@SkyHelpTeam I connect my sky Q box via ethernet. Sky box then says it's attached to SKY993CA Mini boxes work fine. But Sky Go doesn't. It says it can't find the box. I realise I'm not on the same network but I don't know the password for this created network. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam @sky DESPERATELY need to improve their coverage in Newcastle City centre especially on a match day. I have to use a secondary EE mobile as a hotspot if I want to use my phone and I’m not talking in the stadium either!! #SkyMobile #Network

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but none of the steps have worked as it drops out for a minute or two and then comes back on, usually before any diagnostic has been completed. It’s now also affecting my Sky Q box’s connectivity. Seems like a number of others are having the same problem.

No Internet from 31st March and have been advise it will not be back on until at least July due to contract workers cutting through a main cable! This is totally unacceptable...I mean 3 months without service during a lockdown! What are you going to do about this @SkyHelpTeam
