    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is someone called me from sky to upgrade to sky Q for £20 but had issues and told me to call back but I can’t call back can I? Then you can only do it online for £199? So why do it online when I know you can get better deal speaking with someone?

    Why won’t you fix my sky box @SkyHelpTeam we pay you a fortune a month and because we ain’t in a high risk group you won’t speak to us! Time and time again we lose signal. This isn’t good enough.

    @SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

    @SkyUK there is absolutely NO need for your Sky Go app to “check for updates” literally EVERY single time the app is opened (even if I recently have been on the app and close it). This is something you need to fix because it’s unnecessary.
