    @SkyHelpTeam is there anyway to actually talk to someone? My grandma was thinking about switching to sky but she’s extremely frustrated because she can’t find who to contact about switching I’ve been all over the internet trying to help but I just keep getting pointed to FAQ.

    @SkyHelpTeam I understand fluctuations, I’ve worked in telecoms for 20+ years, this is a cabinet (card) issue, it’s generating 20+ drop outs a day.... total loss of service, auto re boot etc.... it needs fixing or the transfer reversed without charges

    @SkyHelpTeam My Internet has been down since around six last night NE425DR area, do you know of any current problems? Done full resets in all in home equipment and swapped out micro filters etc it's like there's no signal coming in at all.

    @SkyUK The fact that it literally is just streaming and no hard drive to actually record things, the cost of the tv package shouldn’t be the same as SkyQ. There should be a reduction in price for what is just a streaming service. I’m pretty disappointed with it tbh

    @SkyHelpTeam When I call I just her through to a message saying there has been a fault with our exchange and that it’s being worked on and will be resolved ASAP but it’s been like this for 3 days. 0.15mbs download speeds mean using the network to work from home is impossible! What’s happening
