    @SkyHelpTeam Disappointed (actually disgusted) to see that 75% loss of broadband service for over a month results in a goodwill gesture of £14 and that’s it. Let’s ignore the fact that I had to ring you 6 times and be fed various stories from your call operators.

    Thank you to 2 members of @SkyUK the other week who had a promotional stand inside Newcastle’s Eldon 🔲. Your help and plastic carriers were a godsend, as the paper bags @BootsUK are using fell apart just feet from the shop. I’m sure they’re very green, but far too flimsy!

    Been reading Twitter today about Bruce signing, the team & then the 4-0 thrashing. So before watching the highlights on skysports snapchat a was excpecting the worst. But Jesus ******* Christ man, can’t put into words how bad that was and it only went on for 30 seconds #NUFC

    @SkyUK how to treat a loyal customer i pay around £140 a month for sky tv broadband and telephone line , well my sky q box froze last night and i now need an engineer who can’t come till November 9th , which i find totally unacceptable and i will be cancelling everything asap

    @denzilOshamen @SkyHelpTeam 2/2 I demanded to speak to a manager. After 15 mins of being told I would get the same answer from a manager, agent went away then came back and told me that they “have found a way to give me the router for free” Sky’s customer service has worsened since I joined 5 years ago.

As soon as the agent said my router was out of warranty and I wasn’t in contract I knew what he was planning 😡 Also his initial “solution” was for me to leave and find another provider! #wtf

    @SkyHelpTeam I swear to god that I would leave Sky Broadband if could. You’ve made me jump through hoops and STILL not fixed my broadband despite a BT engineer telling me the simple fix solution.

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I cancelled direct debit due to you taking overpayment on 13th September. The subscription was up on 14th September, you agreed to not renew, but did by accident and can't solve the issue, so I will not be overcharged in october

    @SkyHelpTeam any chance you will actually sort this mess you created...still waiting for my broadband and talk to stop. Contracted to on 14th September, but charged another month. Calls and email don't work, its like you couldn't give less of a damn, but take money not owed!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. The contact details on there just refer me back to the order tracking page & only shows the options to cancel or reschedule the visit. How late after the 6pm cut off is it possible for the engineer to come?

    @SkyHelpTeam That got me nowhere! You contractually agreeing not to renew the subscription last month for 14th September, then charged me and still supplying. 3 phone calls, 100 minutes passed around and on hold, disconnected/phone put down on me twice. Contacted you through email etc.
