@SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

@SkyHelpTeam I have box sets with my package. The issue seems to be that it won’t let me download in SD. Yet have just tried downloading an episode of Will and Grace and it worked fine, in addition to the other episode of Chicago Med I downloaded from season 6. Seems to be a season 5 issue?

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to download Season 5 of Chicago Med from Sky Witness on demand but it’s telling me I have to upgrade my package. I have never had an issue downloading series on demand before and ep1 of S6 downloaded without issue. Pls help?

@SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

@SkyHelpTeam Already done all of the above. Says everything’s good on your end for my speeds but I’m still only getting around 20mbps then it drops down to 5mbps when I’m suppose to be getting around 70mbps

@SkyHelpTeam Hey, broadband has gone again in North Norfolk. Tried all the troubleshooting tips, not an issue at our end. Troubleshooting page says no faults in our area, but a few texts to friends locally who are with you shows were all experiencing the same issue
