@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but none of the steps have worked as it drops out for a minute or two and then comes back on, usually before any diagnostic has been completed. It’s now also affecting my Sky Q box’s connectivity. Seems like a number of others are having the same problem.

What's happened to the SkySports boxing coverage? Presentation is nearly as bad as BT Sport now. Lazy ******* aren't even at the fight. Probably being petty towards Hearn and Joshua seen as its his last fight on SkySports

@SkyHelpTeam you've got to be joking, the day of my fibre installation I was averaging 135mbps down and 30mbps up and now on the 30th Dec I'm getting 25-30mbps down and around 10mbps down. For the money my house pays for your "reliable" service you'd better get your act together.

@debbiebiggins @SkyUK A couple of days ago there were broadband issues across the UK and that done it for us. We have been with Sky for years too but I can’t put up with poor service. I really hope you get it sorted soon and get much better compensation that £4 odds!
