    @SkyHelpTeam I have box sets with my package. The issue seems to be that it won’t let me download in SD. Yet have just tried downloading an episode of Will and Grace and it worked fine, in addition to the other episode of Chicago Med I downloaded from season 6. Seems to be a season 5 issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to download Season 5 of Chicago Med from Sky Witness on demand but it’s telling me I have to upgrade my package. I have never had an issue downloading series on demand before and ep1 of S6 downloaded without issue. Pls help?

    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t care what you say can or can’t do. Hung up on your rubbish service centre won’t be getting in contact. Stick contract where ya want. Won’t be paying for rubbish service as for valued customers you should be ashamed of service

    Thanks @SkyHelpTeam for wasting an hour of my life for nothing. I was called months back asking how happy I was with my services and if I want to and insurance for any of my smart devices. I said no - on the call I made the agent aware that my Internet signal is shocking.

    @SkyHelpTeam supposed to have broadband installed yesterday. Had a message a few weeks ago saying there may be a delay. Heard nothing else. Spoke to someone who said there was an issue and someone would call me straight back. Heard nothing again! Come on Sky what’s going on?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m still struggling, can you provide a direct number for the technical team, as having issues with my main box as well as multi room box and it’s been like this for over a week! Paying for something I can’t use and the service to get through is horrendous

    @SkyUK and the award for worst customer service goes to Sky. Absolute shambles of a company. Allow people to cancel your services twice and yet expect me to waste hours on phone to get no answer or passed from person to person. Shambles!!! 🤬🤬🤬

    Don’t know why I have sky anymore, at the same time everyday around 4am both boxes stop working and then the mini skyQ box won’t connect to the main box. It says connected to network too. Tried all the online help and nothing is happening 😩 @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Spoke to a nice guy yesterday who informed me that the problem would be resolved within 72 hours and promised £20 data credit. Credit not showing on app and we shall see if broadband returns over the weekend

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband connection has been dropping constantly all day (Liverpool). I’m the past 10 minutes it has dropped and reconnected 4 times. I have tried the broadband checker which just blames weather and says check in 7 days. Are there any known issues in my area?
