    So we will be swapping to @SkyUK in the next couple of weeks... Current Internet provider is appalling for customer service and actual service. Its slow for broadband and we pay for fibre optic. Its constantly dropping off. Will be glad to be back to decent service.. And the TV

    @SkyHelpTeam My Internet has been down since around six last night NE425DR area, do you know of any current problems? Done full resets in all in home equipment and swapped out micro filters etc it's like there's no signal coming in at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi with these difficult times I tried to pause my Sky Sports but I was told I could only cancel and due to the deal I was on I also had to cancel Cinema to have any financial benefit. Iโ€™m very disappointed in this as I fully expect intended to come back

    @SkyHelpTeam I understand fluctuations, Iโ€™ve worked in telecoms for 20+ years, this is a cabinet (card) issue, itโ€™s generating 20+ drop outs a day.... total loss of service, auto re boot etc.... it needs fixing or the transfer reversed without charges

    @SkyUK The fact that it literally is just streaming and no hard drive to actually record things, the cost of the tv package shouldnโ€™t be the same as SkyQ. There should be a reduction in price for what is just a streaming service. Iโ€™m pretty disappointed with it tbh

    @SkyUK you really need to sort your act out where it comes to customer service. 27 years and treated absolutely disgustingly, phone staff are shocking and Iโ€™ve spoken to double digit numbers of them. Whatโ€™s the exec complaint process please??

    @SkyHelpTeam URGENT COMPLAINT. I submitted a complaint to Sky and have received reference 5048677685. Despite repeated contact, my issue remains unresolved and I have now been advised that Sky has been unable to agree a resolution within the usual timescale. Please escalate this matter urgently and arrange contact from a senior complaints manager. #Sky #CustomerService

    @MatchroomPool It's actually $12 is it worth it? not really, the video bitrate is terrible, less and less tournaments on @SkySports but it's okay to have a million darts events, but they make loads more money. I've watched @MatchroomPool live events since 1994
