@SkyHelpTeam ok so I’ve not had bbc2hd for months, this week my box keeps saying no signal, some channels come back after restarting box others don’t, I’ve reset 15 times in last 5 days which I’m sure you will agree is no on— help please oh and sometimes says card not read !

@SkyHelpTeam Into 36th hour w/o internet or guidance on how long outage in KY1 area will last. Cant wfh and you are responsible. Replying with "will be fixed asap" is useless. I'm only interested in timescales and compensation. Maybe wider publicity of your failings would help.

@SkyHelpTeam Morning. Ive been having issues since Wed night (bad weather) and I could not see some channels and it was intermittent. I carried out the checks you said and found that the Single Feed Mode was off so I switched it to ON and also done the other checks as well ie signal etc. 1/2.
