    @SkyHelpTeam ok so I’ve not had bbc2hd for months, this week my box keeps saying no signal, some channels come back after restarting box others don’t, I’ve reset 15 times in last 5 days which I’m sure you will agree is no on— help please oh and sometimes says card not read !

    @SkyHelpTeam I think your issues are wider reaching than the Rotherham area, I am in Gateshead and have no Internet and therefore reduced functionality of my Sky Q box.

    @SkyHelpTeam An approximate 45 minute wait is not acceptable to cancel a part of my package when the customer should be able to cancel with one click online. Am guessing it’s because your call handler has a script to follow to try to persuade us not to drop sports pack (2/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have Sky Mobile and Sky Broadband & having problems making and receiving calls. If I use mobile signal, the phone cuts out part way through the call. If I use Wi-Fi calling, in the last 2 weeks the quality degrades & then cuts out, despite high internet speed.

    @SkyHelpTeam sky broadband honestly the worst decision we made at home, after a few months stops connecting to sky box and the mini box ffs, had a guy come and give us a new box and a few months later same problem. Had to hotspot phone to get some work done, ffs.
