the issue. If I can speak to someone who can actually help me that would be great.
