    @SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

    @SkyUK All devices keep dropping internet connection, have had 2 engineers out to be told I need a broadband engineer, call up to book one & get told it’s tv so getting the same engineer out AGAIN. Sick of paying all this money & only get half hearted service
