    @SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

    Why won’t you fix my sky box @SkyHelpTeam we pay you a fortune a month and because we ain’t in a high risk group you won’t speak to us! Time and time again we lose signal. This isn’t good enough.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you send an engineer to find out why ( everyday) the main Q box loses signal? Seriously every day! It’s taken 3 hours to get this to reconnect. Surely that’s unacceptable ?

    It’s a regular thing now that @SkyHelpTeam rip me off but I guarantee they’ll never get another penny off me. I’ve been paying full price for @SkySports whilst they’ve been giving it away for free. I don’t think so.

    @Tomh923 @SkyHelpTeam Nah, wasn’t much help tbh. Reckoned it was my tele, it isn’t lol. Brand new model only last month, then tried saying that possibly football last night, and the darts isn’t in ultra HDR. Not sure how else to possibly try, cos cinema and other sky programs are in hdr for me

    @SkyHelpTeam Wouldn’t have a clue as the service I pay for still doesn’t work and all the sky help do is tell me how they understand my situation, but do nothing more - I wonder if they had no service for 18 days over Xmas, they would still understand…oh and no feedback on customer survey.
