@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but none of the steps have worked as it drops out for a minute or two and then comes back on, usually before any diagnostic has been completed. It’s now also affecting my Sky Q box’s connectivity. Seems like a number of others are having the same problem.

No connection to boxes and other things to. Have 2 people I know with Sky Glass and they say they’ve had no problems with it
