Thank you to 2 members of @SkyUK the other week who had a promotional stand inside Newcastle’s Eldon 🔲. Your help and plastic carriers were a godsend, as the paper bags @BootsUK are using fell apart just feet from the shop. I’m sure they’re very green, but far too flimsy!

@SkyHelpTeam Disappointed (actually disgusted) to see that 75% loss of broadband service for over a month results in a goodwill gesture of £14 and that’s it. Let’s ignore the fact that I had to ring you 6 times and be fed various stories from your call operators.

@SkyHelpTeam I swear to god that I would leave Sky Broadband if could. You’ve made me jump through hoops and STILL not fixed my broadband despite a BT engineer telling me the simple fix solution.

I'm sure @Eurosport_UK is the most useless channel going. Recorded @dakar highlights only for it to record the overrunning Snooker. So, download the highlights program on my @SkyHelpTeam Q box, only for it to be the same overrunning Snooker program. Its ridiculous really, #cancel

@SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog Every time you hide our tweets under a PM with the offer of assistance we just reach the same conclusion - you don’t know when we will have internet and phone, refuse to push @WeAreOpenreach to actually do anything, meanwhile Openreach aren’t even trying to fix the problem.

@SkyUK how to treat a loyal customer i pay around £140 a month for sky tv broadband and telephone line , well my sky q box froze last night and i now need an engineer who can’t come till November 9th , which i find totally unacceptable and i will be cancelling everything asap

@SkyHelpTeam I have called today about Sky Glass as I cannot have a dish installed due to no signal. I was told that instead all 8+ years customers are being prioritised, even though they can all currently watch tv. I was told I would have to wait a month/December to order
