    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

    Abysmal service from @SkyHelpTeam 6weeks from signing up still no broad band over 15hrs spent on phone, 6days wasted waiting for openreach engineer not to turn up. Waited over a week for sky to call me to progress bridge case and still nothing... #sky #skybroadband

    @SkyUK have put their prices up, both for broadband and TV mid contract, can I cancel because they have done this, or am I stuck with them until the end of the contract?

    @SkyHelpTeam There is zero patience and understanding here... last engineer told me the the WiFi signal to my box was intermittent because the signal couldn’t go round the corner at the top of my stairs .!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Brilliant, just found out the Brierley Hill sky broadband issue could possibly take between 3-5 DAYS to fix, add to that a couple of bad experiences last couple of months with Sky then changing provider will be coming soon

    @SteveBJones @SkyHelpTeam My partner is going to be ringing them soon to give them a round of fcuks cos this is ridiculous, I'm sick of being fobbed off and I bet a lot of others are too, everyone is getting the same responses on here as a auto response like a robot! pathetic customer service!!
