    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is someone called me from sky to upgrade to sky Q for £20 but had issues and told me to call back but I can’t call back can I? Then you can only do it online for £199? So why do it online when I know you can get better deal speaking with someone?

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you send an engineer to find out why ( everyday) the main Q box loses signal? Seriously every day! It’s taken 3 hours to get this to reconnect. Surely that’s unacceptable ?

    @SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

    It’s a regular thing now that @SkyHelpTeam rip me off but I guarantee they’ll never get another penny off me. I’ve been paying full price for @SkySports whilst they’ve been giving it away for free. I don’t think so.

    @MattWellock @SkyUK @virginmedia I was with Virgin several years ago. I moved house, so I called to get the service changed over. They informed me they couldn't service the new house, then tried to charge me £300 for ending the contract early!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam You’ve sent OpenReach out to fix it but it’s never really resolved. Since their last visit it’s been worse than ever and is getting worse every few days. Line check says line speed has slowed to 18mbs now. It was 22 last week and 36 the week before.
