But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

Done full resets in all in home equipment and swapped out micro filters etc it's like there's no signal coming in at all.
