@SkyHelpTeam I understand fluctuations, I’ve worked in telecoms for 20+ years, this is a cabinet (card) issue, it’s generating 20+ drop outs a day.... total loss of service, auto re boot etc.... it needs fixing or the transfer reversed without charges

@SkyUK The fact that it literally is just streaming and no hard drive to actually record things, the cost of the tv package shouldn’t be the same as SkyQ. There should be a reduction in price for what is just a streaming service. I’m pretty disappointed with it tbh

@SkyHelpTeam My Internet has been down since around six last night NE425DR area, do you know of any current problems? Done full resets in all in home equipment and swapped out micro filters etc it's like there's no signal coming in at all.

@NormanBrennan @SkySports I've cancelled my @sky too, for the same reason, and the kneeling teams. The Spurs fans today applauded the kneeling teams, the BBC said it was great - I switched the radio off. It makes me feel sick to know my team/club support the BLM mob that would destroy our society.

@SkyHelpTeam @peej1975 More issues with the sound on uhd again. This is every game and has been the case for weeks. It drops out for a few seconds and comes back. Has happened twice in first 3 minutes or spurs vs Arsenal.

@SkyHelpTeam most of the time there isn't a connection to be able to test but we did squeeze one in - the numbers were well down and we did the recommendations but no better. Don't mind upgrading but at the moment the connection is so intermittent it wouldn't be worth it...
