.@SkyHelpTeam please can I have some help. I booked an engineer for a home move on the 4th November - a guy turned up on the 4th Dec and then left me. I’m still without TV and next appointment is 6th Jan. Wouldn’t mind so much but was told I’d get an earlier date

@SkyHelpTeam I used to work for Sky BB and have done all this. I was hoping you could just say there was an outage as opposed to a copy+pasted nothing answer. I genuinely expected a bit more from Sky. My bad.
