@SkyHelpTeam I have already signed in to see what is offered, I am being offered BT sport at an extra £25 per month on top of the £28 I already pay for Sky Sports as a thanks for being a customer for nearly 15 years whereas a new sports customer gets them both for £35 per month

I'm sure @Eurosport_UK is the most useless channel going. Recorded @dakar highlights only for it to record the overrunning Snooker. So, download the highlights program on my @SkyHelpTeam Q box, only for it to be the same overrunning Snooker program. Its ridiculous really, #cancel

Thank you to 2 members of @SkyUK the other week who had a promotional stand inside Newcastle’s Eldon 🔲. Your help and plastic carriers were a godsend, as the paper bags @BootsUK are using fell apart just feet from the shop. I’m sure they’re very green, but far too flimsy!

@SkyUK ive just joined ur services. I know the broadband will go up and down until it settles for a few days but ur standard broadband is worse then plusnets (thought couldn't get worse) i cant pick up wifi if i take a step out my livingroom

@SkyHelpTeam How ridiculous to close all help lines for staff training! Everyone needs training but not all at the same time! I called last night was fobbed off & told to call again today and all lines closed. As if we wont have to wait long enough for an engineer as it is!
