@SkyUK how to treat a loyal customer i pay around £140 a month for sky tv broadband and telephone line , well my sky q box froze last night and i now need an engineer who can’t come till November 9th , which i find totally unacceptable and i will be cancelling everything asap

@SkyHelpTeam I have already signed in to see what is offered, I am being offered BT sport at an extra £25 per month on top of the £28 I already pay for Sky Sports as a thanks for being a customer for nearly 15 years whereas a new sports customer gets them both for £35 per month

This is not just a matter of inconvenience- this is literally a matter of livelihoods!! We pay a significant amount of money to you to have a functioning TV and Broadband service and 12 days without either is completely unacceptable!!! @SkyHelpTeam please sort this!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes - only app I’ve noticed such an issue with, currently talking to Amazon support but they don’t seem to know much other than turning it off & on again for how to troubleshoot on Sky’s system (think Stream is too new for them!)

@SkyHelpTeam since I upgraded to fibre my internet is worse in the evenings and weekends. It's caused a massive argument in my family. Can we downgrade it back to when it was working? It's so slow I can't even run a speedtest. Of course the sky app says it's working (it's not).

@SkyHelpTeam At this stage I am investigating another provider options. I stayed with Sky for loyalty. But it looks like it means nothing to Sky.. and the support got me nowhere with the tablet nor the VIP status. So I don't believe it can sort out dropping broadband either...

@SkySports Whether it was technically correct or not isn’t really the issue. The issue is 60000 people, players, managers and coaches saw a goal, saw the ref and linesman allow it and celebrated, only to have it taken away by faceless jobsworths in a room somewhere. It’s ****.
