    @EmmaB_0811 @SkyHelpTeam I had Sky broadband about 5 years ago and it was the same then. If you have Sky TV, the box goes into eco mode in the early hours which kills the wi fi connection to some devices in the house. If you turn off eco mode in settings on your sky tv box, it might solve the problem 🙏

    Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

    @primevideosport That was rubbish laptop worked then kicked out, TV did not work, iphone could not cast errors, back on laptop message too many devices playing stream (I wish!!) so all in all thanks for the rubbish experience. Leave football to @SkySports or @btsportfootball

    @SkyHelpTeam sky mobile swap experience has been awful this time. Not return box or address, phoned up. My phone was found to have a faulty touch screen. Then how could I back it up?Phoned up again. Told they would have another look. Then got a bill saying I agreed it. Call again

    @SkyHelpTeam , is there an update on the issue Sky mobile customers have with receiving OTPs? I received a replacement SIM and can now receive calls and texts from other people but OTPs are not working which is a common issue according to the Sky Help Community.

    @SkyHelpTeam HELP! I went to increase the volume on the remote & now it keeps turning itself up to top volume, even when I press mute. I have turned the sky glass tv off at the mains & switched on again but it’s still deafening & I can’t watch the telly.
