@Alex75576609 @SkySports Again you are using hindsight as an argument. On the field the safety of the players is paramount. Any incident with a suggestion of a head injury, should result in play being stopped. Player culture remains secondary to safety.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam - I get an error message ‘please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up’ on Sky Q box. The card is in and I have taken it out and put it back in, and turned it off and on at the plug as advised - please help, TIA

@SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

@SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

@SkyHelpTeam Half of our channels say we have no satalite signal, but then the next day they are back again then a few days later they go again ! Nightmare! And also why do my girls mini boxes constantly lose connection, we have to set them back up at least 3 times a week!
