    Why won’t you fix my sky box @SkyHelpTeam we pay you a fortune a month and because we ain’t in a high risk group you won’t speak to us! Time and time again we lose signal. This isn’t good enough.

    @SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing because nothing works. I’ve done all these things you’ve sent me before any of you responded anyway. Multiple people are having issues so I’m not seeing how running the line test is going to help when it’s not an individual issue.

    @Dust_Shadows @SkyHelpTeam My sky contact said an engineer would come out within 48 hours but had no report of any outages or issues in the NG10 area, obviously system is slow to update, others not in sky have same issue so open reach for sure. Hopefully not going to be to long.
