    @EmmaB_0811 @SkyHelpTeam I had Sky broadband about 5 years ago and it was the same then. If you have Sky TV, the box goes into eco mode in the early hours which kills the wi fi connection to some devices in the house. If you turn off eco mode in settings on your sky tv box, it might solve the problem 🙏

    @SkyHelpTeam best part of 3hrs and 30 mins spent speaking to and not speaking too (calls getting left on hold) your support teams is just what I want to do on my only day off! Tech support asking for viewing card number in the side of the router #absoluteshambles still not sorted

    Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

Just wait for your automated 1 month credit as per Ofcom’s regs and get over it rather than having a go at on online agent you silly goose

    @rickygervais Owe @SkyUK customer services robot an apology Phoning for 3d time managed to pass the interrogation & asked why I was phoning said very carefully about my subscription to which robot replied ‘you want to discuss your SIM card” Not sure robot understood *******!
