@SkyHelpTeam Engineer came round our house said we could have Ultimate on Demand for for free. Started being charged for it. Gone to cancel it (‘it’s easy just go on the mysky app’) to find out I’ve got to ring up and there’s a 45minute wait. Shocking.

@SkySports Pretty crap coverage of #TheAshes today. No highlights after the close but feel the need to show Glos v Glam on 2 channels. Added to rubbish on transfer centre and the constant pushing of netball and women’s cricket I think it’s time to rethink my package

@leerobson23 @SkyUK Aye it's not their problem cause they are getting money and pie people off with that bs. It's been same everywhere I've lived mate here, Leam, Deckham, Fawdon and Kenton bar. Sky broadband is the one constant in it all. I've spoke to them loads all I ever get is "it looks fine"

@SkyHelpTeam This is why I’m tweeting, i rang and was on hole for a ridiculous amount of time and told the account couldn’t be found and that id be transferred to another worker and never was. This kind of treatment when we are VIP customers and been with you for 25+ years is aweful

@crsleslie @SkyUK Got to laugh my contract for broadband ended in March, my tv is due to finish mobile only pay for data now. Sky must try ring me 4-5 times a day. Yet if we have technical problems etc . Can’t get to speak to anyone. Joke. Will be finding new company 👍

@SkyUK Had multiple people come and try to fix our Sky wifi and it still cuts out and is very slow. And your help line left my dad on hold for 4 hours and when he tried again they said they couldn’t do anything 😐
