@SkyHelpTeam My Internet has been down since around six last night NE425DR area, do you know of any current problems? Done full resets in all in home equipment and swapped out micro filters etc it's like there's no signal coming in at all.

@SkyHelpTeam since we upgraded our sky fibre to the new hub4 we have had awful connection and service issues keep on dropping signal and no phone either as it's tho our hub via VoIP extremely frustrated

@SkyHelpTeam An approximate 45 minute wait is not acceptable to cancel a part of my package when the customer should be able to cancel with one click online. Am guessing it’s because your call handler has a script to follow to try to persuade us not to drop sports pack (2/2)

@SkyHelpTeam I understand fluctuations, I’ve worked in telecoms for 20+ years, this is a cabinet (card) issue, it’s generating 20+ drop outs a day.... total loss of service, auto re boot etc.... it needs fixing or the transfer reversed without charges

It's now showing as 'No known issues in your area' though I've received an email from Sky to say there are issues. Need to know repair times

@SkyHelpTeam I have, but there hasn’t been an update since 00:36, and my mobile network which is also with Sky, is incredibly slow at the minute. So much so that I can’t even check the status or run tests on my line. Please can you provide an ETA for when you expect this fixed.
