Hi @SkyHelpTeam - I get an error message ‘please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up’ on Sky Q box. The card is in and I have taken it out and put it back in, and turned it off and on at the plug as advised - please help, TIA

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam I’ve rang 8 times today!!! The automated system is useless. I’ve been cut off more times than enough. I’ve been put through to an Indian call centre twice. You agents are rude & unhelpful. This has been on going since December 15th!!! Not amused 🤬

@Alex75576609 @SkySports Again you are using hindsight as an argument. On the field the safety of the players is paramount. Any incident with a suggestion of a head injury, should result in play being stopped. Player culture remains secondary to safety.

@SkySportsPL @SkySports I've said it before and I'll say it again VAR is not the problem it's the referees using it.. I would say officials should be trained on how to use VAR but you cant teach common sense you either have it or you don't and these premier league officials clearly don't have any.
