@SkyHelpTeam I understand fluctuations, I’ve worked in telecoms for 20+ years, this is a cabinet (card) issue, it’s generating 20+ drop outs a day.... total loss of service, auto re boot etc.... it needs fixing or the transfer reversed without charges

Dreadful service last night from @SkyHelpTeam explained my what four year old remote was kaput. Went throw two three trouble shooting messages explained there were new batteries etc and no reply. Eventually bought on Amazon and this morning congratulated on my purchase? Cheek.

@JakeBenRichards The expense of football is ridiculous. I was clapping the players during their lap of honour at the final home game, and couldn't help but think it should be them clapping us, for the ridiculous amounts we pay to help them be rich. I've also just cancelled my @SkyUK.
