We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

When I first took out my contract it was fine, 3-4 bars 4G but in the last few months I’m struggling to get above 1 bar 4G, if I can get 4G at all. Seeing as I need my data for work it’s not ideal.
