Whoever is doing the sound on the @SkySportsF1 Testing: Story So Far program needs to sort the levels out, seriously. Two days now of very Testing audio.... Lip syncing out too, mics not working. Unless it's a work experiencer, then I'm afraid they're fired! #SkyF1 @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam I have already signed in to see what is offered, I am being offered BT sport at an extra £25 per month on top of the £28 I already pay for Sky Sports as a thanks for being a customer for nearly 15 years whereas a new sports customer gets them both for £35 per month

@SkyHelpTeam ok so I’ve not had bbc2hd for months, this week my box keeps saying no signal, some channels come back after restarting box others don’t, I’ve reset 15 times in last 5 days which I’m sure you will agree is no on— help please oh and sometimes says card not read !

I don’t give a **** if it’s OR causing the issue, sky have a lot to answer for in what rationale they’ve given for cancellation (providing a valid reason for starters), and now reducing the broadband speed by 500mb and charging me the same amount

You don’t just use a CP for the connection, it’s also the service they provide to customers… and if they’ve failed in what they previously stated, it’s very normal to switch. @_Levvelz @SkyHelpTeam Ah so we've got to the bottom of the problem. OR have informed CPs that they could provide Gig speeds, upon ordering/provisioning they have realised the line (for any number of reasons can't handle that) and this has caused cancellations and the resulting lower speeds
