@SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

@SkyHelpTeam Already done all these multiple times, hence why the Sky advisor confirmed OpenReach need to visit my property. It was booked in. If it needs rebooking (it does, as they didn't turn up), surely you should phone the customer, not keep sending messages to tell me to call again?

@SkyHelpTeam @TheBeakSquawks If this is broadband related then sky are appealing as they use the old ADSL splitters for phone / internet signal so much noise and interference on the line making the speed so slow. BT far better or virgin if you can get it 👍
