Don’t know why I have sky anymore, at the same time everyday around 4am both boxes stop working and then the mini skyQ box won’t connect to the main box. It says connected to network too. Tried all the online help and nothing is happening 😩 @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam I have box sets with my package. The issue seems to be that it won’t let me download in SD. Yet have just tried downloading an episode of Will and Grace and it worked fine, in addition to the other episode of Chicago Med I downloaded from season 6. Seems to be a season 5 issue?

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to download Season 5 of Chicago Med from Sky Witness on demand but it’s telling me I have to upgrade my package. I have never had an issue downloading series on demand before and ep1 of S6 downloaded without issue. Pls help?

@SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

@SkyHelpTeam supposed to have broadband installed yesterday. Had a message a few weeks ago saying there may be a delay. Heard nothing else. Spoke to someone who said there was an issue and someone would call me straight back. Heard nothing again! Come on Sky what’s going on?

@SkyUK I have recently joined sky mobile but this morning in Newcastle from about 6am I had no service whatsoever. At the time I was attempting to get home after my metro journey was cancelled. In these days of COVID I carry no money and rely on my phone for payment

@SkyHelpTeam Don’t care what you say can or can’t do. Hung up on your rubbish service centre won’t be getting in contact. Stick contract where ya want. Won’t be paying for rubbish service as for valued customers you should be ashamed of service

@SkyUK please get your Customer Service sorted! You screwed up an order for iPhone and iPad in October 2021, still not got promised items 5 months on. Possibly sorted today, but you had to change payment date, which could result in restricted service! Woeful service!

I’m not functioning with how slow @SkyUK broadband is. I’m an efficient woman, sky wifi works on snails place. We’re just not on the same page. After 10yrs of patience, I can’t do this anymore, I think it’s time to break up.

@SkyHelpTeam Will f1 tv pro be available to sky sports subscribers like Sky Germany. Last seasons ‘Sky race control’ was an awful experience. It lacked all 20 onboards like f1 tv pro and was always a minute behind the live action which made it pointless.
