Hi @SkyHelpTeam - I get an error message ‘please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up’ on Sky Q box. The card is in and I have taken it out and put it back in, and turned it off and on at the plug as advised - please help, TIA

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Louise. I asked if complaints were a uk based call centre as sometimes language barriers result in misunderstanding me. I've submitted an online complaint which I really didn't want to do but I keep getting promised things which don't happen.

@SkyHelpTeam so annoyed that on signing up for a new contract through you calling me I've been downgraded to basic netflix. That wasn't explained and I refuse to pay for HD to keep what I had. I'm going to cancel entirely in the cooling off period.

@Alex75576609 @SkySports Again you are using hindsight as an argument. On the field the safety of the players is paramount. Any incident with a suggestion of a head injury, should result in play being stopped. Player culture remains secondary to safety.

@SkyHelpTeam I have been having very slow connections with my broadband. The speed reported says it’s no issue however I can’t FaceTime or watch sky programmes or have fast speeds. I have reset the hubs and WiFi extender. Something does not seem to add up.
