@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

@SkyUK To treat an 84-year-old frail woman who has been a loyal Sky customer pretty much since Sky came out in the UK like this is appalling. We can't even get used to a new remote for her TV let alone the new remote and layout etc of the Q box. 4 of 5

Make me laugh @SkyUK are the worst you pay your bill every month and then 3 sky box aint getting no sky through them have to wait 2 weeks for an engineer to come out. Ridiculous won't either help a front line worker what a selfish company
