    @SkyHelpTeam An approximate 45 minute wait is not acceptable to cancel a part of my package when the customer should be able to cancel with one click online. Am guessing it’s because your call handler has a script to follow to try to persuade us not to drop sports pack (2/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam I think your issues are wider reaching than the Rotherham area, I am in Gateshead and have no Internet and therefore reduced functionality of my Sky Q box.

    @SkyHelpTeam ok so I’ve not had bbc2hd for months, this week my box keeps saying no signal, some channels come back after restarting box others don’t, I’ve reset 15 times in last 5 days which I’m sure you will agree is no on— help please oh and sometimes says card not read !

It’s a very poor substitute to being able to stream what you want under the thousands of WHOLE series available on ITVX e.g we are watching Doc Martin from the beginning as never see before but only get 2 progs a week atm!     @SkyHelpIreland @SkyHelpTeam Hi, the engineer that installed my WiFi put the wiring in the wrong place. My neighbour is going nuts. I tried contacting Sky via WhatsApp and even offered to pay to have it redone but they have refused. It is a matter of moving a wire. Help??

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, recently had Sky Q installed, yesterday in fact, I have noticed some channels have a flaky connection to a satellite signal, my neighbour had similar issues a week or so ago with Sky Q too and it looks like she has had a power inserter fitted. Could I arrange an engineer ?

    @SkyUK Buggers my subscription has gone bloody up I was paying them cheeky gets £130 a month and never thought out about it until I worked out what I was paying for and they was charging me for all phone calls if I used my phone or not and charging me again if I made any swines!!🤬😡
