    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

    @leerobson23 @SkyUK But we could send out a engineer who will say it's fine and we'll charge you a shit load. Luckily virgin fibre is offered here now so see if that fixes it

    @leerobson23 @SkyUK Aye it's not their problem cause they are getting money and pie people off with that bs. It's been same everywhere I've lived mate here, Leam, Deckham, Fawdon and Kenton bar. Sky broadband is the one constant in it all. I've spoke to them loads all I ever get is "it looks fine"

    @SkyHelpTeam why do you offer boxsets with sky signature but fail to tell people that 90% of the boxsets are in HD which I don't have!

    @SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

    @dwholford @SkyUK My Samsung has issues with led shading in the picture when I watch football on it so when I viewed this at the sky booth it was a massive upgrade in quality. I'm looking forward to seeing the uhd content

    HI @SkyHelpTeam I pay top£ for a service that U keep telling me isn't broke.I paid £15 tdy for an engineer to come out + tell me that he was the wrong engineer.Then 35 minutes on the phone + was told I would have to pay £5xtr a month AND £20 upfront for a problem that U think 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, I recently ordered Sky tv (with sky sports) but unfortunately had to cancel when the installer came to install and notified me that the block of flats were running an old dish. I don’t want to pay £80 for a new dish if I am leaving in 3 months time

    @victoriasarah93 @SkyHelpTeam According to the site, everything is peachy...yet we cannot keep a stable connection either Victoria and it started about an hour or so ago. We can get some devices to connect then it drops again. Asdl line down says the log.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m sure you can email someone in customer service to look at the complaint that was logged weeks back and to get someone to call me back about it please should not take this long to resolve a complaint don’t want to call up to be given yet another broken promise
