breenster & 🐶 (@breenster) reported from Wylam, England@SkyHelpTeam I understand fluctuations, I’ve worked in telecoms for 20+ years, this is a cabinet (card) issue, it’s generating 20+ drop outs a day.... total loss of service, auto re boot etc.... it needs fixing or the transfer reversed without charges

Done full resets in all in home equipment and swapped out micro filters etc it's like there's no signal coming in at all.

I have and they said it’s down to you. This has been going on months!!! All we want is the accounts unlinked. It’s laughable you can’t do this!
