    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Louise. I asked if complaints were a uk based call centre as sometimes language barriers result in misunderstanding me. I've submitted an online complaint which I really didn't want to do but I keep getting promised things which don't happen.

    @SkySportsF1 the workday advert on SkyGo is causing audio sync issues. The advert plays when you put the channel on but the program starts. When the ad finishes the audio from the program starts late. Please remove the ad/fix the app. This is horrible to watch! @skytv @SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura It's funny how someone could offer a call back last Saturday bit you have no told me this isn't a service that can be offered. Sky clearly do whatever they can to take your money, as well as offering appalling customers services and lieing about waht they can offer

    @SkyHelpTeam Already tried the online help guides and got nowhere. As explained, calling is pointless as I cannot hear what the person is saying due to how bad my call quality is.
