Thanks @SkyHelpTeam for wasting an hour of my life for nothing. I was called months back asking how happy I was with my services and if I want to and insurance for any of my smart devices. I said no - on the call I made the agent aware that my Internet signal is shocking.

After a bit of back & forth trying to work out what the issue they resolved it including upgrading my telephone socket. They recently gave me a refund as during the period I had no WiFi. Wasn’t expecting the refund.

@Shotsblog @vpeanuts @SkyUK They have been so good since I switched to them. We have had problems thanks to Openreach, but Plusnet themselves have been great at helping to resolve all of these. Would highly reccomend them.
