    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I’ve rang 8 times today!!! The automated system is useless. I’ve been cut off more times than enough. I’ve been put through to an Indian call centre twice. You agents are rude & unhelpful. This has been on going since December 15th!!! Not amused 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

    @garyameobi Eurosport 1 hasn’t worked for a week now on the app, Eurosport 2 and every channel is fine. Ridiculous. They’ve had time to fix it before the Vuelta started but of course not. @SkyHelpTeam sort it out!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah its a SkyGo issue. Not my end. Lots of people complaining that there is no HD streams on the AppleTV app.

    @SkyHelpTeam It was the value team and I spent over an hour 15 mins on the phone!!! What else should I do??? I’ve asked for a call back today and I’m quite happy to cancel my over £1500 a year I pay for someone that cares about their customers.

    @AlanTungate @SkyHelpTeam I've refreshed the apps and powered down all boxes and the router. It's working again after 24 hrs or so. It's still hit and miss tho.
