    @SkyHelpTeam can you tell me why I have the same sim deals as the rest of my family, we have the same phones, yet when I’m out, their phones will load app data and web data no problem, but mine keeps buffering. No matter what it is, FB, Twitter, App Store, Web. Help please.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s getting really annoying, I am at sky HD +plus customer I have a 2TB box in the living room 1Tb box in bedroom, got an email ,the new price increase from April an extra £3 per month, I don’t know why I’m not receiving any new channels or services 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but none of the steps have worked as it drops out for a minute or two and then comes back on, usually before any diagnostic has been completed. It’s now also affecting my Sky Q box’s connectivity. Seems like a number of others are having the same problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had no Internet since 10pm yesterday. I work from home I should have started at 7am! Can you please help and advise when the Internet will be fixed?! I am 3 and a half hours late for work!

    I have no idea who this speed kid is. But can you imagine in the early 2000’s giving a tit like that air time. He’d be shunned. Never seen again. It’s utterly embarrassing that @SkyFootball are giving him airtime. Even after insulting Man United greats!! #skysports

    @stevewallwork @SkySports I deliberately refer to NUFC as United when talking to people at work down south. Think we should reclaim the word on principle (also correct any NUFC fan which all Man U “United”) its doing the Lord’s work.

    @SkyHelpTeam @sky DESPERATELY need to improve their coverage in Newcastle City centre especially on a match day. I have to use a secondary EE mobile as a hotspot if I want to use my phone and I’m not talking in the stadium either!! #SkyMobile #Network

    @SkyHelpTeam My sky vip NEVER works click on it on the sky app then click on an option and it always comes up “unable to generate URL”

    @SkyHelpTeam 2/2.paramount+ we get a limited selection, no discovery+, without our money you never be able to bring out the sky Q box,its features, WE are left behind, your answer is upgrade, we lose everything on our box, yet we have to pay another increase,

    @SkyHelpTeam internet down. Spoke to team via phone who’s sending an engineer earliest Monday. Been told would be reimbursed if I got internet in the mean time by other means (e.g. paying for WiFi hotspot). Who do I speak to to get reimbursed.

    @michaellfc90 @DylannnLFC @SkySports You clearly lack brain cells firstly,I mentioned Utd secondly, you just gave an excuse as to why Man Utd can spend around the same amount as city but it not be a problem until City do it
