    It’s a regular thing now that @SkyHelpTeam rip me off but I guarantee they’ll never get another penny off me. I’ve been paying full price for @SkySports whilst they’ve been giving it away for free. I don’t think so.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you send an engineer to find out why ( everyday) the main Q box loses signal? Seriously every day! It’s taken 3 hours to get this to reconnect. Surely that’s unacceptable ?

    @SkyHelpTeam @Christo18456036 first one says no known issues in the area, hub goes amber warning sign, third one doesn’t even get a result it just Whirrs around for fun. Everyone else at work with Sky in Darlington keeps dipping off too

    @SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

    @SkyHelpTeam Not here.. we've had no phone or broadband for 10 days. Customer Service know nothing, can't speak to supervisor, and "guessed" it might take another week. Not to call back, service will just come back on when fixed. All BT Openreach's fault, apparently. But Sky gets our ££

    Is anybody else having problems with their #SkyTV programmes, varying channels keep pixelating going off, sound is intermittent, recorded are ok @SkyHelpTeam @skytv we have checked all troubleshooting not showing any problems, we know it’s not our TV as it happens on iPad too?

    Absolutely disgusting service from @SkyUK worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from start to finish. Would recommend anyone to seek alternative service especially considering how ridiculously expensive their service is during such tough financial times. #Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Not here setting up a brand new customer early. Still got a week before my broadband goes live and 8 days before my Sky TV goes live. I really think I made the mistake of going with Sky. 2 weeks it takes to set up a new customer?

    @SkyHelpTeam Why is it when I try to transfer some files using your WiFi the estimated time is 3 hours (but of course, the WiFi drops out, so it is in fact never) but when I tether to my 4G I can do it in 20 mins? Your WiFi is a joke
