    @SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

    @SkyHelpTeam Trust me when I say this isn't me being rude. You're the EIGTH person I've had to deal with both on here and the phone across 40 hours. EVERY test, person, whatever is saying theres no issues but HAZAAHH... No broadband. So you tell me.. what am I supposed to do?
