Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

@SkyUK Do you have 4G Broadband only? My phone line was cut down by BT Openzone 2 years after I left BT and went to Virginmedia. It's a scam as BT are giving out customers info to guarantee repeat business, which I refuse to pay for. It was only installed 4yrs before they cut it down!
