@SkyHelpTeam That's it, it says there's a local issue (reported on 15th Dec, ie. next week?!) but not what the issue is or when it might be fixed. My landline has also been down since early last week - I live with my 75-year-old mother and if I'm out that's her only method of contact

@SkyHelpTeam Do you know I freely feel quite annoyed I’ve been a sky customer for over 23 years, I have a sky HD plus box, I’m sure my subscriptions got to where you are now, you’re giving away loads of stuff for sky Q customers i.e. discovery plus what do we get your loyal cust.

Thanks @SkyHelpTeam for wasting an hour of my life for nothing. I was called months back asking how happy I was with my services and if I want to and insurance for any of my smart devices. I said no - on the call I made the agent aware that my Internet signal is shocking.

@SkyHelpTeam It just says there is a problem we know there is a problem as a car drove into the main BT open reach box BT have been contacted they say they’ll put barriers around it take it that means it’s pretty terminal and won’t be fixed any time soon. An update on your site would assist
