    @SkyHelpTeam I think your issues are wider reaching than the Rotherham area, I am in Gateshead and have no Internet and therefore reduced functionality of my Sky Q box.

    @SkyHelpTeam An approximate 45 minute wait is not acceptable to cancel a part of my package when the customer should be able to cancel with one click online. Am guessing it’s because your call handler has a script to follow to try to persuade us not to drop sports pack (2/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is someone called me from sky to upgrade to sky Q for £20 but had issues and told me to call back but I can’t call back can I? Then you can only do it online for £199? So why do it online when I know you can get better deal speaking with someone?

    @SkyHelpTeam one of our Sky Q mini boxes is displaying no satellite signal. It shows as connected to the main Sky Q box and connected to the network. Have tried the various resets suggested online and still not working. What are you going to do to sort this please? #rubbish
