@SkyHelpTeam The problem is someone called me from sky to upgrade to sky Q for £20 but had issues and told me to call back but I can’t call back can I? Then you can only do it online for £199? So why do it online when I know you can get better deal speaking with someone?

@SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

@SkyHelpTeam Can you send an engineer to find out why ( everyday) the main Q box loses signal? Seriously every day! It’s taken 3 hours to get this to reconnect. Surely that’s unacceptable ?

@Jakeg633 @SkySports Difference is Villa have won the European Cup, City haven’t. Before billionaire owners and FIFA FairPlay, City looked up to Villa. If the cash disappeared this would happen again so don’t insult Villa. City were never top, only explained by new cash. Not a Villa so don’t care.
