@SkyHelpTeam That's it, it says there's a local issue (reported on 15th Dec, ie. next week?!) but not what the issue is or when it might be fixed. My landline has also been down since early last week - I live with my 75-year-old mother and if I'm out that's her only method of contact

Thanks @SkyHelpTeam for wasting an hour of my life for nothing. I was called months back asking how happy I was with my services and if I want to and insurance for any of my smart devices. I said no - on the call I made the agent aware that my Internet signal is shocking.

Its a really packed day of sport one which you'd need about 7 screens for but hard to believe that it's Real Madrid vs Barcelona tonight yet nobody seems to care about it. @skysports losing the la liga rights did so much damage to the interest of it in the UK/Ire.
