@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to download Season 5 of Chicago Med from Sky Witness on demand but it’s telling me I have to upgrade my package. I have never had an issue downloading series on demand before and ep1 of S6 downloaded without issue. Pls help?

@SkyHelpTeam supposed to have broadband installed yesterday. Had a message a few weeks ago saying there may be a delay. Heard nothing else. Spoke to someone who said there was an issue and someone would call me straight back. Heard nothing again! Come on Sky what’s going on?

@SkyHelpTeam I have box sets with my package. The issue seems to be that it won’t let me download in SD. Yet have just tried downloading an episode of Will and Grace and it worked fine, in addition to the other episode of Chicago Med I downloaded from season 6. Seems to be a season 5 issue?

@SkyHelpTeam Will need to be classed as a mass outage to resolve. As he isn’t getting in our home on this appointment. No one seems to take us seriously. I don’t particularly think it’s a joke that 48 homes have no landlines and no broadband. So why we can not be taken seriously I don’t know

@bt_uk @SkyUK Unbelievably bad experience with Sky this morning and error with BT. BT engineer visited and has accidentally cut us off. No number to call them. And Sky our main provider says unable to escalate have to wait until Saturday for routine visit. Well I work from home!
