    @SkySports @EFL I only see champoinship matches are league 1 and league 2 not in the EFL remind me might as well just have it as the championship. Very poor @SkySports

    @EmmaB_0811 @SkyHelpTeam I had Sky broadband about 5 years ago and it was the same then. If you have Sky TV, the box goes into eco mode in the early hours which kills the wi fi connection to some devices in the house. If you turn off eco mode in settings on your sky tv box, it might solve the problem 🙏

    @SkyHelpTeam best part of 3hrs and 30 mins spent speaking to and not speaking too (calls getting left on hold) your support teams is just what I want to do on my only day off! Tech support asking for viewing card number in the side of the router #absoluteshambles still not sorted

    Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

    “Sorry, we’re going to have to let you go. Your CSAT score is only 8.21 out of 10 on 5848 customer survey scores received. As a result you’re not entitled to any redundancy. “ The potential skewing of 0-8 = Bad and 9-10 = Good, boggles the mind! This needs changing @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam - hey, the subtitles aren't working for me on any channels. They're turned on but not appearing on any channels, especially on shows/channels advertising having captions. Can you see if there's a wide issue or how to fix it pls. Thanks! #subtitleit

    Amazing they can put a man on the moon but can’t pair my SkyQ tv’s together. Every morning I have to connect them up.shocking part is my wife works in healthcare and spend 1hour 30min at wkend (on her day off) to cancel but couldn’t get through to any1 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam

    @MichaelBensonn @SkySports Wilder is terrible, anyone who "legitimises" Wilder by saying he had 10 title defences isn't a fan of the sport. He was matched easy v tailor made opponents. There's a load of fighters that would beat him up. His resume is so bad no one can make a legit argument that he's elite

    @SkyHelpTeam It was a call I received in relation to Sky Protect. When I said no thanks I was then questioned on my decision. Time to train your staff to take what the customer says first time instead of questioning their reasoning!!
