@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box, add on is constantly disconnecting. In settings, sometimes it’s the box not connected, sometimes the network or sometimes both. It’s very annoying!

@SkyHelpTeam I connect my sky Q box via ethernet. Sky box then says it's attached to SKY993CA Mini boxes work fine. But Sky Go doesn't. It says it can't find the box. I realise I'm not on the same network but I don't know the password for this created network. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam The number of times since that I’ve had members of your sales team contact me trying to get me to stay as well is ridiculous. Each time I’ve had to tell them it’s because you don’t service my new area and then you hit me with a near £100 termination charge!

@RadiationSteve @SkySports @NUFC This is the problem with Sky, they're obsessed over MU & the so-called top 6 it's laughable. Should be a sub for all your club's games, not their pick of games. MNF's the worst. 45 mins of MU/Liv, then 15 mins of who's playing. Guarantee it'll be all about them this Mon, though.

How do you get subtitles for foreign language scenes on @DisneyPlusUK without having to turn on Closed Captions for the entire show? Watching Snowfall and there's lots of Spanish scenes which "should" have subtitles. Watching Sky Q but also an issue on all devices @SkyHelpTeam

@SkySports That is some of the worst officiating I have ever seen. The ref blows his whistle to allow the free kick to be taken so Dunk quite rightly takes it. He only then blows again after it’s taken before it hits the back of the net. Shocking.

@SkyHelpTeam No, I want to use by Sky+ box to have a Sky subscription again but if you're saying that a Sky Q subscription can't work with the box, then I might just leave it. I could use the box for a Freesat from Sky service in the future, however.

@SkyHelpTeam That is not fair for me to call back and be put on hold. Your customer service team said they’d lodge my complaint. He did it when I left the call but within seconds of opening it, I was notified again by email that the complaint was closed. That’s really poor.

Don’t get Sky broadband. Contacted @SkyHelpTeam to run a test on my as it was super slow. They said don’t trust the ofcom speed tester and use theirs. Which is miraculously double what ofcom report. Lodged a complaint. They opened and closed it within a minute of me on the phone.
