    @SkyHelpTeam 30 MINUTE WAIT STILL NO SUPPORT WHEN THEY OFFER SUPPORT THEY CANT HELP. WE ARE IN ONE OF THE HIGHEST COVID AREAS AND IM HAVING TO GO OUT TO VOICE CALL CONSULTANTS BECAUSE YOUR ENGINEERS HAVE NOT BEEN 3 TIMES. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I've had an email from @SkyUK saying "Just to let you know we have closed your complaint" but that is the only communication I've had - no resolution to my complaint nor any way to respond to this email.

    @RealPaulMurray @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam I know there has been issues with most internet providers and think it’s a larger network problem. I have contacted BT/openreach and asked this is given absolute priority. Hope we can get it sorted ASAP

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes but it was useless. Another number to ring another 30 min queue and then guess what an offer of an SMS to troubleshoot. How do you trouble shoot engineers not coming repeatedly?

    @QPRed76 @Elliott_Ziegler @SkySports I mean... I'd mock if well... my side weren't in the third worst form in the league currently. On current form, both West Ham and Everton look more likely to finish top 6 than Liverpool? Keep laughing though.
