    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I get an error message ‘please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up’. The card is in and I have taken it out and put it back in and turned it off and on at the plug as advised - please help

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Louise. I asked if complaints were a uk based call centre as sometimes language barriers result in misunderstanding me. I've submitted an online complaint which I really didn't want to do but I keep getting promised things which don't happen.

    @Alex75576609 @SkySports And if you read the initial tweet.. I asked if the linesman flagged. If he didn’t at the pace that play breaks it’s not unreasonable for the referee to miss any incident.

    @SkyHelpTeam so annoyed that on signing up for a new contract through you calling me I've been downgraded to basic netflix. That wasn't explained and I refuse to pay for HD to keep what I had. I'm going to cancel entirely in the cooling off period.

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

    Remember when @SkySports transfer deadline day was exciting and you loved seeing all the yelllow on the day. Now it seems the yellow appears & the clock on the screen counts down with 15 days still to go. Talk about overkill. Wtf is that all about

    @SkySportsF1 the workday advert on SkyGo is causing audio sync issues. The advert plays when you put the channel on but the program starts. When the ad finishes the audio from the program starts late. Please remove the ad/fix the app. This is horrible to watch! @skytv @SkySports

    @Alex75576609 @SkySports Again you are using hindsight as an argument. On the field the safety of the players is paramount. Any incident with a suggestion of a head injury, should result in play being stopped. Player culture remains secondary to safety.

    @SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam Really not fun when you ONLY have internet to rely on. A storm took our tv arial down earlier this year and we can’t afford to put it back up so we rely on internet to stream tv/films/play games. Been for a walk, done the shopping, painted the baby, we are out of ideas 😟
