    @SkyHelpTeam hi, got no UHD option for football. Box recently has been setting resolution back to 1080p and I have rebooted and software updated and still no UHD. This box is rubbish. My old Q box was much better.

    @SkyHelpTeam I want to allocate a port and see if that sorts it. It is according to them good on 2.4 or 5 gig port. Have you guys come across this problem. 4/5 days in so any help appreciated otherwise it’s going back. The ring doorbell is fine
