@SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

@leerobson23 @SkyUK Aye it's not their problem cause they are getting money and pie people off with that bs. It's been same everywhere I've lived mate here, Leam, Deckham, Fawdon and Kenton bar. Sky broadband is the one constant in it all. I've spoke to them loads all I ever get is "it looks fine"

@SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

Looks like @SkySports have done a number on @virginmedia during the opening Premierleague game. Virginmedia is down, images distorted. A lot of unhappy customers. We all know Virgin media boasts the worst customer service so dont expect anything in return. What a joke.
