@SkyHelpTeam They not bothering to reply we've spent numerous hours on the phone they just fobbed us off as they can't seem to solve the problem but no technician is even calling to us this is disgraceful I'm a customer for many years

@SkyUK I tried to put in a complaint in was then spoken to like utter rubbish then they hung up on me #ShameOnYou #skytv by far the worst company to go with run a mile people. Especially with the circumstances.

18 hours online w/ @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpIreland trying to cancel my account. Told it would take effect 19 April. Turned on TV. Everything gone. Call centre says the person to switch it back on has gone home for the night and it's my job to call at 9AM to fix the problem.

@SkyHelpTeam My home internet is down for more than 3 hrs now and Open Reach engineer resolution time is 2-5 working days!!! When most ppl have no choice but to work from home, having no internet for so many days is just not acceptable!!
