    @SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

    @primevideosport That was rubbish laptop worked then kicked out, TV did not work, iphone could not cast errors, back on laptop message too many devices playing stream (I wish!!) so all in all thanks for the rubbish experience. Leave football to @SkySports or @btsportfootball

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you send an engineer to find out why ( everyday) the main Q box loses signal? Seriously every day! It’s taken 3 hours to get this to reconnect. Surely that’s unacceptable ?

    @SkyHelpTeam The last call was 01467645353 before that there was a very persistent man who kept calling me Ma'm saying he needed to know how many devices were linked to my broadband, I told him to go away. I've never been able to check my broadband speed, every time theres a problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam How do I contact someone in regards to not getting my guaranteed minimum speed? Was told someone will look into it and fix it on their end but haven’t heard anything and broadband is still stupidly slow.
