@SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

@SkyHelpTeam will you please push to either revert the sky q boxes back to an older software that worked or fix the whole "series recordings not stacking" problem that's been going on for ages, its a known issue effecting lots of people (see your own community forum).
