    @SkyHelpTeam - trying to cancel my broadband as moving abroad. £66 early cancellation fee from contract for the pleasure. Loyal customer for 6 years: no discretion given, despite this. And that I haven't a choice but to cancel as my new home will be in China. Disgraceful.

    @SkyHelpTeam @NOW I solved this problem by installing a Roku stick & investing in the 'Boost' 1080 upgrade. There remains a REAL issue between Sky/NowTV and earlier versions of Chromecast however and it would be helpful if you could resolve it AND inform customers such as myself of its existence.
