@SkyHelpTeam Do you know I freely feel quite annoyed I’ve been a sky customer for over 23 years, I have a sky HD plus box, I’m sure my subscriptions got to where you are now, you’re giving away loads of stuff for sky Q customers i.e. discovery plus what do we get your loyal cust.

Thanks @SkyHelpTeam for wasting an hour of my life for nothing. I was called months back asking how happy I was with my services and if I want to and insurance for any of my smart devices. I said no - on the call I made the agent aware that my Internet signal is shocking.

@SkyHelpTeam Don’t care what you say can or can’t do. Hung up on your rubbish service centre won’t be getting in contact. Stick contract where ya want. Won’t be paying for rubbish service as for valued customers you should be ashamed of service

Don’t know why I have sky anymore, at the same time everyday around 4am both boxes stop working and then the mini skyQ box won’t connect to the main box. It says connected to network too. Tried all the online help and nothing is happening 😩 @SkyUK

@MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv Virgin TV. Like most they all double their prices after 18 months. Switch between them both and threaten to leave. They tried to put us on £180 and we got it down to £90 for the same thing AND they covered the cost of the 1 month we paid the £180. Stayed Sky this time.

@MrNickKnowles @SkyUK Ditched them in Dec £60/month for basic package. Took an hour constantly telling them I didnt want to stay. The price reductions as incentives to stay got down to £15/month inc internet. Not missed them

@MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv Now tv and cancel after first month to get a reduced rate, cancel when each offer is close to ending to get another, pay less than £40 for sports, cinema and entertainment. Numerous devices just the lack of recording options is the only downside

@MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv We were a sky customer for 20+ years, after years of price increases we gave it up and now just have smart tv's, Amazon & Netflix. Every now and then we may have 6 months of Apple TV to 'catch up'. But honestly we've not missed sky entertainment at all, now have Vodafone fibre.

I’ve tried to stick with @SkyUK for @skytv but the prices are hiked constantly and miles off new customer rates - the internet is diabolically poor, connectivity between Q-boxes hopeless & dropping out Customer service terrible Can anybody recommend a better alternative?
