@SkyHelpTeam Tried to download programs to Tablet and Phone, appears to work then at 100 % then error message saying " failed to download. "Checked and other Apps can download fine. I'd there a known issue at the moment

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

@SkyHelpTeam When I try to sign in it doesn’t allow me to access the app, also while we’re here the my sky app doesn’t let me view my bills or anything. In fact according to that app I don’t even think I’m currently a customer 🙃
