    Why won’t you fix my sky box @SkyHelpTeam we pay you a fortune a month and because we ain’t in a high risk group you won’t speak to us! Time and time again we lose signal. This isn’t good enough.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

    @SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

    @SkyUK your customer retention team are awful. Phoned everyday since we cancelled & the person that caller earlier was dreadful. Repackaged uPVC-style hard sales, she barked her sales pitch, talking over my wife & very patronising. Can't wait to send the crappy Q box back. Bye!

    @SkyHelpTeam My issue WAS that the expensive fibre I’m paying for is not fit for purpose. Having now spoken to one of your people earlier, I now know I’m paying for services you don’t even offer anymore.
