    @SkyHelpTeam I understand fluctuations, I’ve worked in telecoms for 20+ years, this is a cabinet (card) issue, it’s generating 20+ drop outs a day.... total loss of service, auto re boot etc.... it needs fixing or the transfer reversed without charges

    @SkyHelpTeam ok so I’ve not had bbc2hd for months, this week my box keeps saying no signal, some channels come back after restarting box others don’t, I’ve reset 15 times in last 5 days which I’m sure you will agree is no on— help please oh and sometimes says card not read !

    @SkyHelpTeam I think your issues are wider reaching than the Rotherham area, I am in Gateshead and have no Internet and therefore reduced functionality of my Sky Q box.

    @SkyHelpTeam An approximate 45 minute wait is not acceptable to cancel a part of my package when the customer should be able to cancel with one click online. Am guessing it’s because your call handler has a script to follow to try to persuade us not to drop sports pack (2/2)

    @theinsidernufc @NUFCgallowgate This constant comparison is boring. I never had issue with Bruce getting job @SkySports it’s what I expect from ownership & their ambition. But hoping we may now have owners that are ambitious & want NUFC to be it’s best. In which case we would need to change.

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is someone called me from sky to upgrade to sky Q for £20 but had issues and told me to call back but I can’t call back can I? Then you can only do it online for £199? So why do it online when I know you can get better deal speaking with someone?

    @SkyHelpTeam What I’m saying isn’t account specific, it’s a comment that it’s a really poor policy, I’ll be spending £60 on broadband next month whilst I wait 45!! Days to have the £35 from you refunded, it’s not really fair and there’s definitely a better way for it to be done.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Sky. Thanks, but I do this as a matter of course anytime I have an issue with our broadband. Yesterday was a 4 hour outage at your exchange that I could not resolve. Our broadband service resumed when you announced your engineers resolved the problem in the areas affected.

    @SkyHelpTeam Got it all fixed, really nice man helped me, he said it was due to the outage it had a "blockage". Helped me sort it myself. Wish I'd caught his name so I could tell you who it was.

    @SkyHelpTeam When I checked this morning, it said there were no issues. But there were indeed issues being experienced by myself and what looked like many people across Scotland.
