@SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi I’ve just placed an order with Sky Mobile using my Sky ID but all the email correspondence has come in my mum’s name. We had a Sky TV account until 2020 but closed it due to not being able to get a decent Sky signal due to trees 1/2
