@SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

@SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

Sitting down at 6.30 to watch Lancs vs Birmingham but instead @SkySports you show England game on both channels. Surely you could have shown one game on one channel and left the other.I have to trawl YouTube to find the match which is ridiculous. I had maysell cancel subscription
