@SkyHelpTeam Ultra HD not working on sky sports premier league. It says “no programmes are currently being broadcast on this channel” despite it coming up on screen to watch in UHD? #SKY

  • Rich_golffit
Richard McCann (@Rich_golffit) reported from Thornaby-on-Tees, England

@Alex75576609 @SkySports And if you read the initial tweet.. I asked if the linesman flagged. If he didn’t at the pace that play breaks it’s not unreasonable for the referee to miss any incident.

  • ha66ie
Paul Haggie (@ha66ie) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@SkyHelpTeam I'm trying to get discovery plus on the offer but no matter what I do I cannot get past this stupid screen. Details are correct. Total joke.

  • CampbellLennon
Lennon Campbell (@CampbellLennon) reported from Coundon, England

@TC38534491 @amo_a_los_Leeds @rgardom1 @SkySports I support a club who are staying up regardless of what happens with this season but we probably won’t push on any further. Literally mid table and even I think the season should resume - I’ve paid into this season, traveled away, I haven’t for next. 19/20 deserves a conclusion.

  • GaryAPhilipson
Gary Philipson (@GaryAPhilipson) reported from Sedgefield, England

Why won’t you fix my sky box @SkyHelpTeam we pay you a fortune a month and because we ain’t in a high risk group you won’t speak to us! Time and time again we lose signal. This isn’t good enough.

  • 10_kerr
Mark Kerr (@10_kerr) reported from Billingham, England

@SkySportsPL @SkySports Brilliant commentary.... it doesn’t look as bad in slow motion...... if it had been a bit higher... Why does that make it right. If Kennedy’s bullet was in slow motion may not have damaged. 🤔

  • AgingBull73
Andrew Simpson (@AgingBull73) reported from Bearpark, England

@talkSPORT Ok over 1000 fans surveyed, but where was survey taken and who did they support? Great unbiased survey. Source wasn't @SkySports was it?

  • glaswegian78
ALLAN HARPER (@glaswegian78) reported from Ingleby Barwick, England

@SkyUK is there an issue with the mobile network currently.?? My phone won’t make or received calls but data is fine and calls over data

  • mikecharlston
Mike Charlston (@mikecharlston) reported from Witton-le-Wear, England

@SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

  • thedoctor_84
mackem gazza (@thedoctor_84) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

@SkyHelpTeam I messaged on Saturday about my tv signal being down. Coming and going. Thought it might have been the weather. It’s now Monday and it’s still the same. It’s cooler here today so can’t be the heat

  • NLyonette

  • rich_sutt
Richard Sutton (@rich_sutt) reported from Darlington, England

@SkyHelpTeam Hi guys we were just looking at our sky account and noticed we have had an increase of £36 pound a month since June. Surely this can't be fair especially to a long standing customer. The words **** Turpin springs to mind.

  • WhyIOughtaXYZ
I'm Hopping Mad & I Want Something In The Middle (@WhyIOughtaXYZ) reported

@SkySports @SkyCricket Feel like you are desperately trying to push "The Hundred" every year, even though every year most people can clearly see it's completely awful. It's not cricket, it's not entertainment, it's just shite. Marketing shite.

@empireofthekop @SkySports Suprise suprise farage was offered security and turned it down ...

  • JayKeen93
    JayKeen (@JayKeen93) reported

@WajirTweep @SkyFootball @SkySports FIFA have clearly come out and said the sensors didn't go off, there was no contact with the rope cam, and it's clear in replays that the direction of the ball doesn't change at all, just a poor kick from the keeper.

  • smithco76
    Colin Smith (@smithco76) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Same experience when my father died in September. Everyone was fantastic. Insurance, banks, utilities. Everything dealt with, no dramas & gave us plenty room & time to get paperwork. Virginmedia were horrible. Forced my mum to take out another contract before they’d close my dads

  • red_mocha2022
    red_mocha2022 (@red_mocha2022) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Bad business practice. Walk and don't look back. I'll repost.

  • SteveMaslinG
    Steve Maslin (@SteveMaslinG) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My 88 year old Mum was in hospital 6 weeks, Dad called her every day until Virgin Media cut off his phone without warning. Dad never missed a bill but they said he had exceeded his limit. When I complained their rep shouted "It's for their protection". Virgin Media are scum.

  • leftblank111
    left blank (@leftblank111) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Disgusting company. Came on to my property without permission, ruined my garden (im not a customer) then took almost 6 months to resolve their damage! Im not on their mailing lists despite asking nunerous times to be removed, and the door knockers come monthly

  • Adbo99
    Adam bamford (@Adbo99) reported

@SkyUK I have to say Sky have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I am now 2 months and more without working broadband and all Skys doing. It’s like walking up a very muddy hill with flip flops on. 😱😱 should be ashamed of yourselves
