I have no idea who this speed kid is. But can you imagine in the early 2000’s giving a tit like that air time. He’d be shunned. Never seen again. It’s utterly embarrassing that @SkyFootball are giving him airtime. Even after insulting Man United greats!! #skysports

@SkyHelpTeam TOLD for £3 per month on my subscription for the extra running costs what that would be! however,it costs extra to run MY Services but you’ll have massive profit, you should absorb this for your loyal customers, you’ll face customer’s terminating.23 yrs+ 4 nothing

@SkyHelpTeam It’s getting really annoying, I am at sky HD +plus customer I have a 2TB box in the living room 1Tb box in bedroom, got an email ,the new price increase from April an extra £3 per month, I don’t know why I’m not receiving any new channels or services 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but none of the steps have worked as it drops out for a minute or two and then comes back on, usually before any diagnostic has been completed. It’s now also affecting my Sky Q box’s connectivity. Seems like a number of others are having the same problem.

@SkyHelpTeam I connect my sky Q box via ethernet. Sky box then says it's attached to SKY993CA Mini boxes work fine. But Sky Go doesn't. It says it can't find the box. I realise I'm not on the same network but I don't know the password for this created network. Please help.

Never in my life have I experienced such bad customer service @SkyUK. My TV package was supposed to be installed back in November 2020 and still no one has turned up to my property to install. We have booked several plus visits and had to take time off from work
