    @SkyHelpTeam Engineer came round our house said we could have Ultimate on Demand for for free. Started being charged for it. Gone to cancel it (‘it’s easy just go on the mysky app’) to find out I’ve got to ring up and there’s a 45minute wait. Shocking.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks @SkyHelpTeam I just contacted them on the number provided and spoke to an incredibly helpful gentleman called Dimitar who gave me an update on the issue. It's being looked into and hopefully resolved by this evening.

    @SkyHelpTeam you have to understand that it’s a bit too much of a coincidence that a broadband service that’s been solid for over 10 years, suddenly stops working, needing an engineer £65 or a contract renewal.

    @SkyHelpTeam I was with O2 and had countless chats with them but they never admit there is any issue, but you only have to speak to neighbours & colleagues as they all have the same issue. I’m still signed up to their texts reporting mast faults and this past month I’ve had fault texts daily
