@SkyHelpTeam Do you know I freely feel quite annoyed I’ve been a sky customer for over 23 years, I have a sky HD plus box, I’m sure my subscriptions got to where you are now, you’re giving away loads of stuff for sky Q customers i.e. discovery plus what do we get your loyal cust.

Don’t know why I have sky anymore, at the same time everyday around 4am both boxes stop working and then the mini skyQ box won’t connect to the main box. It says connected to network too. Tried all the online help and nothing is happening 😩 @SkyUK

Thanks @SkyHelpTeam for wasting an hour of my life for nothing. I was called months back asking how happy I was with my services and if I want to and insurance for any of my smart devices. I said no - on the call I made the agent aware that my Internet signal is shocking.

@SkyUK I'm coming over from Virgin media. They informed me my bill is going up to £101 from £80 a month, so I binned them off. Getting your streaming service. £60 a month, & suddenly Virgin can give me my package for £60.12 a month? Naff off, should've offered me that from the off

@SkyUK Been a sky customer since the 90’s. Called to discuss renewal options and was offered a more expensive deal than was previously and that is widely available. Cancelled TV Mobile and Broadband. Call handler in retentions didn’t care at all ?? Odd way to treat loyal customers ??

@SkyHelpTeam i obviously go through all the steps to be faced with the same issue. Ive even tried switching the main sky box on and off, but that doesn’t work. If I’m paying as much as I am for sky I should be able to access it at any time of day or night. Please help.
