@SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam - I get an error message ‘please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up’ on Sky Q box. The card is in and I have taken it out and put it back in, and turned it off and on at the plug as advised - please help, TIA

@SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

@SkyUK As with every Sky product you release, the tech is a generation behind. Sky Q boxes are poor, mini boxes are a joke, routers are poor, now a brand new tv that only does 60hz (made by TP Vision who make poor Phillips TVs). Hardly innovation.
