    Hey @SkyHelpTeam Are there issues with the Sky + App? Does it work with iOS 14? Trying to use it at the moment and it’s crashing with every click.

    @SkySports @EFL I only see champoinship matches are league 1 and league 2 not in the EFL remind me might as well just have it as the championship. Very poor @SkySports

    Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam best part of 3hrs and 30 mins spent speaking to and not speaking too (calls getting left on hold) your support teams is just what I want to do on my only day off! Tech support asking for viewing card number in the side of the router #absoluteshambles still not sorted

    @EmmaB_0811 @SkyHelpTeam I had Sky broadband about 5 years ago and it was the same then. If you have Sky TV, the box goes into eco mode in the early hours which kills the wi fi connection to some devices in the house. If you turn off eco mode in settings on your sky tv box, it might solve the problem 🙏

    So for my £120 a month I can either watch red button streamed crap picture football. Or uhd Dolby surround sound with a bloody woman commentating. At least use some of my £120 to give my a option to turn her off @SkySports

    @virginmedia I would if U were contactable when needed. No broadband now & help Number says U aren't open (giving no business hours) then hangs up. Absolute joke company, genuinely wish I'd gone with @SkyUK. Chasing you to sort regular issues & receiving worst service I've ever experienced

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Q Mini box pixelating/stalling. Been on to BT as thought it may be internet but it’s been running no problem for weeks. Main sky Q box runs fine
