@SkyHelpTeam trying to pay my sky account get my bill uploaded and when it says make a payment I press that it comes up oops something went wrong we'll fix it straight away all day it's been like this fed up now

@SkyHelpTeam What’s the point Alison. Poor Sasha was on the phone to me two weeks ago promising it would be sorted and telling me how ‘shocked’ she was at #sky customer service. It’s still not sorted. It will end up in the small court, however.

@SkyHelpTeam Its not the weather that causes me issues its our Sky Q Box. It keeps freezing, even after multiple hard/factory resets, software updates you name it, I've tried it.
