    @SkySports Pretty crap coverage of #TheAshes today. No highlights after the close but feel the need to show Glos v Glam on 2 channels. Added to rubbish on transfer centre and the constant pushing of netball and women’s cricket I think it’s time to rethink my package

    @SkyHelpTeam Engineer came round our house said we could have Ultimate on Demand for for free. Started being charged for it. Gone to cancel it (‘it’s easy just go on the mysky app’) to find out I’ve got to ring up and there’s a 45minute wait. Shocking.

    @SkyHelpTeam had no signal on my sky box for a week and I can't get through to anyone on the phone. Downstairs box is fine so can't be the dish. Now my app isn't working either and the broadband has gone down. Great stuff.

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam . I had your broadband installed a week ago.. but due to an issue it didn't work. I was told I'd be updated on the 9th.. I was.. to be told I'd be updated on the 10th.. I wasn't 😐 just concerned I'm going to get my first bill before I get broadband 🤔

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, is it possible to email or message the customer service team. The phone line says that I should be able to manage query online - you can’t downgrade or remove channels online. Phone line goes round in circles. I eventually got through to someone 1/2
