    @SkyHelpTeam can you tell me why I have the same sim deals as the rest of my family, we have the same phones, yet when I’m out, their phones will load app data and web data no problem, but mine keeps buffering. No matter what it is, FB, Twitter, App Store, Web. Help please.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but none of the steps have worked as it drops out for a minute or two and then comes back on, usually before any diagnostic has been completed. It’s now also affecting my Sky Q box’s connectivity. Seems like a number of others are having the same problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam morning, Sky Go not working on either Fire tablet. Tried to remove device however that doesn't seem to be available. Any ideas?

    I have no idea who this speed kid is. But can you imagine in the early 2000’s giving a tit like that air time. He’d be shunned. Never seen again. It’s utterly embarrassing that @SkyFootball are giving him airtime. Even after insulting Man United greats!! #skysports

    Already rang @SkyUK about the internet not connecting and then it being slow. It then worked for an hour 😡. Having to use my phone to watch tv because you can’t use the sky apps as they’re buffering and numerous internet not connecting messages!

    @SkyHelpTeam @sky DESPERATELY need to improve their coverage in Newcastle City centre especially on a match day. I have to use a secondary EE mobile as a hotspot if I want to use my phone and I’m not talking in the stadium either!! #SkyMobile #Network

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all of that and today it’s the same issue. So slow and saying technical issues now. My skyq mini box hasn’t worked for three weeks and won’t connect either. The advisor said it was a fast connection but the messages on screen and buffering tell a different story.

    @stevewallwork @SkySports I deliberately refer to NUFC as United when talking to people at work down south. Think we should reclaim the word on principle (also correct any NUFC fan which all Man U “United”) its doing the Lord’s work.

    @SkyHelpTeam I messaged on Saturday about my tv signal being down. Coming and going. Thought it might have been the weather. It’s now Monday and it’s still the same. It’s cooler here today so can’t be the heat

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks as we been with our provider 20 plus years I can’t see that a problem we just looking at tarriffs as we need upgrade but there start tariffs are a lot per month

    Why is setting up @SkyUK such a nightmare if you have your own network, don’t want them to create their own mesh (boxes too far apart) and just use the existing excellent whole house WiFi. Thankfully I’ll never be a Sky subscriber.
