@SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

@SkyHelpTeam can you help me please? I have to unplug and re plug in my tv every single time I try to watch tv because the screen goes blue and says this channel does not support hdcp please try another channel. I’ve tried all the other ports and it’s the same every time.
