    @primevideosport That was rubbish laptop worked then kicked out, TV did not work, iphone could not cast errors, back on laptop message too many devices playing stream (I wish!!) so all in all thanks for the rubbish experience. Leave football to @SkySports or @btsportfootball

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there a problem with Sky broadband in sunderland? Download speeds are horrific and the streaming is pathetic.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

    @SkyUK our broadband is useless - we are paying extra but aren’t even getting basic level signal into the house. There is no support number - what are we supposed to di to get someone look at this?

    @SkySports @EFL I only see champoinship matches are league 1 and league 2 not in the EFL remind me might as well just have it as the championship. Very poor @SkySports

    @SkyUK Ive received a 2nd message asking for equipment to be returned. I left because of poor service. Even now I'm still waiting for this elusive box. Twice I have called. Only now I'm being told "tuff we will charge you"! Send it recorded, then I will send it back recorded. 👎

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Chloe, no I haven't because I haven't received the box to return it. Despite requesting one twice. Now I am being told it's tuff and I will now get charged. I've asked for the box to be sent by recorded delivery to prove its been sent. Terrible customer service said no to that

    @SkyHelpTeam come on Sky, we’ve had no broadband since 11.30pm 26 January. Can you advise what the issue is and when it will be fixed. I have been told it’s the telephone exchange but nothing more. We rely on internet to work from home and also for my son’s college!

    @SkyHelpTeam - how can I get help with my sky q? Internet speed test on other devices is 50mbps yet downloads on my sky q boxes are taking hours and apps are forever buffering. Tried wired and Wi-Fi connections and makes no difference.
