    @SkyUK how to treat a loyal customer i pay around £140 a month for sky tv broadband and telephone line , well my sky q box froze last night and i now need an engineer who can’t come till November 9th , which i find totally unacceptable and i will be cancelling everything asap

    @SkyHelpTeam I have already signed in to see what is offered, I am being offered BT sport at an extra £25 per month on top of the £28 I already pay for Sky Sports as a thanks for being a customer for nearly 15 years whereas a new sports customer gets them both for £35 per month

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi already had 2 engineers from openreach come and said the cable is broken. No one is telling when this is going to be fixed. I'm paying for WiFi that I have not had since 9th. You're not providing me the service I am paying you for!

    @SkyHelpTeam we’ve had issues with broadband connection this morning, run a test and told we need an engineer to come out. We now seem to be working. I have tried to contact you to cancel engineer, there is no option to do this on line and I can’t get through on the phone?
