@SkyUK how to treat a loyal customer i pay around £140 a month for sky tv broadband and telephone line , well my sky q box froze last night and i now need an engineer who can’t come till November 9th , which i find totally unacceptable and i will be cancelling everything asap

@SkyHelpTeam I have already signed in to see what is offered, I am being offered BT sport at an extra £25 per month on top of the £28 I already pay for Sky Sports as a thanks for being a customer for nearly 15 years whereas a new sports customer gets them both for £35 per month

@SkyHelpTeam I am totally disgusted with your Service. We have been having problems for 3day- the download spead is around 0.3. Whilst my upload is around 17. You say there is no problems, sent me a new router! DIDNT WORK!!! Promise a call back didn't get!!! Can't get a engineer!

@SkyHelpTeam Apparently there was a problem yesterday and the day before. Something to do with a card? That was affecting our area. Don't know if it's been fixed. But sky seems to think everything should be back to normal now?
