    @SkyHelpTeam ok so I’ve not had bbc2hd for months, this week my box keeps saying no signal, some channels come back after restarting box others don’t, I’ve reset 15 times in last 5 days which I’m sure you will agree is no on— help please oh and sometimes says card not read !

If a player wants to leave that desperately to force it during a pandemic let them. Clubs’ seasons should not be debated cause some entitled players have cold feet.

    @leerobson23 @SkyUK Aye it's not their problem cause they are getting money and pie people off with that bs. It's been same everywhere I've lived mate here, Leam, Deckham, Fawdon and Kenton bar. Sky broadband is the one constant in it all. I've spoke to them loads all I ever get is "it looks fine"

Literally mid table and even I think the season should resume - I’ve paid into this season, traveled away, I haven’t for next. 19/20 deserves a conclusion.

    @SkyHelpTeam Exclusive offer to me doesn’t mean save £1/m esp when the reason I’m cancelling is because of price. Bit bad on Sky’s part when they’re trying to help “with cost of living” - hardly in my case esp after being loyal 9y! Team said they wouldn’t go lower than £43/m! What a joke!

    I recently returned to Sky after a brief period with BT. But my Sky hub has not turned up. Sky customer service cannot tell me where my hub is or when it’s going to be delivered. I can’t watch the World Cup, I can’t work. No one at Sky is taking ownership. Awful. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, quick question, why is the Sky Go Windows app such absolute unquestionable garbage? It’s effectively unusable. Are you simply unable to make a streaming app of Netflix/Amazon quality or is this deliberate for some reason?

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam. I've had a whole day wasted waiting for an engineer to come and check my landline. Time given was between 8am & 1pm. Line still not working. And on the App says still in progress. No contact at all from @SkyHelpTeam . Not impressed.
