@SkyHelpTeam Not taking ownership of an issue won't help in moving things along. For companies like Sky and Openreach, having engineers attend a site 3 times and still not fixing the issue is a complete embarassment

@ricky_kher4 @SkyHelpTeam It’s not feasible to you that the issue is major and complicated? You do realise that it benefits no one to have your internet off at all, let alone for longer that the SLA 2 working days (due to auto-compensation costing Openreach money)…

Wow @SkyUK can’t believe u actually charge for an engineer visit at the weekends! Given that most people work mon to fri this seems to me to be a very very poor customer service. What a scam! 😡
