Already rang @SkyUK about the internet not connecting and then it being slow. It then worked for an hour 😡. Having to use my phone to watch tv because you can’t use the sky apps as they’re buffering and numerous internet not connecting messages!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all of that and today it’s the same issue. So slow and saying technical issues now. My skyq mini box hasn’t worked for three weeks and won’t connect either. The advisor said it was a fast connection but the messages on screen and buffering tell a different story.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve checked your tool and it found no issue but every other speed test is showing less than 15mbps and all devices are struggling with downloading any content. Even wired PCs have awful download speeds.

@virginmedia Obviously not a fault with the service just the quality of image from the skysports virgin media supplies. I don't have the high quality package of sky. The image is worse than analogue TV I use to watch back in the 70s. So not the cable itself. If it was I would contact virgin.
