@SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

@SkyHelpTeam Since I got their super new router, I have to follow this advice at least once a week. Sky are probably proud their instructions work. I’m just irritated that I need to use them so often, especially when the cut out means I lose work.

@SkyHelpTeam hi team.. this is a weird issue but I’ve noticed recently that live broadcasts have started juddering when subtitles are on. Switch them off and the pictures fine. It’s a small but noticeable issue. Any suggestions?

@SkyHelpTeam It sat at 0% until I added something from BBC to the download queue, then it downloaded to 26% and now it says it has failed, but it doesn't give any reason. The BBC show queued after it downloaded perfect though. So it's clearly a problem with Sly shows.

Loyal customer for 21 years , no issues whatsoever , cancel my service last week and ever since cancelling, Sky Q box constantly locks up and HDD keeps losing recordings , coincidence ??🤔🤔 @SkyUK , not happy.
