@SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

@SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

Fuming. Waiting today (Fri) for Sky Broadband install (8-) after waiting 3 wks + 2 date changes - BT a no show. Phoned Sky, can’t help. Cant find out why and could be up til WEDNESDAY before they find out. They have no direct communication with BT?? Set up is a joke @SkyHelpTeam
