My skyq mini box hasn’t worked for three weeks and won’t connect either. The advisor said it was a fast connection but the messages on screen and buffering tell a different story.

There should be a reduction in price for what is just a streaming service. I’m pretty disappointed with it tbh

It’s now also affecting my Sky Q box’s connectivity. Seems like a number of others are having the same problem.
