    @SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you send an engineer to find out why ( everyday) the main Q box loses signal? Seriously every day! It’s taken 3 hours to get this to reconnect. Surely that’s unacceptable ?

    @handzia @SkyHelpTeam It's the same for me when I do a Broadband Status Check from their site. It ALWAYS says the exact same thing, no matter how broken the net is. No issues, 70mbs downloads. It's obviously a little video they play, and not an actual broadband check. Joke of a company @SkyHelpTeam
