@SkyHelpTeam Engineer came round our house said we could have Ultimate on Demand for for free. Started being charged for it. Gone to cancel it (‘it’s easy just go on the mysky app’) to find out I’ve got to ring up and there’s a 45minute wait. Shocking.

@SkyHelpTeam had no signal on my sky box for a week and I can't get through to anyone on the phone. Downstairs box is fine so can't be the dish. Now my app isn't working either and the broadband has gone down. Great stuff.

@SkySports Pretty crap coverage of #TheAshes today. No highlights after the close but feel the need to show Glos v Glam on 2 channels. Added to rubbish on transfer centre and the constant pushing of netball and women’s cricket I think it’s time to rethink my package

Sky suggested moving to full fibre never said up to 5 days to connect engineer came and went connected fibre and no broadband. Loads of phone queues and complaints and nothing. Wish we had never taken them up on the offer @SkyHelpTeam @sky
