@leerobson23 @SkyUK Aye it's not their problem cause they are getting money and pie people off with that bs. It's been same everywhere I've lived mate here, Leam, Deckham, Fawdon and Kenton bar. Sky broadband is the one constant in it all. I've spoke to them loads all I ever get is "it looks fine"

@SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi thought we'd sorted with visit from engineer on 25th April but am abroad at moment and my heating system is offline which means the router must have gone down again 😔 obviously I can't reboot from here can anyone at sky do that for us we need to keep heating available thanks
