    I'm sure @Eurosport_UK is the most useless channel going. Recorded @dakar highlights only for it to record the overrunning Snooker. So, download the highlights program on my @SkyHelpTeam Q box, only for it to be the same overrunning Snooker program. Its ridiculous really, #cancel

    @SkyUK Could you pls stop confusing your customers eg Ripping of full paying Sky paying customers with “SkyStore” rentals 😤. Why can’t a full paying customer watch a rental on a tv that doesn’t have that random app. 🧐

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Q. I’ve had this issue since it was installed last year but it’s happening across more channels. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting methods but we have a communal apartment dish so I’m wondering if this is the reason

    Whoever is doing the sound on the @SkySportsF1 Testing: Story So Far program needs to sort the levels out, seriously. Two days now of very Testing audio.... Lip syncing out too, mics not working. Unless it's a work experiencer, then I'm afraid they're fired! #SkyF1 @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I have already signed in to see what is offered, I am being offered BT sport at an extra £25 per month on top of the £28 I already pay for Sky Sports as a thanks for being a customer for nearly 15 years whereas a new sports customer gets them both for £35 per month

    @SkyHelpTeam Disappointed (actually disgusted) to see that 75% loss of broadband service for over a month results in a goodwill gesture of £14 and that’s it. Let’s ignore the fact that I had to ring you 6 times and be fed various stories from your call operators.

    Thank you to 2 members of @SkyUK the other week who had a promotional stand inside Newcastle’s Eldon 🔲. Your help and plastic carriers were a godsend, as the paper bags @BootsUK are using fell apart just feet from the shop. I’m sure they’re very green, but far too flimsy!

    @seaby13 @LorenzoBrauer @SkySports My son was there, took him 38 minutes to leave the ground and catch a park and ride bus, he said they were singing rude songs about Sky, expect Sky muted the sound when they broadcast the game. Disgraceful way to treat fans.

    @SkyHelpTeam tell me to speak to @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp but Openreach tell me it’s Sky I need to speak with. Someone please contact me asap to discuss this complaint and when the work will be completed. Oh and to discuss compensation amounts too.

    @SkyUK Was an early adopter of Glass. Overall good experience & happy with it, only issue is integration of Channel 4 app not allowing to restart from beginning on their programs

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried to make enquiries about changing to sky glass at sky stand in town and they said my account is block due to an ongoing dispute so they can't help I'm paying my bill and still watching sky so what's the dispute???

    @SkyHelpTeam I have, an engineer came to sort out the problem, it worked for a day then it stopped working again. An engineer is coming 2day but the Internet is working now but it could go anytime, its like a ticking time bomb and that's without mentioning that the Xmas period was a disaster
