    @SkyHelpTeam Just tried across two other devices, same problem. This is the primary way I use Sky and why I pay a premium rather then Sky Stream so it needs attention

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to pay my sky account get my bill uploaded and when it says make a payment I press that it comes up oops something went wrong we'll fix it straight away all day it's been like this fed up now

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

    @SkyHelpTeam Can someone explain to me why my broadband over ethernet is 0.19mbps. But it is 14mbps on WiFi? Genuinely beginning to become frustrated as to why my broadband is so slow.
