@SkyUK how to treat a loyal customer i pay around £140 a month for sky tv broadband and telephone line , well my sky q box froze last night and i now need an engineer who can’t come till November 9th , which i find totally unacceptable and i will be cancelling everything asap

@SkyHelpTeam I have already signed in to see what is offered, I am being offered BT sport at an extra £25 per month on top of the £28 I already pay for Sky Sports as a thanks for being a customer for nearly 15 years whereas a new sports customer gets them both for £35 per month

@SkyUK what notice is required on my sim mobile contract? Switched to sky after 2 decades with @VodafoneUK due to lack of 5G except now after moving house there's no sky signal at all let alone 5G. Forced to use WiFi dialling so pointless having any sim mobile let alone with sky!
