    @SkySports Pretty crap coverage of #TheAshes today. No highlights after the close but feel the need to show Glos v Glam on 2 channels. Added to rubbish on transfer centre and the constant pushing of netball and women’s cricket I think it’s time to rethink my package

    @SkyHelpTeam had no signal on my sky box for a week and I can't get through to anyone on the phone. Downstairs box is fine so can't be the dish. Now my app isn't working either and the broadband has gone down. Great stuff.

    @SkyUK absolutely fuming with sky, want to leave my contract early was told I could for a fee, rang up to do this to be told no! Not an option never was! after being a customer for over 20 years financially struggling and can't justify £65 a month essentially for Peppa pig!
