Hi @SkyHelpTeam - I get an error message ‘please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up’ on Sky Q box. The card is in and I have taken it out and put it back in, and turned it off and on at the plug as advised - please help, TIA

@SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

@Alex75576609 @SkySports Again you are using hindsight as an argument. On the field the safety of the players is paramount. Any incident with a suggestion of a head injury, should result in play being stopped. Player culture remains secondary to safety.

@SkySports Not technically, factually. The play is stopped on the second whistle. Therfore the free kick had to be retaken,the referee allowed the players to surround & harrang him causing him to lose focus & incorrectly award the goal @FARefereeing The standard of officiating is very poor

@nowtvhelp @SkyHelpTeam what’s happening with broad in kings lynn, my Nan has no wifi which means no ability to keep her safe and check in on her (she has dementia) via video etc. Been down since 3.30! We had a whole day on Thursday in Lincs with issues, now the next county too..
