    @SkyHelpTeam Disappointed (actually disgusted) to see that 75% loss of broadband service for over a month results in a goodwill gesture of £14 and that’s it. Let’s ignore the fact that I had to ring you 6 times and be fed various stories from your call operators.

As soon as the agent said my router was out of warranty and I wasn’t in contract I knew what he was planning 😡 Also his initial “solution” was for me to leave and find another provider! #wtf

    @denzilOshamen @SkyHelpTeam 2/2 I demanded to speak to a manager. After 15 mins of being told I would get the same answer from a manager, agent went away then came back and told me that they “have found a way to give me the router for free” Sky’s customer service has worsened since I joined 5 years ago.

    @SkyUK how to treat a loyal customer i pay around £140 a month for sky tv broadband and telephone line , well my sky q box froze last night and i now need an engineer who can’t come till November 9th , which i find totally unacceptable and i will be cancelling everything asap

    @skyhelpteam @nowtvhelp Your 1471 service is terrible! I’d rather the date first like Monday 2nd January at 7:15pm rather than telnumber:year:month:day:time and the voice is so slow

    @SkyHelpTeam It's been happening all week. Since I switched to Sky, I can't connect. LOTS of people on the Play store are reporting a problem with the app not finding the box, although I don't know if they're on Sky broadband. I had to open a port (32400) on the router to make Plex work.

    @SkyHelpTeam It's the Sky+ app. Like I said, on the Play Store, there are lots of 1 and 2 star reviews in recent weeks with people saying the app can't find their box now. Some say it happened after upgrading to Android 11. I have Android 11. I had no problems with it when I was with EE.
