Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

@jaylaws88 @DynamiteFroglo @SkySports And that’s not to say the wages aren’t silly - They are. I mean some of them are well overpaid and we all know that. But as a club the revenue united make is crazy, it’s why the damn glazers stick around they can take a fortune out while keeping debt etc at the same levels.

@SkyHelpTeam This isn't my first time using @SkyUK. If a program/show doesn't appear with an "S" in the top right under details/guide, it means no subtitles for THAT program / showing. No matter how many times you check another channel, they won't appear at all. Your "help" isn't helping here
