    @CarlCharnley @SkySportsPL @SkySports Why? He was headbutted if you agree Pepe headbutted the incident stops there, why should Alioski get a card for being headbutted? If he hadn’t Pepe might have got away with it which is more wrong

    @SkySports It's all too clinical now and slo motion makes things look worse. Really need to scrap VAR as it's ruining the game and players and abusing it to get decisions. Referees should be unseen as they are the support act not the main attraction.

    @SkySports VAR isn’t helping referees - it feels like they are trying to second guess what everyone else thinks of an incident rather than go with their instincts. Also not helped by players who know everything is now reviewed and so exaggerate the merest touch

    @SkySports As long as players go down screaming as though they have been attacked by terrorsts gunfire or mauled by a pride of lions this will not stop( unless of course the referees themselves get a suspension for rubbish refereeing)

    @SkySports Mike Dean is the problem. He loves being the centre of attention. Can’t wait for him, Jon Moss and Lee Mason to retire. Every single one is below par. The new gen of refs seem to have more of a brain.
