@SkyHelpTeam TOLD for £3 per month on my subscription for the extra running costs what that would be! however,it costs extra to run MY Services but you’ll have massive profit, you should absorb this for your loyal customers, you’ll face customer’s terminating.23 yrs+ 4 nothing

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but none of the steps have worked as it drops out for a minute or two and then comes back on, usually before any diagnostic has been completed. It’s now also affecting my Sky Q box’s connectivity. Seems like a number of others are having the same problem.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s getting really annoying, I am at sky HD +plus customer I have a 2TB box in the living room 1Tb box in bedroom, got an email ,the new price increase from April an extra £3 per month, I don’t know why I’m not receiving any new channels or services 1/2

@WyattDu69157112 @ami_dda @SkyUK Maybe worth looking into? that's what happend to me despite not being able to use either still billed me, I wasn’t to pleased I felt sorry for the agent I spoke too regards this but made my point and bills reimbursed and within a few days of the call issue was sorted. @andystock22 @POF_POD @SkyUK It’s potentially an issue for subscribers. Also impacts clubs, undersoil heating for a southern club I spoke to has gone from £20k to £50k…and it doesn’t use it very often due to recent mild weather but a cold winter would add to the cost
