@SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam I’ve rang 8 times today!!! The automated system is useless. I’ve been cut off more times than enough. I’ve been put through to an Indian call centre twice. You agents are rude & unhelpful. This has been on going since December 15th!!! Not amused 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam It’s an iPad with no 3G/4G capability unfortunately. If there is a technical issue does that mean it’s at your end, not mine? I’ve reset my home router, deleted/reinstalled app, reset my password, turned iPad off and on-not sure what else I can do, I keep getting the same error
