Mike Charlston (@mikecharlston) reported from Witton-le-Wear, England@SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?
-
Lisa Pickard (@LisaPickard18) reported from Sedgefield, EnglandOk ok steady on @GNev2 @SkySports #CarabaoCupFinal don’t agree with your comment that Man U never looked like losing … @NUFC made sure this was a cracking final; score flatters. Be fair. Had Newcastle scored first it would have been a different story
-
Marcus (@MarcusSummers81) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I'm still struggling to understand how to speak to someone about my account, my future bills are astronomical and I don't want to pay the figures quoted. I'd like to negotiate a deal with someone please, can you help?
-
Kevin Rissetto (@KRissetto) reported from Darlington, EnglandAm I spending my Friday night watching a re run of @LFC vs @NUFC on @SkySports. Too damn right I am. Standard is shocking😂
-
Jimmy Lees (@jimmylees) reported from Egglescliffe, EnglandJust spent over 30 minutes trying to get through to @SkyUK about my TV services not working. They didn’t answer. Terrible customer service.
-
Kevin Rissetto (@KRissetto) reported from Darlington, England@SkyHelpTeam Engineer came round our house said we could have Ultimate on Demand for for free. Started being charged for it. Gone to cancel it (‘it’s easy just go on the mysky app’) to find out I’ve got to ring up and there’s a 45minute wait. Shocking.
-
Phil Smith 🇬🇧🇺🇸🇨🇦🇮🇱 (@phil_smith197) reported from Richmond, EnglandBarely worth watching #LeedsvsBrentford on the #redbutton the picture is that bad it actually hurts my eyes!!!come on @SkySports you can do better!!
-
James Bunce (@jamesdelve) reported from Ingleby Barwick, England@fledgie21 @SkySports It's the absolute worst. Hate it.
-
Lennon Campbell (@CampbellLennon) reported from Coundon, England@TC38534491 @amo_a_los_Leeds @rgardom1 @SkySports I support a club who are staying up regardless of what happens with this season but we probably won’t push on any further. Literally mid table and even I think the season should resume - I’ve paid into this season, traveled away, I haven’t for next. 19/20 deserves a conclusion.
-
Gary Philipson (@GaryAPhilipson) reported from Sedgefield, EnglandWhy won’t you fix my sky box @SkyHelpTeam we pay you a fortune a month and because we ain’t in a high risk group you won’t speak to us! Time and time again we lose signal. This isn’t good enough.
-
Kevin Rissetto (@KRissetto) reported from Darlington, England@SkySportsPL @SkySports Football dying a slow death week by week.
-
Hayley (@Mowgli__) reported from Darlington, England@SkyHelpTeam @Christo18456036 first one says no known issues in the area, hub goes amber warning sign, third one doesn’t even get a result it just Whirrs around for fun. Everyone else at work with Sky in Darlington keeps dipping off too
-
Jono (@Jono_1987) reported from Billingham, England@SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.
-
Lennon Campbell (@CampbellLennon) reported from Coundon, England@amo_a_los_Leeds @TC38534491 @rgardom1 @SkySports So they can use the “you only care about it because your teams doing well” argument against you they’ll never admit that voiding a season is actually in their own interests because they’d have no argument. The fact they all support the same teams is no coincidence
-
Doctor Funkenstein - Commissions Open (@jayhorner) reported from Darlington, England@SkyHelpTeam I can’t seem to get through to any of your customer service numbers. We’re trying to find the status of our broadband switchover
-
David Ivo Iveson (@the_real_ivo) reported from Bishop Auckland, England@SkyUK have put their prices up, both for broadband and TV mid contract, can I cancel because they have done this, or am I stuck with them until the end of the contract?
-
Richard McCann (@Rich_golffit) reported from Thornaby-on-Tees, England@Alex75576609 @SkySports Again you are using hindsight as an argument. On the field the safety of the players is paramount. Any incident with a suggestion of a head injury, should result in play being stopped. Player culture remains secondary to safety.
-
Richard Sutton (@rich_sutt) reported from Darlington, England@SkyHelpTeam Hi guys we were just looking at our sky account and noticed we have had an increase of £36 pound a month since June. Surely this can't be fair especially to a long standing customer. The words **** Turpin springs to mind.

-
John Hur (@johnbhur) reported@SkyHelpTeam It gets better. Useless w*nkers. So basically they don’t offer support at all. Ridiculous
-
G.Heysus (@GabbyHeysus) reported@AFC_Gooner_Mark @SkySports Still doesn’t change the fact ST holders can look down on certain games, then act chivalrous when putting their ticket on TX
-
Anto (@silentworks59) reportedWould @SkySports not make the panel a bit more balanced Boyd and pals are so one sided! A clear handball and they arguing it never touched his hand! #scottishprem #celtic #skysports
-
Anti Neil (@antineil) reported@j_pfc2 Tell us about the ball boy more. You know it's been debunked right? And what did THB say again other than the rumour started by SkySports? Melt. Pay the Charities you scammed in 2010. Give back the cup you stole by cheating and then sit down and shut up
-
- (@OB1473829) reported@AFC_Gooner_Mark @Goonerlad83 @SkySports I’ve never once in my adult life been asked what my GCSE results were and I’m doing pretty well.
-
Simon Lester (@SimonLester2468) reported@tedio74 @SkySports Really doesn’t help their cause does he. An individual of extremely low intelligence!
-
Cheds (@Cheds282519) reported@iRuntheshow1 @SkySports The list is very long if you want to go down that road.. Suttons made a career out of winding up everybody including constant insinuating of refs cheating “penalty to rangers” isn’t as funny when you personalise the refs
-
jonathan baker (@jonatha54294436) reported@SkySports I guarantee the boro players had been calling the Saints players cheats all game and THB gesture was in response to that. The players would have had nothing to do with the alleged incident. So let’s all just calm down and take a step back.
-
SJT (@tenchylad) reported@SkySports Unfortunately this past 10 days have now tuned Southampton nationally into one of them clubs no one likes and wants to fail. Yet its their fans that will suffer the most , not the players , manager or owners.
-
Mark (@AFC_Gooner_Mark) reported@Deanstacey1 @JMoore_1996 @SkySports Still would have sold them, would have had the same issues getting home.
