Hi @SkyHelpTeam I get an error message ‘please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up’. The card is in and I have taken it out and put it back in and turned it off and on at the plug as advised - please help

@SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam I’ve rang 8 times today!!! The automated system is useless. I’ve been cut off more times than enough. I’ve been put through to an Indian call centre twice. You agents are rude & unhelpful. This has been on going since December 15th!!! Not amused 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam sky - Isn’t it great that you idiotically putting service issues updates with sky mobile on twitter, when I cannot even get mobile or phone service. I managed to logon from a free wifi, and your website shows NOTHING about service issues. Its my first month with sky mobile.

@SkyHelpTeam @flage101 It's not intermittent, it's no service at all. When I try to make a call I get a message saying "not registered on network". When I tried calling, the call ended with bo help. It also says on the service checker, that I should have good 4g signal, I have none.
