@SkyHelpTeam since we upgraded our sky fibre to the new hub4 we have had awful connection and service issues keep on dropping signal and no phone either as it's tho our hub via VoIP extremely frustrated

@SkyHelpTeam My Internet has been down since around six last night NE425DR area, do you know of any current problems? Done full resets in all in home equipment and swapped out micro filters etc it's like there's no signal coming in at all.

@SkyUK No internet to house, been told an engineer needs to come and fix something at the exchange box, but wife works from home and apparently it can take up to 5 days for an engineer to make the fix?? Any suggestions for how she's meant to work in the meantime?
