Don’t know why I have sky anymore, at the same time everyday around 4am both boxes stop working and then the mini skyQ box won’t connect to the main box. It says connected to network too. Tried all the online help and nothing is happening 😩 @SkyUK

Thanks @SkyHelpTeam for wasting an hour of my life for nothing. I was called months back asking how happy I was with my services and if I want to and insurance for any of my smart devices. I said no - on the call I made the agent aware that my Internet signal is shocking.

@SkyHelpTeam supposed to have broadband installed yesterday. Had a message a few weeks ago saying there may be a delay. Heard nothing else. Spoke to someone who said there was an issue and someone would call me straight back. Heard nothing again! Come on Sky what’s going on?

@SkyHelpTeam I have box sets with my package. The issue seems to be that it won’t let me download in SD. Yet have just tried downloading an episode of Will and Grace and it worked fine, in addition to the other episode of Chicago Med I downloaded from season 6. Seems to be a season 5 issue?

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to download Season 5 of Chicago Med from Sky Witness on demand but it’s telling me I have to upgrade my package. I have never had an issue downloading series on demand before and ep1 of S6 downloaded without issue. Pls help?

So I’m either very stupid (entirely possible) or @SkySports just haven’t bothered making it possible to watch both of today’s Bundesliga games. Tried checking my Sky box, Sky Go, the website and the Sku Sports app. Nothing.

@LfcBigal @SkyHelpTeam I randomly had same issue mate when always been fine in the past. Go to Settings - Setup - Audio Visual and manually change the picture resolution back to UHD. Then when you put the game on it has the option to “press select to watch UHD” like before as opposed to red button.

@SkyHelpTeam when are you planning to update the PS5 sky go app? The quality is genuinely awful and it’s been 10 months since the console came out. Paying for a full subscription and can’t even watch any channel in HD through your cheap and lazy app you copied over from the PS4.
