    @SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

    @SkyUK SkyVIP? What a joke! Just had a letter advising me of a 40% uplift on my broadband package. Then spent 20 minutes on the phone to be told that this is the best offer. 20 years as a customer. I will now proactively look for other suppliers for our TV and mobile too.
