@SkyHelpTeam I'm in Lambton, mines been down since about 10, working from home tomorrow so better come back, but what is most worrying is my elderly mums landline is down and I can't reach her if there is any problems. Washington not on list so we must be classed as Sunderland. Not good Sky

@SkyHelpTeam So the "planned maintenance" which I was never informed of in Washington and was supposed to be midnight till 6am actually started at 10pm & is still not back at 6.20am. Need WiFi for work in 40 mins. How likely is this? Not happy!!

@SkyHelpTeam You could have kept people informed throughout the maintenance window and at least confirmed when all services were resumed considering how many people now work from home. Very poor.
