@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

Hi @SkyHelpTeam my Sky box appears to have done an invite and now won't turn on. Remote is working fine however the Q box isn't. I've gone through the help guide and sadly nothing happens!

@SkyHelpTeam 2: phoned today and was told this wasn't done and I couldn't have a new one unless there was an issue with my old version one. Quite annoyed as I was promised a new router and now being told this wasn't sent & I can't have a new one.
