    @SkyHelpTeam It’s awful we pay a top price for fibre. It’s constantly dropping out. I’ve just watch the football on Amazon prime on my Apple TV box and it was like being back in the 2g days buffering all the time or completely cutting out.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes have tried that- think the issue is the PON light is flashing green which we were told should be solid green to work. They said this would stop flashing within 72hrs but hasn’t yet
