@TC38534491 @amo_a_los_Leeds @rgardom1 @SkySports I support a club who are staying up regardless of what happens with this season but we probably won’t push on any further. Literally mid table and even I think the season should resume - I’ve paid into this season, traveled away, I haven’t for next. 19/20 deserves a conclusion.

    Puglife69 (@craigybaby42) reported

@jammierooroo @garethlewis1959 @SkyUK If she was crying on the phone agents wouldn't have resigned her in a contract terms and conditions are read and your mil would have agreed calls are recorded if bad agent behaviour would be monitored and looked into there is more then meets the eye with your tweet

  • PaulGallantNUFC
    BritainsGotGallant (@PaulGallantNUFC) reported

@jammierooroo @SkyUK Why couldn’t your MIL just say no and hang up? Not the sales advisors fault at all

  • loverlyliza
    Lisa (@loverlyliza) reported

@jammierooroo @SkyUK There must be a 14 day cooling off period for her to cancel. Get her another provider. It’s pretty simple these days. Unacceptable. Poor lady. Appalling from Sky.

  • imjustbeingmeJ
    JustJ Parody account😉 (@imjustbeingmeJ) reported

@jammierooroo @SkyUK £170????? Is she paying for her neighbours too? That's despicable. My MIL signed up for two @SunLife policies, has paid over £10k in, will get about £4k back. They won't listen to our argument about her dementia, won't pause the payments and if we cancel she'll lose it all..

  • NN121314
    Neil Nicholls (@NN121314) reported

@kinlochleven7 @jammierooroo @SkyUK Same at Virgin. And EE, I was looking to cancel a monthly sim and could only do it by phoning them

  • Malcolm_Sillick
    Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported

@jammierooroo @SkyUK An older lady I know lost her husband about 2 years ago. Recently I discovered that she was still paying for the package including Sky Sports, which she had never watched once since he died. I rang Sky with her and they insisted she should give the 30 days notice to cancel it!

  • joe43932
    Joe (@joe43932) reported

@SkySports F1's new era is terrible. Horrible street tracks. Sportswashing in the Gulf. Pointless Sprints. Dreadful engine regs.

  • BabyBoomerUK
Baby boomer, UK 🩵 (@BabyBoomerUK) reported

@jammierooroo @SkyUK Had similar problem with my late mum - BGas doorstepped her & signed her up to a more expensive deal than she was getting. Had to intervene & used cooling off period. A bed salesman also took advantage sold her a bed she couldn't afford. Vile people. Never buy anything on phone!
