Lennon Campbell (@CampbellLennon) reported from Coundon, England@TC38534491 @amo_a_los_Leeds @rgardom1 @SkySports I support a club who are staying up regardless of what happens with this season but we probably won’t push on any further. Literally mid table and even I think the season should resume - I’ve paid into this season, traveled away, I haven’t for next. 19/20 deserves a conclusion.

Grapeape (@maraboustork1) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK BT pulled similar **** with my elderly mum, they persuaded her she needed their WiFi net stuff at 40 quid extra a month. It's meant so you can get a signal 50 metres away in your summer house or similar, she lives in a one bedroom sheltered housing flat.
-
Chrilow (@ChrisLo64073416) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Cancel it altogether, she won't miss it, people think they can't live without it. Get a Freesat box, there's plenty to watch on there. Best wishes to her.
-
MS (@my_cat_rocks) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK I still came believe in these times, that you can sign up to these contracts and upgrades online or at a push of a button. When when you want to downgrade or cancel your contract, you need to speak to somebody. Rip off
-
Bootsie🏆 (@BootsieBlanche) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Most phone companies have a lower rate by about a 1/3rd if someone is on a fixed income and even more discount is available if she has tv & phone w same provider. Also make official complaint so it's escalated to a manager and they should offer cash or credit as a sorry.
-
D (@Therealdonnab42) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK My mum gave me permission to speak to them & it took around 2 weeks to resolve. They admitted it was insensitive, poor judgement & customer service given circumstances. Contract was cancelled with no penalty & mum rec’d compensation as a goodwill gesture.
