Hi @SkyHelpTeam - I get an error message ‘please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up’ on Sky Q box. The card is in and I have taken it out and put it back in, and turned it off and on at the plug as advised - please help, TIA

@OpenreachHelp Did that first and @SkyHelpTeam said there is nothing they can do it’s with OpenReach. The fix is easy. Either finish the install or re-instate the broadband that was working fine until 9:30pm last night.
