Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

@Broady_14 @SkySports It doesn't hurt you if the players take a knee for a few moments before the game so get over it. If it was a white person taking a knee to acknowledge something would you be as miffed? Top focusing on it as a big issue. the players want to show their support for something.
