Thank you to 2 members of @SkyUK the other week who had a promotional stand inside Newcastle’s Eldon 🔲. Your help and plastic carriers were a godsend, as the paper bags @BootsUK are using fell apart just feet from the shop. I’m sure they’re very green, but far too flimsy!

@denzilOshamen @SkyHelpTeam Yeah don’t do it! Stick to your guns, you shouldn’t have to pay to fix their service. As soon as the agent said my router was out of warranty and I wasn’t in contract I knew what he was planning 😡 Also his initial “solution” was for me to leave and find another provider! #wtf

After 15 mins of being told I would get the same answer from a manager, agent went away then came back and told me that they “have found a way to give me the router for free” Sky’s customer service has worsened since I joined 5 years ago.

@SkyUK how to treat a loyal customer i pay around £140 a month for sky tv broadband and telephone line , well my sky q box froze last night and i now need an engineer who can’t come till November 9th , which i find totally unacceptable and i will be cancelling everything asap

@Andrew_Shrimper @SkyHelpTeam Hi Andrew. Had this when I first had my bits Installed. Try unplugging the WiFi from the phone line, then the main box and then the mini. Then put WiFi back, main box then mini. Worked for us. Obviously with BB being down you may to wait a bit. Good luck.
