Dave Fraser (@FraserFixit) reported from Darlington, England@SkySportsF1 the workday advert on SkyGo is causing audio sync issues. The advert plays when you put the channel on but the program starts. When the ad finishes the audio from the program starts late. Please remove the ad/fix the app. This is horrible to watch! @skytv @SkySports

I've submitted an online complaint which I really didn't want to do but I keep getting promised things which don't happen.

The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

The card is in and I have taken it out and put it back in, and turned it off and on at the plug as advised - please help, TIA

That wasn't explained and I refuse to pay for HD to keep what I had. I'm going to cancel entirely in the cooling off period.

So he booked me in next week but I’ve had a call this afternoon to say that the app is now a pm app which I cannot make. There is a list of problems which I was told would be easy to sort - doesn’t seem to be easy at all and very frustrating!!

They came once to install the broadband, but we needed a permission from the building to access a communal area. It's been 15 days of me calling them almost everyday trying to get this sent to the building manager.
