So we will be swapping to @SkyUK in the next couple of weeks... Current Internet provider is appalling for customer service and actual service. Its slow for broadband and we pay for fibre optic. Its constantly dropping off. Will be glad to be back to decent service.. And the TV

@SkyHelpTeam move to our address 30 june, had ultrafast and boost, can't get it so now superfamily and boost since its been active we lose broadband connection no less that 3 times a day... yet you say no issues. So why's it keep cutting out and flashing orange on our broadband?
