    @SkyHelpTeam I understand fluctuations, I’ve worked in telecoms for 20+ years, this is a cabinet (card) issue, it’s generating 20+ drop outs a day.... total loss of service, auto re boot etc.... it needs fixing or the transfer reversed without charges

    @SkyUK The fact that it literally is just streaming and no hard drive to actually record things, the cost of the tv package shouldn’t be the same as SkyQ. There should be a reduction in price for what is just a streaming service. I’m pretty disappointed with it tbh

    @SkyHelpTeam My Internet has been down since around six last night NE425DR area, do you know of any current problems? Done full resets in all in home equipment and swapped out micro filters etc it's like there's no signal coming in at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam I did indeed and apparently your complaints procedure is just feedback so basically pointless and doesn’t get away. So I’m not paying for £15 for a visit,my previous engineer didn’t actually get booked and now I’m left with nothing. I’ll just ride out no broadband and cancel then

    @SkyHelpTeam Slimline it down. I don't own a telephone so sky free time and voicemail are absolutely pointless. I'm not interested in hd or uhd. And my router hardly ever works so we can't download anything I use my data to go online. Only thing I'm interested in keeping is the kids channels.

    @SkyHelpTeam Apparently not! I booked a week to work from home to make the orginal engineer appointment which never showed up. Whole week wasted, now I need an evening app as back to work and the cheek of charging me £15. So sky arnt working with me to resolve it just No customer service
