    @SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

    @Genie_93 @SkyHelpTeam I get the same thing in the EX36 area, mines been down since 5.30 pm, it's not my hub & the status page shows no issues. Then the link to test also won't load so that's pointless. Had several drops lately & now this, it's not great service is it.
