    @SkyHelpTeam I have box sets with my package. The issue seems to be that it won’t let me download in SD. Yet have just tried downloading an episode of Will and Grace and it worked fine, in addition to the other episode of Chicago Med I downloaded from season 6. Seems to be a season 5 issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to download Season 5 of Chicago Med from Sky Witness on demand but it’s telling me I have to upgrade my package. I have never had an issue downloading series on demand before and ep1 of S6 downloaded without issue. Pls help?

    @SkyHelpTeam problems connecting my Qbox when I have my Amazon echos on, have reset the connections but saying I may need a sky booster, but when echos are off the box connects, it’s starting to annoy me now, it’s been happening for a few days on and off now

    Don’t know why I have sky anymore, at the same time everyday around 4am both boxes stop working and then the mini skyQ box won’t connect to the main box. It says connected to network too. Tried all the online help and nothing is happening 😩 @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam supposed to have broadband installed yesterday. Had a message a few weeks ago saying there may be a delay. Heard nothing else. Spoke to someone who said there was an issue and someone would call me straight back. Heard nothing again! Come on Sky what’s going on?

    @SkyHelpTeam Was on hold over an hour, I hope it’s sorted, now my sky Id won’t work,says account closed, I used to be a customer few years ago, can’t reactivate my account. Not a good start to joining sky, and now I hear the engineer can’t come in the house for the install??

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I’ve run all of those tests, which, always come back positive, but, the connection problems are intermittent, but, consistent. Nothing connection-wise has changed at home, so, the reason must be at the exchange. Thanks for coming back to me.

    @SkyUK why when I call can I not speak to anyone. I have even raised a complaint and complaints email me and tell me to call and there is a 40 minute wait.
