@SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

It’s a regular thing now that @SkyHelpTeam rip me off but I guarantee they’ll never get another penny off me. I’ve been paying full price for @SkySports whilst they’ve been giving it away for free. I don’t think so.

They have to wait to hear from BT by their review date, only if they get no update, can they then escalate. Bloody ridiculous.
