    @SkyHelpTeam I connect my sky Q box via ethernet. Sky box then says it's attached to SKY993CA Mini boxes work fine. But Sky Go doesn't. It says it can't find the box. I realise I'm not on the same network but I don't know the password for this created network. Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but none of the steps have worked as it drops out for a minute or two and then comes back on, usually before any diagnostic has been completed. It’s now also affecting my Sky Q box’s connectivity. Seems like a number of others are having the same problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam /3 you are NOT looking after your loyal customers, we should be able to access Paramount+ discovery+ no extra cost on mobile devices IE iPad,galaxy note, computer, I’m sure you’ll be able to do this easily, verify customer’s as you can in sky go

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s getting really annoying, I am at sky HD +plus customer I have a 2TB box in the living room 1Tb box in bedroom, got an email ,the new price increase from April an extra £3 per month, I don’t know why I’m not receiving any new channels or services 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam are there issues in BR3 for broadband? Have run diagnostic tests and it says no local issues yet all lights are on router correct but apparently cannot find. Also does not appear to be able to run a line test.

    @SkyHelpTeam it always says no issues and my internet is working fine, but yesterday it went down at 10pm and didnt work again until after midday today. The it went down at around 1600 and just came back
