@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done all that and an engineer investigation is booked but it hasn’t updated to show when it’s happening. Says via the My Sky app it’s a local exchange issue for open reach to fix so home visit not needed. But I’d like to know timeframes? I can barely get 3G currently.
