@SkyHelpTeam Tried to download programs to Tablet and Phone, appears to work then at 100 % then error message saying " failed to download. "Checked and other Apps can download fine. I'd there a known issue at the moment

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

@SkyUK I have been in a cue to cancel my subscription only to be cut off. I’ve been trying to negotiate my contracts but yet again wasting my time on the phone knowing you can do better but we have to go through this every 18 months. I’d like a call back please.

@SkyHelpTeam How you can charge people for data roaming is beyond me. It’s atrocious. You should be paying people to use it. Went to America last month and currently in Spain and it never worked/works, yet you charged us for this dire service #abroad #data
