@leerobson23 @SkyUK Aye it's not their problem cause they are getting money and pie people off with that bs. It's been same everywhere I've lived mate here, Leam, Deckham, Fawdon and Kenton bar. Sky broadband is the one constant in it all. I've spoke to them loads all I ever get is "it looks fine"

@SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

@SkyHelpTeam @Christo18456036 first one says no known issues in the area, hub goes amber warning sign, third one doesn’t even get a result it just Whirrs around for fun. Everyone else at work with Sky in Darlington keeps dipping off too

Literally mid table and even I think the season should resume - I’ve paid into this season, traveled away, I haven’t for next. 19/20 deserves a conclusion.

@SkyUK r u having issues in the SO16 area? Since a power cut a couple of days ago, cannot get any of the apps 2 work & keeps disconnecting from the Internet. I have reset the box several times and still nothing. A little help would be good!!
