    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I get an error message ‘please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up’. The card is in and I have taken it out and put it back in and turned it off and on at the plug as advised - please help

    @Alex75576609 @SkySports Again you are using hindsight as an argument. On the field the safety of the players is paramount. Any incident with a suggestion of a head injury, should result in play being stopped. Player culture remains secondary to safety.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Louise. I asked if complaints were a uk based call centre as sometimes language barriers result in misunderstanding me. I've submitted an online complaint which I really didn't want to do but I keep getting promised things which don't happen.

    @SkyHelpTeam so annoyed that on signing up for a new contract through you calling me I've been downgraded to basic netflix. That wasn't explained and I refuse to pay for HD to keep what I had. I'm going to cancel entirely in the cooling off period.

    @SkyHelpTeam It also raises security issues in terms of age restrictions and also equality issues if adverse programs are being watched or attempting to be watched. I shall reboot the box however please treat this as a formal complaint under GDPR and also The equality act.

    @SkyUK can a neighbours remote control actually change my channels? My tv is going crazy changing between BBC and then randomly goes to music channels as if somebody else is changing channels. Clearly if this is possible then there are GDPR issues in terms of what people watch.

    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t go down that scripted rabbit hole. Nothing wrong with broadband or router. Everything’s been reset. Sky download and the apps take an age to download. Amazon Fire-stick has no issues in streaming whatsoever. #Skyslow
