My skyq mini box hasn’t worked for three weeks and won’t connect either. The advisor said it was a fast connection but the messages on screen and buffering tell a different story.

Having to use my phone to watch tv because you can’t use the sky apps as they’re buffering and numerous internet not connecting messages!

There should be a reduction in price for what is just a streaming service. I’m pretty disappointed with it tbh
