@SkyHelpTeam ok so I’ve not had bbc2hd for months, this week my box keeps saying no signal, some channels come back after restarting box others don’t, I’ve reset 15 times in last 5 days which I’m sure you will agree is no on— help please oh and sometimes says card not read !

@SkyHelpTeam I have already signed in to see what is offered, I am being offered BT sport at an extra £25 per month on top of the £28 I already pay for Sky Sports as a thanks for being a customer for nearly 15 years whereas a new sports customer gets them both for £35 per month

A second point about the @F1 #VirtualGP. @LandoNorris really needs to change his Internet service provider. @SkyUK are great for broadband. (Hopefully sky get a sale out of this and I get a £50 gift voucher whatever it is these days) #Landobot

@SkyHelpTeam @blabberingshin You advertise a product but then can't deliver it on the day its available! I don't get why it's so hard, if you have Sky Cinema you should be able to just watch it through that, but instead you set up a sign in page? Absolute madness.
