    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

    @SkyHelpTeam About a week ago. I’m getting slightly less speed than would from main socket but that’s expected , however for ke@to have connectivity issues every couple of days to the mini boxes which makes them freeze is a joke. I have to manually reset all 3 boxes just to get them working

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah just confirming why I’m wanting to leave done this all before and a week later same problem Sky clearly don’t wanna help customers having problems just repeat the same drawn out process. Like I said previously don’t really want to spend hours trying to fix the problem again
