@SkyHelpTeam Wi-fi been coming and going since Sunday (in BN3 area). Service checker says Broadband/Wi-fi/Hub connection all fine. Speed showing as slower than usual though. Problem coming from outside? How can I get this sorted without having to endure a stressful phonecall?
