    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Louise. I asked if complaints were a uk based call centre as sometimes language barriers result in misunderstanding me. I've submitted an online complaint which I really didn't want to do but I keep getting promised things which don't happen.

    @SkyHelpTeam so annoyed that on signing up for a new contract through you calling me I've been downgraded to basic netflix. That wasn't explained and I refuse to pay for HD to keep what I had. I'm going to cancel entirely in the cooling off period.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I get an error message ‘please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up’. The card is in and I have taken it out and put it back in and turned it off and on at the plug as advised - please help

    @SkySportsF1 the workday advert on SkyGo is causing audio sync issues. The advert plays when you put the channel on but the program starts. When the ad finishes the audio from the program starts late. Please remove the ad/fix the app. This is horrible to watch! @skytv @SkySports

    @Alex75576609 @SkySports Again you are using hindsight as an argument. On the field the safety of the players is paramount. Any incident with a suggestion of a head injury, should result in play being stopped. Player culture remains secondary to safety.

    @SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam Wifi fine prior to the planned works, hence why I think the planned works made changes that affect certain devices or chipsets. One device now bounces between 4g and WiFi and another has error codes on Disney+ relating to network issues. Are the team able to provide PE specifics?

    @SkyHelpTeam Does your company policy state to get the maximum cash raised in phone bills whilst NOT letting customers through to talk to someone? I'll try once more then I will be forced to cancel my Direct Debit. Terrible customer service imo.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the quick reply. It's more complex than a standard connectivity issue, which leads me to believe there might be factors relating to the exchange or network device config only affecting certain devices. Do you have specifics on the fix that was applied? Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam The data connection works fine when I’m at home and not connected to WiFi. It just seems to be when I’m at work in a completely different area and I went miles away from home yesterday and I couldn’t use data connection even though I had a decent signal
