    @SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Louise. I asked if complaints were a uk based call centre as sometimes language barriers result in misunderstanding me. I've submitted an online complaint which I really didn't want to do but I keep getting promised things which don't happen.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I get an error message ‘please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up’. The card is in and I have taken it out and put it back in and turned it off and on at the plug as advised - please help

    @SkyHelpTeam so annoyed that on signing up for a new contract through you calling me I've been downgraded to basic netflix. That wasn't explained and I refuse to pay for HD to keep what I had. I'm going to cancel entirely in the cooling off period.

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

    @SkyHelpTeam This is the message I get as soon as I try to open the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app so am using the most up to date version and I am using iOS 15.3.1. Looking online it is clear that this is a wide spread issue that many others are also having.

    @SkyUK So WiFi goes down you can't watch TV..or WiFi issues like I had a lot that's why I left..plus the TV can't be that good..
