    @SkyHelpTeam Hi with these difficult times I tried to pause my Sky Sports but I was told I could only cancel and due to the deal I was on I also had to cancel Cinema to have any financial benefit. Iโ€™m very disappointed in this as I fully expect intended to come back

    @dbrereton @SkyUK Tried that, 3mbps - so unworkable. Even tried external omni antenna with 4g, still shite... itโ€™s an Openreach issue Iโ€™m told...

    So we will be swapping to @SkyUK in the next couple of weeks... Current Internet provider is appalling for customer service and actual service. Its slow for broadband and we pay for fibre optic. Its constantly dropping off. Will be glad to be back to decent service.. And the TV

    @SkyHelpTeam My Internet has been down since around six last night NE425DR area, do you know of any current problems? Done full resets in all in home equipment and swapped out micro filters etc it's like there's no signal coming in at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there anyway to actually talk to someone? My grandma was thinking about switching to sky but sheโ€™s extremely frustrated because she canโ€™t find who to contact about switching Iโ€™ve been all over the internet trying to help but I just keep getting pointed to FAQ.

    @SkyHelpTeam I understand fluctuations, Iโ€™ve worked in telecoms for 20+ years, this is a cabinet (card) issue, itโ€™s generating 20+ drop outs a day.... total loss of service, auto re boot etc.... it needs fixing or the transfer reversed without charges

    @SkyHelpTeam we seemingly have good broadband with you but our glass tv, and pucks seem to be buffering loads since our tv contract was paid off. Use the sky app but although 3 of our pucks show issues, sky determines our tvs are faulty?..
