@SkyHelpTeam I have had no broadband for days, been on the phone to sky twice who have run line tests, nothing wrong there so must be router related only to have my visit cancelled, when can I expect to have my issue resolved? Its not good enough

@virginmedia I get your argument that it’s not not your fault it’s the terms of the contract. I realise I haven’t got a leg to stand on on that one. - but what does the £240 cover? Seems extortionate to me. Hey ho I’ll give my business to @SkyUK and will never recommend @virginmedia again.
