@SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

@rajghai @virginmedia @SkyUK It's rediculous that if you ever want to cancel contracts like mobile phone, Internet, all sorts of insurances.... etc then you can't do it online but have to call them and listen to their crap and million question (that is if you get through to them). Paying is online, easy!

@virginmedia I’ve cancelled the installation and went with @SkyUK instead. After ‘booking’ an engineer for a ‘third’ time they didn’t turn up. When I called I was told again that I needed permission from the ‘owner’. I’m the owner. Get fed up with going round in circles. Shocking service

Horrific experience @SkyIreland @SkyUK @buckleyjd - total abuse of customer loyalty - no working sky tv box for over 3 weeks and engineer will only be available 11 March to replace. Terrible customer service and trying to help - refusal to raise our complaint higher and escalate.
