    @SkyHelpTeam We do this on a daily basis! My wife is practically a sky engineer! Self taught. There’s no signal so it says. We rang to get help as all we normally do fails. You then pied us off on the phone for not being high priority

    @primevideosport That was rubbish laptop worked then kicked out, TV did not work, iphone could not cast errors, back on laptop message too many devices playing stream (I wish!!) so all in all thanks for the rubbish experience. Leave football to @SkySports or @btsportfootball

    Its been said once and it will be said again. If anyone is thinking about joining @SkyUK for broadband don't bother. For 6 months our Internet has caused us issues. And for the past 2 months the Internet cuts out at least 8 times a day. Useless company, refusing to help

    @SkyHelpTeam Engineer should be coming tomorrow thanks, but would of thought more people would have this issue constantly if a faulty cable. It’s been a hit and miss, sometimes no issues for weeks then down for a few hours or sometimes a day several times a week
