Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

It’s a regular thing now that @SkyHelpTeam rip me off but I guarantee they’ll never get another penny off me. I’ve been paying full price for @SkySports whilst they’ve been giving it away for free. I don’t think so.

@SkyUK If your sky router needs resetting everyday, which mine does, then this would be a nightmare. And you can’t even record on it in case the broadband goes down. Mad idea that one, and I would have been happy to have it.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but I tried these last night. I go to the virgin go app and it shows sky sports etc. Several channels take yo to the Sky go app, which asks you to login with your virgin details, but then says that they are not recognised? Thanks
