  @SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

  @SkyHelpTeam We’ve done the online steps multiple times and we are now going into day 4 with no internet. We should not be paying for no existent internet! It’s ridiculous a week almost to fix a box
