@SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

@leerobson23 @SkyUK Aye it's not their problem cause they are getting money and pie people off with that bs. It's been same everywhere I've lived mate here, Leam, Deckham, Fawdon and Kenton bar. Sky broadband is the one constant in it all. I've spoke to them loads all I ever get is "it looks fine"

@SkyHelpTeam Had a text saying the outage was resolved. Still have problems. Spent an hour on the phone to you earlier. Eventually engineer visit booked but just had text saying appointment’s been cancelled, with no further explanation. Can you help find out what’s going on, please

@SkyHelpTeam I had an openreach appointment today for an upgrade between 8am and 1pm and no one has arrived. Customer service line says it's closed so how do I check this? Order tracking still says engineer visit is in progress.
