    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I get an error message ‘please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up’. The card is in and I have taken it out and put it back in and turned it off and on at the plug as advised - please help

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

    @SkyHelpTeam Engineer came round our house said we could have Ultimate on Demand for for free. Started being charged for it. Gone to cancel it (‘it’s easy just go on the mysky app’) to find out I’ve got to ring up and there’s a 45minute wait. Shocking.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Louise. I asked if complaints were a uk based call centre as sometimes language barriers result in misunderstanding me. I've submitted an online complaint which I really didn't want to do but I keep getting promised things which don't happen.

    @SkyHelpTeam Good Morning, since last Saturday we’ve been having trouble with our main sky q box recordings. A programme will start recording and then one will fail due to technical fault and then I can’t record anything else until I reboot the box. Getting no hard disk error
