    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

    @SkyUK I have recently joined sky mobile but this morning in Newcastle from about 6am I had no service whatsoever. At the time I was attempting to get home after my metro journey was cancelled. In these days of COVID I carry no money and rely on my phone for payment

    @SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

    @Adz_Udz @AnthonyGranger2 @SkyHelpTeam Can't do this, as have to close the channel on PC, play another, hear the ad, come out, go back to F1 - plays the ad again and still out of sync. As a Sky subscriber, why am I having to listen to a damn ad anyway?!
