    @Alex75576609 @SkySports Again you are using hindsight as an argument. On the field the safety of the players is paramount. Any incident with a suggestion of a head injury, should result in play being stopped. Player culture remains secondary to safety.

    @SkyHelpTeam so annoyed that on signing up for a new contract through you calling me I've been downgraded to basic netflix. That wasn't explained and I refuse to pay for HD to keep what I had. I'm going to cancel entirely in the cooling off period.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Louise. I asked if complaints were a uk based call centre as sometimes language barriers result in misunderstanding me. I've submitted an online complaint which I really didn't want to do but I keep getting promised things which don't happen.

    @SkyHelpTeam You realise there are hundreds of others with the same issue. Channel is Sky Sports Main Event HD red button. I cannot be anymore black and white with this.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam - I get an error message ‘please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up’ on Sky Q box. The card is in and I have taken it out and put it back in, and turned it off and on at the plug as advised - please help, TIA

    That's it last straw for me with Sky mobile @SkyUK not only for the past 2 months have I been unable to send texts for some weird reason now the whole network Is down and I'm sat outside a mcdonalds using their nmdamn WiFi. I need this **** ro use android auto for work. Ffs

    @SkySportsF1 the workday advert on SkyGo is causing audio sync issues. The advert plays when you put the channel on but the program starts. When the ad finishes the audio from the program starts late. Please remove the ad/fix the app. This is horrible to watch! @skytv @SkySports

    @Alex75576609 @SkySports And if you read the initial tweet.. I asked if the linesman flagged. If he didn’t at the pace that play breaks it’s not unreasonable for the referee to miss any incident.

    The Dolby atmos sound on @SkySports UHD is never great but it’s a whole other level of crap today. Volume going up and down, completely dropping out and can’t hear the commentators. I’ve switched off DD+ in Sky Q box audio settings for now but it’s only marginally better in DD

    @SkyHelpTeam Married at first sight uk. It airs every Monday to Thursday 9pm. I caught all the others on catch up yet this week the catch up stops at s6:e16. I heard someone messed up. And replied weds nights on Thursday this week. Leads me to believe theres an issue?

    @SkySports as always the sound quality on UHD is awful. Up and down and the constant drop outs. Season after season it’s always the same. Your subscriptions go up but the quality of your product never improves. @skytv @SkySportsPL
