    @SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

    @GNev2 @Carra23 @SkySports Got a huge job turning that club around must be given time to put his ideas into the squad but needs the backing from the board in the transfer market because those players need help also some are not good enough to play for this club some he must try to move on

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

    Ok ok steady on @GNev2 @SkySports #CarabaoCupFinal don’t agree with your comment that Man U never looked like losing … @NUFC made sure this was a cracking final; score flatters. Be fair. Had Newcastle scored first it would have been a different story

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I get an error message ‘please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up’. The card is in and I have taken it out and put it back in and turned it off and on at the plug as advised - please help

    @SkyHelpTeam so annoyed that on signing up for a new contract through you calling me I've been downgraded to basic netflix. That wasn't explained and I refuse to pay for HD to keep what I had. I'm going to cancel entirely in the cooling off period.

    @SkySportsF1 the workday advert on SkyGo is causing audio sync issues. The advert plays when you put the channel on but the program starts. When the ad finishes the audio from the program starts late. Please remove the ad/fix the app. This is horrible to watch! @skytv @SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Louise. I asked if complaints were a uk based call centre as sometimes language barriers result in misunderstanding me. I've submitted an online complaint which I really didn't want to do but I keep getting promised things which don't happen.

    @SkyHelpTeam at my wits end. My 75 y/o Mum moved home and upgraded to fttp. Call package change to pay as you talk. Been told it was in the key facts and now she had a £70 bill for 12 phone calls. Now switched to anytime call at £12 a month but no one can help us with the £70

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m on the phone to them as well. They say they can’t book an engineer if you can’t do a Line test. But you can’t do a line test which is the problem. Really struggling to understand how this is anyway a decent system. I think I’ll be advised to cancel and go with BT.
