@SkyHelpTeam Hi can you explain why you have put my pensioner mother's bill up by £20 in a pandemic. Bad enough doing this but even worse in a pandemic when she can't have anyone round to visit. She relies on her tv.

@EmmaB_0811 @SkyHelpTeam I had Sky broadband about 5 years ago and it was the same then. If you have Sky TV, the box goes into eco mode in the early hours which kills the wi fi connection to some devices in the house. If you turn off eco mode in settings on your sky tv box, it might solve the problem 🙏

Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

@SkyHelpTeam @bwarduk That's not true. Nothing is recorded, it's a restrictive streaming service. Also you cannot just add any program from Netflix etc. onto your playlist using the + unless you can find it within the Sky UI.
