@SkyHelpTeam had no signal on my sky box for a week and I can't get through to anyone on the phone. Downstairs box is fine so can't be the dish. Now my app isn't working either and the broadband has gone down. Great stuff.

@SkySports Pretty crap coverage of #TheAshes today. No highlights after the close but feel the need to show Glos v Glam on 2 channels. Added to rubbish on transfer centre and the constant pushing of netball and women’s cricket I think it’s time to rethink my package

@sellerswfc1 @ghunt1976 @SkySports Yes. But I suggest they are formulating a plan on the basis that transmission in outdoor contact sport is extremely unlikely. Dresden example might help not hinder their plan. If transmission is high in contact sport, and the infection rates stay high it won’t be possible.

Absolutely terrible experience with BT. I’ve had my BT tv box plugged in for 3 days- made 11 phone calls and still unable to sort out my Netflix activation. I’m back with @SkyUK and I got a Netflix activation email within 5 seconds of putting the phone down 🙌

@SkyHelpTeam Hi - this says there was no network outage but our ‘network connection’ error is still happening - even though the wifi is working on all other devices but no the sky boxes. Any help with this?

@SkyHelpTeam hello, I’ve had a really poor experience whilst trying to speak to someone about my contract. I am approaching the end of a contract and the bill now is to high, let alone your “offer”. The line was awful (not mine) and was being sold things I don’t need.

@Overfiftyfitnes @SkyUK @Virgin I was with Virgin for over 20+ years, when they were then known as NTL. I had asked if they could give me a good deal, as I was paying £75+ for Tv/phone and broadband. They offered £55 but for new customers it was £35. Very poor customer service. Sky is better.

@SkyHelpTeam Followed to call and it took me to a technician, took his time to listen before trying to transfer. After a while I was the cut off and have now emailed the headlines. I hope your CRM pulls all these threads together as I’m not feeling like a valued platinum customer right now
