    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is someone called me from sky to upgrade to sky Q for £20 but had issues and told me to call back but I can’t call back can I? Then you can only do it online for £199? So why do it online when I know you can get better deal speaking with someone?

    @SkyHelpTeam is there anyway to actually talk to someone? My grandma was thinking about switching to sky but she’s extremely frustrated because she can’t find who to contact about switching I’ve been all over the internet trying to help but I just keep getting pointed to FAQ.

    @SkyHelpTeam I understand fluctuations, I’ve worked in telecoms for 20+ years, this is a cabinet (card) issue, it’s generating 20+ drop outs a day.... total loss of service, auto re boot etc.... it needs fixing or the transfer reversed without charges

    @SkyHelpTeam My Internet has been down since around six last night NE425DR area, do you know of any current problems? Done full resets in all in home equipment and swapped out micro filters etc it's like there's no signal coming in at all.

    It’s a regular thing now that @SkyHelpTeam rip me off but I guarantee they’ll never get another penny off me. I’ve been paying full price for @SkySports whilst they’ve been giving it away for free. I don’t think so.

    Yet again @SkyUK none of our mini boxes work. On the phone for 1hr 40mins to say I will send a booster, we have one already! Still not working! Pay full whack for fibre max. Been a customer for 20 years and been without our additional TV’s for 3 days! Fantastic service 😤😤😡😡

    If anyone on my contacts is thinking of switching to @SkyHelpTeam as mobile provider, do not be sucked into by their promotions. It is a scam. I switched from @ThreeUK to Sky and now told if I want the galaxy buds (supposedly with the phone) I now have to pay for them! **** off.
