@EmmaB_0811 @SkyHelpTeam I had Sky broadband about 5 years ago and it was the same then. If you have Sky TV, the box goes into eco mode in the early hours which kills the wi fi connection to some devices in the house. If you turn off eco mode in settings on your sky tv box, it might solve the problem 🙏

@SkyUK I have wifi and broadband through yourselves and the wifi is nothing short of shambolic. Totally unacceptable, signal drops and can connect my phone to the wifi without the broadband going slow or buffering. Terrible service.
