Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

@BBCWatchdog @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp we have been without Fibre broadband in AB22 area since Monday 30th January. Sky can’t tell us anything apart from it’s an outage at the telephone exchange and Openreach aren’t providing updates. No communication - help!
