    @SkyHelpTeam Engineer came round our house said we could have Ultimate on Demand for for free. Started being charged for it. Gone to cancel it (‘it’s easy just go on the mysky app’) to find out I’ve got to ring up and there’s a 45minute wait. Shocking.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

    @SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

    @SkySportsF1 the workday advert on SkyGo is causing audio sync issues. The advert plays when you put the channel on but the program starts. When the ad finishes the audio from the program starts late. Please remove the ad/fix the app. This is horrible to watch! @skytv @SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam @UKRobBoxing I have sky contents insurance & the rubbish tech bundle the door bell is total junk sorry but your recent advert on TV needs calling out, the amount of problems I had, no signal they told me to move my router closer, it got worse, the delay is so bad I missed deliverys.

    Fair play the sky fibre is absolute ****… only getting 19.8mbps can’t even load a 1080p YouTube video on the tv. The website/help desk is ******* ridiculous. Well done @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam 👏👏👏

    @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk after having an engineer booked in & then speaking to your colleague on the phone they then pushed my appointment back to later date!!! Even though I told them to leave the date booked, please let me know how I can cancel broadband and I’ll use someone else.
