Mike Charlston (@mikecharlston) reported from Witton-le-Wear, England@SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.
-
mackem gazza (@thedoctor_84) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England@SkyHelpTeam am having signal problems. Am wondering if the current heatwave has anything to do with that or any known problems in Sunderland area

Gill (@gill_frost) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thank you for sharing. I have been meaning to move from virgin media for a while because of their poor customer service and this has decided it for me.
-
🐶🐶Spaniels Rule🐶🐶 (@Spaniels_Rule) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK it's a thankless job, having to do it at such a tough time doesn't help. most people are very helpful thankfully. some however demand proof. I am sorry for your loss
-
kidrabat (@ja_saarq) reported@tacticaldata89 @ballondor Idiot, if it was the case why they didn’t mention it on the times on the sun on the daily telegraph on mirror, in the bbc on skysports on itv ? When normally the uk tabloids spend their time talking about any irrelevant info like katy price getting a boob job??
-
JizzCoin (@JizzleShizz) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Its quite simple. They do not give a **** about their customers.
-
Anthony Quinlan (@Figric) reported@Wiglanta1971 @SkyBroadband @SkyHelpTeam At least Sky atrocious customer service has always been garenteed.
-
jolene Pittock (@joleneepittock) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are the worst when someone passes away. By far the most disappointing company I had to deal with at the worst time.
-
Colin Smith (@smithco76) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Same experience when my father died in September. Everyone was fantastic. Insurance, banks, utilities. Everything dealt with, no dramas & gave us plenty room & time to get paperwork. Virginmedia were horrible. Forced my mum to take out another contract before they’d close my dads
-
Jason Symington (@Symingtonjason) reported@keane016 @SkyHelpTeam This happened to me too, line is terrible and was hung up on several times!!
-
Del (@DeloresWhi50682) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They insisted I sent all the equipment back immediately, just what you need to be doing when you have a matter of weeks left with your dad who lives a 200 mile round trip away. I will never darken their doors again!
-
Release the files (@Ftheorangetwat) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I’ve heard a glut of similar issues like this in the last week! Shame because Virgin flights are our absolute go-to because of their quality and service. Would be good if those levels were carried through all businesses that carry the same name.
