The moment UKTV allow Virgin to just show the free channels Virgin will stop negotiating on the paid channels and assume they have resolved the issues. Everyone who follows Spanish and Italian football already tweeted sky and BT letting them know they disappointment so its down to Elevensports now.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK this has to go down as the WORST service I have got from any company which includes services from multiple countries. Internet in India gets connected in a couple of days. This is worst than anything. Look at @Hyperoptic they serve much better.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam my sky broadband was promised in 10 SEP and then pushed to 14. Today it was expected to be activated. Now they are saying it is pushed to 18. Really want to know why you can't keep your promised dates. Do you guys care for customers. Pathetic service.
