@SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

@SkyHelpTeam Speed is not the issue - installation is. I’ve now given up with social media, phone and internet attempts to get a solution and have sent a formal complaint. Whether that will get someone to actually listen to the problem is yet to be seen.

@SkyHelpTeam I believe my hub is faulty. Never had a problem till Q hub upgrade last Dec. Constantly dropping the wifi. Just for a few seconds. On several devices. Have moved the hub, etc. I’m in contract till Dec. I want the hub replaced. Where do you stand on this?

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband is still off, I work in Broadband tech, this must be a fault and not an outage. It surely can’t be off for this long and I don’t know anyone else who has an issue in my area
