Yet have just tried downloading an episode of Will and Grace and it worked fine, in addition to the other episode of Chicago Med I downloaded from season 6. Seems to be a season 5 issue?

Done full resets in all in home equipment and swapped out micro filters etc it's like there's no signal coming in at all.
