Already rang @SkyUK about the internet not connecting and then it being slow. It then worked for an hour 😡. Having to use my phone to watch tv because you can’t use the sky apps as they’re buffering and numerous internet not connecting messages!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all of that and today it’s the same issue. So slow and saying technical issues now. My skyq mini box hasn’t worked for three weeks and won’t connect either. The advisor said it was a fast connection but the messages on screen and buffering tell a different story.

@SkyHelpTeam No. We installed starlink yesterday and all other Devices (phones, tablets, laptops, Xboxes etc) are stable. Googling forums tells me it’s a common issue between Starlink and SkyQ - with starlink being satellite broadband, albeit low orbit, low latency.
