@primevideosport That was rubbish laptop worked then kicked out, TV did not work, iphone could not cast errors, back on laptop message too many devices playing stream (I wish!!) so all in all thanks for the rubbish experience. Leave football to @SkySports or @btsportfootball

@SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

@SkyHelpTeam Spent an hour trying to contact Sky but continually being hung up on, not even put into a que. We have had 2 engineer visits scheduled that have not gone ahead when they were booked for with no explanation. Been a “customer” a couple weeks & already regretting it!
