@MikeB1701 @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport Sky glass is awful, stick with sky q and upgrade tv if possible. Picture and sound on mine were nowhere near what they claimed to be. Sound would go off and would have to change channels to get it back on. Sent mine back after 1 week.

@SkyHelpTeam That’s worked. Thanks. My sky Q box has no signal. Always happens when a storm or windy. It’s been off days now. The dish sky put up isn’t in the best position and also probably not within your regulations. Not sure what can be done?

@SkyHelpTeam I've attempted all steps as I've outlined previously. It's not only the Sky Q box that's affected, its all device that are connected via WiFi as I've already stated. A new router was sent to me and its been fine, until now. Your service checked indicates no problems. 1/2
