    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, is there a problem with the website? Trying to look at changing my package and just keep getting "sorry, we're having technical difficulties. Unfortunately we haven't been able to process your order". Have tried different browsers, devices etc.
