    @EmmaB_0811 @SkyHelpTeam I had Sky broadband about 5 years ago and it was the same then. If you have Sky TV, the box goes into eco mode in the early hours which kills the wi fi connection to some devices in the house. If you turn off eco mode in settings on your sky tv box, it might solve the problem ๐Ÿ™

    @SkySports @EFL I only see champoinship matches are league 1 and league 2 not in the EFL remind me might as well just have it as the championship. Very poor @SkySports

    Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam ok so I thought Iโ€™d update you that your tech team have confirmed South Yorkshire is down and you donโ€™t know why or when a fix will be in place. Wasnโ€™t hard to get confirmation from them so perhaps you should have took your own advice and called them.
