@SkyHelpTeam I connect my sky Q box via ethernet. Sky box then says it's attached to SKY993CA Mini boxes work fine. But Sky Go doesn't. It says it can't find the box. I realise I'm not on the same network but I don't know the password for this created network. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but none of the steps have worked as it drops out for a minute or two and then comes back on, usually before any diagnostic has been completed. It’s now also affecting my Sky Q box’s connectivity. Seems like a number of others are having the same problem.

@SkyHelpTeam can you tell me why I have the same sim deals as the rest of my family, we have the same phones, yet when I’m out, their phones will load app data and web data no problem, but mine keeps buffering. No matter what it is, FB, Twitter, App Store, Web. Help please.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Sky Broadband is down in Norwich and widespread Norfolk. Please update your website to announce when this is going to be fixed. With many people working from home, broadband outage (twice in one year) will drive customers away.
