@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but none of the steps have worked as it drops out for a minute or two and then comes back on, usually before any diagnostic has been completed. It’s now also affecting my Sky Q box’s connectivity. Seems like a number of others are having the same problem.

@stevewallwork @SkySports I deliberately refer to NUFC as United when talking to people at work down south. Think we should reclaim the word on principle (also correct any NUFC fan which all Man U “United”) its doing the Lord’s work.

@SkyHelpTeam can you tell me why I have the same sim deals as the rest of my family, we have the same phones, yet when I’m out, their phones will load app data and web data no problem, but mine keeps buffering. No matter what it is, FB, Twitter, App Store, Web. Help please.

@SkyHelpTeam As I’ve said isn’t the tech as such it’s that you thought it was ok to let me upgrade when you knew that the tech I had wouldn’t give me what I needed, I’ve been paying for a service for years you knew I couldn’t get actual proper value from!
