@denzilOshamen @SkyHelpTeam 2/2 I demanded to speak to a manager. After 15 mins of being told I would get the same answer from a manager, agent went away then came back and told me that they “have found a way to give me the router for free” Sky’s customer service has worsened since I joined 5 years ago.

@SkyHelpTeam My parents use one of my SIM cards at home, they too appears to have signal issues as a mast isn’t working nearby ... they live 8 miles away so there are clearly several masts not working in the area. Not great is it?

@LFCR3D @LetsTalk_FPL @SkyHelpTeam That would probably be your router rather than the connection (the speed issue, anyway). I believe Sky would measure speed to your router, where other tests would check the DL speed on your device. Give then a ring and I reckon they'll send you a new one

@SkyHelpTeam It’s always been bad here, I had issues for years with O2 happily taking my money but saying there isn’t any problem. Interestingly Vodaphone tell me they use the same mast & admit there is an issue with signal in the area. So who do I use now?
