Hi @SkyHelpTeam - I get an error message ‘please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up’ on Sky Q box. The card is in and I have taken it out and put it back in, and turned it off and on at the plug as advised - please help, TIA

@SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

@SkyUK I have recently joined sky mobile but this morning in Newcastle from about 6am I had no service whatsoever. At the time I was attempting to get home after my metro journey was cancelled. In these days of COVID I carry no money and rely on my phone for payment

@SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

@SkyHelpTeam Wife phoned sky (after hour plus) promised a txt msg to update on enquiries. Apparently cannot get into system to view Open Reach issues at this moment. Feel powerless & extremely let down by it all tbh. Phone data being eaten up & more money being laid out to access services.

@jovington21 @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been speaking to somebody about why, sky and other providers all need to still install their own equipment at the exchange, so that hasn’t happened yet. Also they advised that faster broadband speeds won’t actually resolve my WiFi issue in the property.. just FYI
