    @SkySports Pretty crap coverage of #TheAshes today. No highlights after the close but feel the need to show Glos v Glam on 2 channels. Added to rubbish on transfer centre and the constant pushing of netball and women’s cricket I think it’s time to rethink my package

    @SkyHelpTeam Engineer came round our house said we could have Ultimate on Demand for for free. Started being charged for it. Gone to cancel it (‘it’s easy just go on the mysky app’) to find out I’ve got to ring up and there’s a 45minute wait. Shocking.

    @SkyHelpTeam 1/2 Your broadband is a joke. Not every kid sleeps through the night/morning. Last few mornings at 2am, our broadband has been down. It's been off for 2 hours now. Before you ask, yes I have done everything to get it back on.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried both of these and neither have resolved the problem. I’ve had no internet, unless at home connected to wifi all weekend; haven’t been able to use WhatsApp or any social media, both of which I use for work. Please assist with resolving this.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've just got a sky package that includes Netflix when I try to use it, it says it's unavailable how do a resolve this? Yes I've got an internet connection however the other problem is the box keeps disconnecting from my WiFi how do we sort this too? TIA
