Hi @SkyHelpTeam I get an error message ‘please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up’. The card is in and I have taken it out and put it back in and turned it off and on at the plug as advised - please help

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam I’ve rang 8 times today!!! The automated system is useless. I’ve been cut off more times than enough. I’ve been put through to an Indian call centre twice. You agents are rude & unhelpful. This has been on going since December 15th!!! Not amused 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky Help. Our Broadband has now been no more than 12Mbps for 2 days. Via MySky yesterday I was told an engineer would be sent to fix an issue outside the house. Today I can’t even get onto the site to check progress. Speed right now is 11.9Mbps for downloading. Please advise!
