@SkyHelpTeam Hi this hasn’t resolved anything and is still as bad as ever. The mini box system is floored and doesn’t like non Sky broadband. I think after 18 years and now £100 per month the value or technology isn’t there.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve run the tests and it says there is an issue connecting to the hub. I’ve run through everything else, resetting the hub etc, it sits where it is. I do suspect there’s a local issue rather than an equipment issue but given it’s a new build area I don’t know who to contact
