@SkyHelpTeam I understand fluctuations, I’ve worked in telecoms for 20+ years, this is a cabinet (card) issue, it’s generating 20+ drop outs a day.... total loss of service, auto re boot etc.... it needs fixing or the transfer reversed without charges

@Paulderby501 Thanks, I thought I was the only person in the world watching. Home fans quiet, no away fans (it can't be more than 100 miles?). It was the worst game I've seen in years! And when skysports bigged it up as "This is Cardiff's castle" as three people jumped up was embarrassing.

@SkyHelpTeam me and my partner have just wasted 2 2 hours of our Friday night waiting to be connected to someone at Sky Broadband, just to tell you we are leaving on 27th Feb! Been passed to 3 different departments and no-one could help! Shocking customer care!

@SkyHelpTeam I’m also a very unsatisfied customer. Wi-Fi keeps dropping out.On the box the internet has an orange light. I switch the box off and leave it and start back up, gives me internet for about 10-20 mins only for the same thing to happen again. Over £100 a month for this!!
