Done full resets in all in home equipment and swapped out micro filters etc it's like there's no signal coming in at all.

There should be a reduction in price for what is just a streaming service. I’m pretty disappointed with it tbh

Yet have just tried downloading an episode of Will and Grace and it worked fine, in addition to the other episode of Chicago Med I downloaded from season 6. Seems to be a season 5 issue?

I have never had an issue downloading series on demand before and ep1 of S6 downloaded without issue. Pls help?

If you have Sky TV, the box goes into eco mode in the early hours which kills the wi fi connection to some devices in the house. If you turn off eco mode in settings on your sky tv box, it might solve the problem 🙏
