@SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

@dj85ftm @SkyUK I switched from Sky to Virgin with a promise of 100mb download speed. It gets that speed at their router bit ended up having to buy a mesh system to power the WiFi around the house. The Virgin installer told me, router was **** when I asked why I couldn't get the download speed
